In a fast moving market, while trading on momentum, in order to get a fill quick what are the best types of orders to use? I know market order wouldnt be a good to use. Would limit orders be a wise choice? Can a few people throw out some of the type sof orders they use, thanks.

Market orders are only good if you really want in bad. But don't be surprised at the price you pay. Limit orders are the way to go. You buy at the price you want, and hopefully get your order filled. Just put in a limit order at the "ask" price, if there is a lot of volume, you should get your shares. I hope some of the veteran investors on this board reply, I am curious to hear what they have to say.
