I have this company HCCF that issued out a dividend in the form of nontransferrable preferred shares. Could someone explain what I have? Someone told me I can't sell them

the hccf transfer agent should sent your broker the divident you entitled to. it will appear in your holding but my guess, it's restricted. you cant trade it. hold it for cash divident. i got mine yesterday.
