Way oversold? RSI is around 51, and its a pink.

It's fallen from .20 with no dilution. The RSI may be high, but I like the value of the company here. It should double shortly.

I've been wrong rarely. Maybe the timing has been off every ones and a while. LoL This one if "if they keep the current O/S" could see an easy $1. They’ve got the patents, the technology, and the government subsidies.

As of 2:13 PM ET 4/1/09
W2 Energy Inc., (PINKSHEETS: WTWO) a developer of green energy, is pleased to announce that its joint venture partner R&J Howell has signed a Letter of Intent with AXA Investments to supply three 4-ton-per-day waste-to-energy plants in the Caribbean.

The purchase of the plants is subject to the parties signing a Memorandum of Understanding and full Operating Agreements between W2 Energy and AXA Investments.

AXA Investments has agreed to tender non refundable initial deposits of $10,000 US per plant to show its commitment to the project. All final agreements must be completed by August 31, 2009 and the first plant fully operational by December 31, 2009. The second plant must be operational by December 31, 2010.

W2 will complete and be ready to ship the first 4-ton-per-day waste-to-energy plant by the end of May 2009. In addition to cleaning up the garbage on the Caribbean island, a significant selling point of the W2 energy plant is its ability to process old tires without pretreatment or shedding prior to processing. The processing is done inline as part of the machine. The tires go in whole and come out as fuel, electricity or a combination of both.

Old tires are a major environmental problem on the Caribbean islands. W2 Energy's proprietary, medium temperature gasifier converts the tires into (sulfur free) diesel fuel and electricity without any carbon dioxide emissions. A 4-ton-per-day mass-to-energy plant can process 4 million tires per year.

Independent testing of the diesel fuel generated by the W2 plant shows the diesel to be so pure and clean-burning that it can be used as a fuel additive.

W2 Energy is disposing of waste, improving the environment, creating electricity and high quality liquid fuel.

W2 Energy 4 Ton Plant Generates Significant Interest in South East Asia

W2 Energy Inc. (PINKSHEETS: WTWO), a developer of green energy, is pleased to announce that its joint venture partner R&J Howell has developed significant interest from both the private sector and government agencies in South East Asia.

Waste disposal and cleanup in South East Asia is an ongoing and large problem. It is a significant issue that has been largely ignored. The W2 4 Ton waste to energy plant offers multiple alternatives and flexibility to municipalities and regional governments that has not been commercially available before. In addition to waste cleanup, South East Asia has an ongoing problem related to disposal of plastics and old tires. The W2 Energy 4 Ton plant has been specifically designed to deal with this problem while cleaning up the landfills.

The Company is currently negotiating several Memorandums of Understanding in different countries. With the waste disposal problems in South East Asia and especially the disposal and processing of plastics and old tires, the Company feels that there is huge potential for the W2 Waste Energy Plant in this market.

The W2 waste to energy plant is a closed loop system that does not produce emissions. The W2 plant generates carbon credits as well as fuel (sulfur free diesel) and electricity that can be used in existing power grids. Independent testing of the diesel shows that it is so pure and clean burning that it can be used as a fuel additive.
