"Glad you like what the company is offering. As the president and the inventor of Intellifares I believe that is has a lot to offer travelers.
I can't comment on the trading as I do not know what causes people to buy or to sell. The company intends on making public the amount of shares outstanding this week to clear up any confusion as to the capital structure. We have spent the last year testing out our pricing models and pairing down debt. We aslo published tow white papers on CFO.com (http://www.cfo.com/whitepapers/index.cfm/displaywhitepaper/11525920 : http://www.cfo.com/whitepapers/index.cfm/displaywhitepaper/11610178 ) explaining the applicability of our model.
One of the attributes that make us strong is that we believe in "watching our pennies and letting the dollars take care of themselves". Because of that we have not spent time making a lot of information public about the company. Frankly, we didn't think that anybody cared. Gallic also announced today Intellifares Ltd., a division of Crystal International Travel Group, has renewed a distribution agreement with PurchaseIfares. PurchaseIfares signed a contract last year to distribute the Intellifares product to travel agents and pre-paid travel clients. Due to complications involving domestic security and allocation of airfare to third party contractors, impediments were encountered to a wide distribution of the Intellifares product within the travel industry. The renewing of the agreement includes a provision to allow PurchaseIfares to sell the Intellifares product directly to the public, a sales channel that was not previously available.
