The Amazon (www.amazon.com) partnership will allow Seamless to offer additional products that it currently does not carry.

This seems like a dog to me. Prior to the buyback announcement these guys have put more than 3 billion shares on the market in the nine months earlier.
If you look at the numbers gone from 22M OS in June of 2008 to more than 3.1 Billion OS in March of 2009 according to financial data on Market Watch.
