During tax loss selling in December, the CEO actually made a market purchase of 3 million shares at .007, representing almost 5% of the 82 million outstanding. He now owns 33140200 or 40% of the outstanding shares.
Yesterday, I contacted the company to inquire about recent developments and was able to speak directly with Dr. Green, President and CEO of Union Dental. Our conversation was short but is as follows:
Question: “I see that you are buying a significant amount of shares in your company. Is their any particular reason why?” Green states, “Why not? Our share price is currently trading at an extremely discounted price and I believe there will be a price correction soon.”
Question: “Your company has not released any news since November. Will there be any updates?” Green states, “We are preparing to make an announcement as early as Wednesday or Thursday. I expect shareholders will be extremely excited, however I can not disclose that information to you now.”

Good luck tio everyone still in this one. I bought in about two weeks ago. Had to average down a few days ago. Now I am out with a good profit. I hope this either keeps going up for those still in. If not and it retraces a bit I will buy back in. Hope you get those new shoes.
