Legal action against "them", of course. I'd have to say yes, just about all of us are.

I think JMCP has topped BKMP.

BKMP (Sandy) diluted and created a real company, but the shareholders got nothing.

JMCP (Frank) diluted and created imaginary companies and walked away with all the loot.
