You're right, we do have to wait for this dilution to be over before we can move up, but who knows when that will be?
Just another poor decision by a penny stock CEO who doesn't have a clue how to sell shares without ruining the price.

24m in volume today vs 81k normal volume. I find it hard to believe 80% of the float traded today just on that PR. It sure smells of a dump to me. I thought about it very hard when it hit 003 today but I decided to wait and see. I've got this one on radar and I hope you see much higher numbers tomorrow!

Good news is besides that 30M dilute it looks like this is being bought accross the board today by share holders. At least no one is selling. At rock bottom though other than the company itself I don't who would be selling such a large quantity yesterday. Should slide back up and at least close even for us along as nobody too big jumps again. Looks like vol. is pushing this alone. What do you think?

It's the company dumping and ya, the shares are being bought up, but the question is how many more do they have left to sell? We won't move until this jagoff VNDM stays off the ASK.

Iknow the stock isn't doing much but they accepted a $12K loss overnight... ouch!

And does anyone have a reasonable expectation of this? The volume was pretty good on Friday, but it was kinda of a roller coaster ride. It just seemed all over the place.

That AH trade is just MM's swapping. Happens all the time on these pinkys. They don't trade AH, but MM just make it look like it.
Dilution at it finest. They have a stupid REGDEX filing out that is killing this. Until that goes away, this ain't gonna do anything.

Study the chart of BLLB - it will go up and down within a small range for a few days before the real jump comes. The whole process will take about two weeks. Another good example is GRMU. Watch it.

I think I will hold until they start selling product in June or July.Up so far today but IMO prices should start a slow move up after tax day. Seems like every year after others sell stock to cover taxes and others get refunds there is a buying surge.But what do I know.I am not too bright.

This is a gamble, you don't win all the time. My gamble is based on the confident level of 70%. So I still feel good about this one. So far it has followed the pattern of BLLB. Many players will not hold shares over the weekend, and the MMs will take advantage of that. 8 more trading days to go, we just have to wait. The only way they can sell more shares is to make a big run from this level.

It's not a fair gamble at all - in this case you are playing with two cheaters, the MM and the ceo. I got in at 5, thinking they would do a pre-dilution run. When I found out the huge volume with pps dropping, I got out at 4. This case will repeat many times. The lesson learned: don't get in at bottom with big volume. Wait until the volume gets smaller, and the pps is up 2 ticks from the bottom. SLSY got the same problem as HCFE.
