On December 15, 2007, Aduddell Industries, Inc.'s (the "Company") $10,000,000 revolving line of credit with Bank of Oklahoma ("BOK") became due and payable. BOK is currently reviewing certain financial and other information of the Company to determine whether it will extend the maturity date or refinance the line of credit.
