- OMHI and Sigma: from the 2005 filing....could explain low float and why OMNI has gone silent since then....Sigma got 6 million shares for $400k and warrants for another 1.5 million..sigma did not want their investment diluted. Last update on Utah corp site has A/S 50 million shares.
Sigma has first right of refusal on certain future offerings made by Omni.
As long as Sigma holds any of the securities, Omni will not issue any securities, including common stock and common stock equivalents.
OMHI might be ready for Sigma to make their profit...Web site change highlighting the medical records systems and MAYBE there will also be a name change. Buyout or merger???

Same here. This T+3 for unesttled funds is killing me. Guess the best strategy is to keep your cash around for the pounce, run and exit.

Kristen - I was UP $1,000 at .06, but when it closed at .032 I'm down $400 - somethimes you gotta just say thanks and GET OUT! Guess they all won't be 2-10 bagger runners - but there sure are a LOT lately - I just need to get in on a few more. Good Luck! How are things out west?

Good morning luv...things are great out in the boonies, thanks for asking. got in this one and out of this one really fast...made a lil' money, so im happy. I had too many things to do yesterday, other than sit at the computer all day and watch this, so it was a quickie for me.LOL. You are right tho...there have been alot of good opportunities here lately. When I first got started in this crazy stock market it was only a couple of months ago, and one of my first BURNS (which was a BAD one) was bhfd(blackhawk)...I have been so gun shy after that one, but I've had some really good runs this last month with atno, ldsr, grww, ect. I'm glad I didn't quit, was smart enough to keep back enough to keep myself in the game, and I'm so thankful for this board and all it has taught me. I'm still in the game, I'm up, and having fun...but still learning. So, How's things in Florida...aren't you guys getting some bad weather? or am I mistaken? What you playing today?

Hi Jdizz! How are you? Kristen - yeah - I'm still in and even at .04. Jdizz - I couldn't get out at .06 - no buyers - I tried. I should have lowered to .05. Today has been as low as .02 x .04 (Sometimes I feel like I got hit in the head with a 2 x 4!!) LOL
It's .0221 x .039 now. Yuk!
