This one is a scam.... But even scams have $$$ potential if you know how to play them. I did loose $400 on this one after they stopped building the Condos, stopped the Oil well production and were going into lots and lots of various businesses ect.. Then they did a Hugh reverse split I owned 4,000,000 shares... AFTER THE SPLIT I OWNED 100

How can you make money on a stock that only dilutes? This stock has a history of issuing new shares like crazy while the pps just goes down and down. That makes no sense at all, but that's why this is a scam, cause management is too greedy to let the pps rise. The reason for that is they don't have a produce, no investments, no form of revenue at all other than the sale of shares. So what do you do when the rent is due, you sell new shares.
