Kodiak Capital Inks Agreement for Purchase of up to $10 Million of INCCE Nonconvertible Preferred Stock
SARASOTA, FL and NEW YORK, NY, Apr 26, 2010 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- International Consolidated Companies, Inc. (OTCBB: INCCE) today announced that the Company has entered into a nonconvertible preferred stock purchase agreement with Kodiak Capital Group, LLC ("Kodiak"), a Delaware limited liability company. Pursuant to the purchase agreement, the Company will receive up to $10 million in capital over the next 12-months.
The Company agreed to sell up to 1000 shares of its Series B Nonconvertible Preferred Stock, in one or more tranches from time to time. The tranches will be sold at the Company's sole discretion, at a purchase price of $10,000 per share, for an aggregate issue price of up to $10 million. With each tranche, Kodiak will also receive five-year warrants to purchase shares of the Company's common stock. The exercise price of the warrants will equal the closing bid price of the Company's common stock on the date the Company provides notice of a tranche to Kodiak.
"We believe INCCE has solid potential and are pleased to have the opportunity to assist in funding the company's future while providing an investment opportunity for our group," said Charles DeVerna, Director of Business Development, Kodiak Capital Group LLC.
Funding under the agreement with Kodiak is subject to the satisfaction of a number of conditions, including the effectiveness of a registration statement that the Company will file with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the common stock that Kodiak may purchase under the warrants.

back down to .012 on ask...still up 85% on 1 mil vol which includes buys and sells...kodak alone according to todays press release is buying $10 mil in shares which is 835 mil shares...835 times as much volume as today and all buys...just imagine if this is up 85% on 1 mil volume which includes buys and sells...what with 835 mil vol in all buys do to this stock??? plus its a bottom player was at .30 in jan...should go way passed that when kodak starts its buying

not sure, i have had messages similar to that when i try to buy with etrade. Some stocks i guess the broker requires you to call in. With this i can buy on the internet but any pink exchange stock i have to buy through phone with etrade. Every broker is different...its messed up lol

nice 50k share buy, this will be huge!! KODIAK going to buy 850 mil shares, so far only 1 mil shares traded and this up over 100%...when 850 mil shares go through this will be buck...check out level 2 1 at .012 then 1 at .06 then 1 at .24 then 1 at $1.01 this is sooo thin and should really run when kodiak buys its 850 MILLION SHARES!!

not sure if that number is correct, but if appx 1 mil shares can move this over 150%(at one time) then yeah maybe. just imagine what 850 mil shares of all buys could do to this guy! when kodiak starts this thing will get way passed .30(which it was in january) this should be HUGE imo...holding all and adding. should be an amazing run imo

should be a gap in the open tomorrow...how big is anyones guess, but if this gets passed .07 it should really run, thats the next resistance point and after that break this thing could really get nuts...goodluck to all hold, i still havent sold any, but i put an order to sell half at .11.
Other stocks i am watching for tomorrow and recommend to put on your watch list are:
vyco, ptsh, iaro, tadf, and one that i think can be another huge runner like incce is...SMME..they have sued visa and mastercard and mastercard has already admitted they have abused SMME patent, and the case could be awarded to SMME anytime, and when/if it does this stock could really run...keep it on the watchlist
goodluck all with INCCE tomorrow...should be fun, if/when .07 falls i will be buying even more

INCCE - great post from another board: "INCCE 27-Apr-10 09:02 pm This company has revenues that should exceed 21,000,000 this year. They are earning money. The share structure is great with a very low float and major insider ownership at this point.
New financing was just announced on 4/26...for Non-convertable preferred shares in exchange. Quarterly report soon to be out in next few days to a week showing revenue growth. New signed contracts with WallStreet firm for over 2Million in new revenue.
This stock is way undervalued....even after the huge run of the last 2 days. It was trading at .30 just a couple of months ago....with the new financing and good revenues it should go much higher than .30 IMO.
Good luck and buy when you can and as much as you can. It's going higher.
