I agree Ive been averaging down whenever I can. They have a lot of things going on right now. Some fat Pr's should do the trick.

Updated DD and research on RCCH. Please verify all information below. It is very easy to do. Phone numbers and some links are provided. Also read the PR's. GLTA.

- RCCH did attend the invitation only EPA EXPO in Washington, DC on May 20th, 21st and 22nd. Great exposure to the global market. This was also shown on Voice Of America.

-Voice of America Includes RCC/IWS System in EPA Washington Science. The Voice of America, which first went on the air in 1942, is a multimedia international broadcasting service funded by the U.S. government through the Broadcasting Board of Governors. VOA broadcasts more than 1,000 hours of news, information, educational, and cultural programming every week to an estimated worldwide audience of more than 115 million people.

-Partnership with Baida Finance Group. Mr. Ngai Keong is amoung other things, Director and President of the China Division of RCC Holdings Corp. (RCCH)
http://www.baida-finance.com/english/ywjl.asp

-Uplisting to an International Exchange. Good bye Pinkies. LOL.
The Board of Directors of RCC Holdings Corp. (Pink Sheets:RCCH) announces that it is gathering information to complete its application to an internationally based exchange. Further information and estimated cutover dates to the new exchange will be provided no later than third quarter, 2008 after documentation is completed. The Board has directed that the transfer occur as soon as possible.

-Going International...RCC/IWS is pleased to announce an agreement to provide water and wastewater treatment solutions to Caribbean Private Investment Corporation ("CPIC"). CPIC is an international business company. CPIC and their associates have been involved in international projects since 1965.

-"Eye On America" Hosted by Greg Gumbel will be doing a nationally broadcasted TV event on RCCH/IWS.

- $5-$7 Millions of dollars in revenue in first quarter 2008. Profit expected to exceed 50%. Per PR.

-Estimated revenue for calendar year 2008 sales to $15,000,000.00. As always RCCH uses conservative estimates.

-No outside company debt found. Principle have been putting up their own money.

-T/A is not gagged. 281,709,397 shares issued and outstanding as of June 17, 2008. (469) 633-0101

-Company is open and will take investors calls. (909) 483-6500

-Lakeside Equipment Company brought into RCCH for construction and engineering (03/11/2008). RCCH will now be able to support capacities in the millions of gallons per day in volume. Lakeside has representation throughout the United States as well as outside the USA. Domestic and International.
http://www.lakeside-equipment.com/

-No PR had ever shown revenue only what States they are working on and various shareholder updates. That changed in a big way on February 7, 2008 when the final permit was issued. Much more HUGE news will continue IMO.

-Huge systems worth millions of dollars. Revenue could be huge and expected (by me) to be 100's of million of dollars within the next 12-18 months.

-Revenue does not stop once the systems are built. RCCH continues to receive residual income for managing, maintaining and updating all sites. These are not build them and leave them systems.

-They have been working for years to get these final permits. The final permit is similar to an auditing process where all engineering documents that were even previously approved are reviewed. Final permit done Feb.7, 2008.

-Now two (2) States are completed, Montana and North Carolina. Many more States should be close behind. At least six (6) more States to be added short term per the first PR release. Very good. Many more to come.

-Could be many, many, large overseas accounts as well. Four (4) countries in the works that we know of per the first PR. Short term.

-All quarterly reports have been submitted up to September 30th. First quarter 2008 report will show some of the progress.

-RCCH/IWS systems are the only systems that are EPA approved to be double stacked. EPA and DEQ approvals are huge.

-Systems are typically for developments of 350 homes and up and commercial facilities. Towns, cities etc. but can be used for any sized project large or small. Can do millions of gallons per day.

-Solid company with approvals from both the State (DEQ) and Federal Government (EPA) levels. Can't get better recommendations then approvals from the Governments of the USA.

-Per filing on 11/07/2007 the A/S is 2.5 billion.

Information is taken from the RCCH quarterly report ending September 30, 2007, from calling the T/A on June 17, 2008, PR's and various State and the EPA government websites. GLTA.

Posted by gumzsa on :

No not really juice. They are working on moving to another exchange and they havent even announced the share reduction yet so hopefully the are not done. The share reduction was found out by calling the transfer agent which is ungagged.(469) 633-0101

Heres a link juice to find out whats going on day to day about RCCH.

Look at a posters name that is "GHCNJ" he seems to know whats going on and always has good DD for this company.

yeah im over there already:) thanks gumzsa, been following RCCH for months, but the O/S kept going up so I got out. now im interested as to why its going down...

Posted by juice on :

Just a quick chart i did...

Light blue lines: I like the flag, looks like we are pinched and have popped over the top line.

Green line: Shows volume decreasing steadily. Typically heavy dilution is indicated by volume increasing steady as we go down, this is extremely positive imo

RSI: note the RSI broke 50, see what happened last time!

MACD and ACC/DIST both turning up.

Breakout coming imo

all the trades are mirror trades today.lol. this week could get fun.

Posted by juice on :

looks like a bit of squeeze may come here if the o/s keeps getting reduced and there are FTDs... uplist happening too. could get very interesting!

Posted by TruthLiesWithin on :

Not all were mirror.

I did manage to pick up another 174,000

Ask really didn't move, but I got some at .003 the other day.

I agree this looks ready for the real move.

Most of these it looks like they pop a little, people get all excited, then sell, take 100 percent, party it up, and move on, only to see it make another run for 5 times or more.

Like HTOG.

If the shares are reduced, and there is no dilution, because that 2.5bil A/S can scare you, and the company is worth the millions they claim, then you'll probably be chasing this too.

I used to think these things couldn't run as big, until I bought SFAD 10 years, a bogus company, and probably still, but went from .015 to over .55 with 937,000,000 O/S.

I'll take a company with real money like this one over that...

See you at a dime.

Posted by gumzsa on :

I know they werent all mirror trades for the whole day but at the time i posted they pretty much were. Look at the L2 between 9:38 til 12:06 it looks like mirror trading to me.

All I know is we are due for a nice PR. Hopefully it comes this week.

After seeing an empty shell go from .0005 to .11 this week alone, I guess anything is possible too.

About this O/S being reduced, how is the company trying to get this listed on an international exchange?

What I think is they are going to try to prop up the price through overdue pr's, with some various updates.

If they they are working on a 50 percent profit margin, I suppose that is good too.

At least there is buzz about this..

I see the mirror trades, pretty obvious I guess.

I got 197,000 but it was at end of day, about 5 minutes before close.

Yesterday I did grab 400,000 at .003, I had AON but changed it, and it filled anyway complete if I recall.

But then no one today would budge off the ask, and I had to bite the bullet.

Are people really holding tight here?

Posted by juice on :

truth- i think there is a lot going on behind the scenes here. i have 500k for the hell of it... the o/s reduction and chart looks to hot to ignore imo

Posted by gumzsa on :

To tell you the truth it is like most pennies when it comes to flipping. I know I have been holding My 350000 shares solid for a while now. Originally I got in this stock at .02 earlier this year and it actually hit .10 and I didnt sell like a moron and it tanked back down. I then sold it on the way down and rebought a couple of months ago at .0022. Some people trust Gene(The CEO) and some dont. All i know is if you read the PR's over the last 6 months and even half of them turn out true we could end up making awesome money. If you look at my earlier posts you will see the DD links which are pretty hard to ignore the potential of this stock. They sound they are going to be making serious money this year and they are EPA approved which is huge imo. We just might have to hold tight for a little while to see how this pans out.

Posted by TruthLiesWithin on :

Good info all around, so I will watch closely.

If their isn't dilution going on, and so far it doesn't seem so, then I agree it looks like everyone is in a sit and wait pattern.

I will probably grab another 250K or so, if there is any chance at .0032 or abouts.
Maybe less if higher..
It was easy the other day.

I need to understand Sales versus revenues, and then figure profit..
I know it says 50 percent, but if they are doing $20,000,000 this year, like they claim it might, it would seem almost unreal...
Being realistic, you would think .10-.15 would be the PPS on those numbers...
I would take 3 cents, but that is just my 2 cents..

Posted by TruthLiesWithin on :

pretty sad day all around.

Anyone get a share count lately?

I have to call tomorrow if i can.

Posted by gumzsa on :

Pretty much crappy day all around. At least the .0030's were getting hit again eod. I wish a PR would come out soon. Its been a while. Maybe today will be better for us.

Posted by gumzsa on :

Someone from IHUB called TA and something weird is going on. I dont know if its dilution or if the new shares are for purchases or restricted. We definetly need a PR to find out whats going on. This might make the PPS go down where I will add more and wait.

New share count from T/A:
321,709,397 +40M

RCCH had an unexpected great day. .0001's were available last week but now we have .0005's Up. All of a sudden trading thin. Didnt take much at all to take out the 3's and 4's. Rumors that this is unbelivably shorted and news expected within the next 8 days about uplsiting to another exchange per previous PR. This could be one of the lottos of the year is these are true.

Heres a PR from May. Notice that they said no later than 3rd quarter before they are ready for uplist. Which is in 6 days. Gene Newton has mentioned through email that there will indeed be a Pr this week so I am hoping its about the uplist. If RCCH actually uplists history will be made. We will soon find out.

I hope this email is true supposedly from Gene.

TO:xxxxxxxxxxxxx
From: Gene Newton

xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
"I have talked with who are knowledgeable about penny stocks. It bothers me as well. If you reduced it to 500M good things would happen. But as it is, it looks bad"

Gene:
I deal with billion dollar companies. Do Joint Ventures and Partnerships that are over 39 billion in value. Sale restricted stock at 1.50 a share and it does not bother them. (They think there doing well)
So why should I care what a bunch of small time penny stock Monday morning quarterbacks have to say. With a drop of a dime (phone call) all penny stock shares could be bought and ergo
all the little pinky mentality with it. But I guess that why RCC is where it is for we look to the future not to a 100,000 dollar trade. Wake up and smell the roses. Your buying 3.50 stock below a penny. Be happy.

ORLANDO, Fla., Sep 25, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- RCC Holdings, Corp.
(Pinksheets:RCCH) announces Shareholder Update:

RCC Holdings, Corp. (OTCBB:PK RCCH) is a business and finance consulting firm
and holding company in both the public and private equity sectors. RCC Holdings,
Corp. specializes in finding undervalued small cap and micro cap companies with
exciting products, services or technology that are poised for explosive growth.
RCC Holdings Corp. provides these companies with guidance and strategic
counseling to help them succeed. Its wholly owned subsidiary, RCC International
Wastewater Systems, Inc. is a wastewater solutions provider. It specializes in
the design and implementation of customized wastewater systems. The company
oversees all necessary phases with the project developer, from design, to city,
county and state meetings, through the approval process, and then through
installation, operation and maintenance of the system.

RCC September Shareholder Update

The first Eye On America segment for RCC/IWS has played in Charlotte, NC during
the month of September. The next showing can be seen on WAXN-TV Action News,
Charlotte, which airs at 6AM, Saturday September 27.

In other developments, water samples are being taken for the first potential
international project for RCC/IWS. The project looks to provide both water and
wastewater capabilities to this non-US region experiencing serious problems in
water quality and sanitation. After sample analysis, RCC/IWS and its partner
expects to make a proposal to the Government entities it is working with.
Additionally, the Company is in early stages of two additional international
projects, acting as subcontractors to larger consortiums in both. Because of the
worldwide need for the RCC/IWS expertise and systems and with the slower
conditions in the US economy and capital markets, RCC/IWS is able to concentrate
not only on already existing and committed projects in America, but also in
areas of the world where capital is readily available, its business connections
are strong, and where water and wastewater systems are immediately required.

During October, the RCC/IWS staff will be making another presentation to a State
Department of Environmental Quality as well as attending the Regional US EPA
Environmental Technology/Small Business Innovation Workshop (www.epa.gov/etv) in
New York City on October 7 and 8th. During that trip, RCC/IWS will be exploring
other business opportunities in the immediate area.

Up listing to an International exchange is on schedule. RCC Holdings Corp is
moving forward on up listing as quickly as possible and according to all rules
and regulations set fourth by International Law. Ergo information will only be
released subject to theses rules and regulations.

RCC Holdings Corp. Announces Update on Meetings in New York
0 minutes ago - Businesswire

As of 12:00 AM ET 10/14/08
RCC Holdings Corp. (Pink Sheets: RCCH) today announced an update on recent meetings held in New York:

RCC and RCC/IWS management returned from a week in New York where they attended the EPA Region 2 ETV (www.epa.gov/epa) meeting, discussing future water and wastewater technology. On the trip, further progress was made in establishing a relationship with a major New York-based University for future projects, with further announcements expected shortly. Discussions with a well-known California University continue regarding IP that will be beneficial to both RCC and the University itself. As a result of the meetings held in New York, RCC/IWS will open an office in the New York City area to follow up on important opportunities that emerged from the week-long trip.

In addition, RCC is pleased to announce progress on a new remedial product that will help existing sewage systems clean up current problems in affordable, financially acceptable segments. This product is in the final stages of commercial preparation and official documentation will be forthcoming. This is one of a series of new products that RCC/IWS will be announcing over the next two months, products that do not rely on new construction, but provide needed relief for already existing wastewater treatment environments.

Work continues on efforts to close international business, which is progressing. Key relationships have been formed and proposals and new contracts are actively being pursued. Ongoing work on up-listing proceeds on schedule.

This release includes forward-looking statements made pursuant to the safe harbor provisions of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995 that involve risks and uncertainties including, but not limited to, the impact of competitive products, the ability to meet customer demand, the ability to manage growth, acquisitions of technology, equipment, or human resources, the effect of economic and business conditions, and the ability to attract and retain skilled personnel. The Company is not obligated to revise or update any forward-looking statements in order to reflect events or circumstances that may arise after the date of this release.
