jdizz, I don't like to hold r/s stocks. I like to sell and look to buy back in after split. I've heard the we want to r/s so the price is higher and we can move up to nasdaq, never seen it happen. Play this like a flip cause that's all your going to see until the r/s. imo

And this stock going to the NASDAQ? Will never happen. Companies on the NASDAQ need to meet certain requirements and this pos company does not and will not.
Stock will fade even lower until the R/S date.

Usually when companies do an r/s it's to reduce the o/s but they keep the a/s high and delute the shares into the new o/s and float.
Why is this company doing an r/s but not reducing the a/s?

and what is this 10k everyone is waiting for? I can bet my life, it will suck. It won't be what people are hoping for, it never is.
I hear the pos management said they would never do a R/S? lol, typical crooks.
play the bounces if you can, if not, avoid at all cost!!

Lots of bearish signals:
RSI falling towards 30 under 30 would signal an oversold condition. PPO dropped below 0 ADX Green line dropped below black line and has now crossed below red. If you look at ADX, when green crosses thru black on it's way up it signals an upward trend. This has bad news. See if you can exit and wait until after the r/s. Wait a day or two after the r/s and see if the company starts dilution if they do it will fall from the new pps. This is all jmo.
Looks like a support level at .08. Below that and it's a free fall.
