filled for an uplist to the otcbb, could be a big play imho, do your dd, just giving a heads up. the 60 days was up on the july 6th, so any day this could happen,

GREAT NEWS the form 10 they where going to file to the SEC is filed.............. IT WAS FILED July 16th
AccessKey IP, Inc., (Pink Sheets:AKYI) the developer, designer and producer of advanced entertainment and communication devices, announced today that it has completed and responded to SEC comments regarding the registration statement Form 10 which was originally filed on May 6, 2009 with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"). The Form 10 becomes effective 60 days from the date of the original filing, July 6, 2009. The Company is subject to the reporting requirements of the Exchange Act effective on that date.
