NORTH LAS VEGAS, NV, Jun 27, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Frontier Energy Corporation ("Frontier" or the "Company")(PINKSHEETS: FRGY) is pleased to announce it has signed a letter of intent for the purchase of all assets and on-going business of Cancen Oil Processors, Inc. ("Cancen") (www.cancenoil.com), a private company. Cancen's assets include a refinery, multiple disposal wells and an existing operating business with experienced staff.
Frontier CEO Bob Genesi comments, "All parties are very excited about what this potential purchase could mean for Frontier and for Cancen. Discussions have been swift and only minor details remain. We hope to announce a completion of this purchase in the near term."

Interesting point from the above link (about 1 project) as follows:
1. "....maximum production capacity of 6000 barrels of processed oil per day at the existing Cancen processing site located in Alberta, Canada." (i.e. we're in the munny). 2. "and space for one 5 megawatt steam turbine/electrical generator."
With assets including an oil refinery and multiple disposal wells, this looks very exciting.

NORTH LAS VEGAS, NV, Jan 09, 2009 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Frontier Energy Corporation ("Frontier" or "the Company") (PINKSHEETS: FRGY) is pleased to announce the signing of a Letter of Intent to form a joint venture with Weekley Energy Group 1 L.P. The joint venture concerns the acquisition of four separate leases containing a total of 27 well bores, of which three wells are producing. The remaining wells will be re-entered in four stages over a 120 day period from the date of closing and will use Weekly Energy's proprietary technologies and processes to re-complete along with the technical expertise of Frontier's consultants.
The joint venture entitles Frontier to receive for its initial funding 75% net revenue interest (BPO) and 50% net revenue interest (APO). The joint venture will continue to pursue additional re-entry and re-completion partners within the area of mutual interest in a 50/50 partnership.

I'm holding too, I was traveling three weeks ago when it had its run, so I missed the opportunity to make some lare gains. Volume is ridiculously low but I'm interested to see how the next three weeks play out with this one.

Two equity firms Monday announced they are committing at least $250 million to a joint venture with Frontier Energy Services LLC, a Tulsa-based midstream natural gas company.
The joint venture will be called Frontier Gas Services LLC. Tenaska Capital Management LLC and Energy Spectrum Partners V LP will own a majority interest, but Frontier Energy Services will operate the assets in natural gas gathering, storage and transportation.
"It means we'll be able to grow this thing a lot bigger than we anticipated," Frontier CEO Dave Presley said. "We think the opportunities will be there."
Presley partnered with funding from Energy Spectrum Partners to form Frontier Energy Services in 2002. He sold the company's first line of assets in 2004 for $134 million, according to the company's Web site.
Presley has a long career in starting, building up and selling midstream energy firms. His first startup was Colony Energy Corp., founded in 1982 and sold to a gas utility company four years later.
Altogether, Presley and his team have guided operations of 1.3 billion cubic feet per day of natural gas gathering and processing and about 4,000 miles of pipelines, Frontier's Web site says.
He noted that many assets are available while natural gas prices stay low.
"We all know that gas prices are down right now," Presley said. "That's just a short-term dilemma, and we're preparing for the growth."
Frontier Energy Services employs about nine people in Tulsa. Field operations currently are in Texas and Arkansas, but the company also expects to focus on projects in the Rocky Mountains and in unconventional shale plays.

FRGY has finally reached an oversold area RSI below 30.
Rumors here about not being able to contact CEO or anyone else at company. Stay away unless you know how to play these. At .0006 today I'm thinking a bounce if it hits .0004/5 and play it for a 50-100% gain do not hold this stock. JMO
