Is there any online site that I can learn how to read level 2????

I suggest you to look for books rather than online. THere are some web page like ameritrade learning centter or other but you you wil not get enough information form them to learn it. Look for books in the public libray which ar ewritten only for level 2 screen and it interpretation they explain the strategy too.
I too spent some time online but got learned form books in University of TA library resourses.
