I now that news and filings are ones of the biggest reason that penny stocks go up. However there are so many differnt types of forms that I see differnt companys have filied. Does anyone know what are the good forms and what forms are the great forms.

ex. s-3; 8-k; 10qsb/a

Thanks bob, but dang there are a lot of different forms...

Is there any inparticular that you folks look for when scanning new and pr releases???

They can all be important:

10q, 10k, 8k and 144 are Main ones to me.
