You got it right, L2T. MMs often trdade among themselves to make it looks like dilution and scare the new traders and get their shares for cheap. CCMJ has made deals with a group of inverstors and can not offer new shares for the next few months. The MMs will not run the stock until they have collected enough shares at this level. I expect it will hit 0.0011, just like IVOI did before the run. Once you are in, just set a goal to sell and go fishing. Don't watch it every day. Now the MMs need a lot of shares to make a run. When they have collected enough cheap shares, they will bring the pps up to unload their inventory.

I don't normally post here very often, but if you have a couple of thousands of dollars invested here and have say a million shares, why are these people *****ing?
The stock certainly can't go down much more without the company going belly up, so my conclusion is that there is only upside here. Yeah, we might have to wait 6 months or a year, but surely it will get to .25 or higher!! No need to sell unless you need it to buy groceries.

I spoke to IR guy for CCMJ- very forthcoming and friendly. He actually planned on having lunch with the CEO (Watkins) later today- and said that if I had any questions for the CEO to let him know and he would ask him.
He said that the o/s was 130 million, up slightly from the 120 mill quoted a few weeks ago. It was his understanding that the company had no plans to dilute any time soon- and that the minor dilution was related to securing some capital.
He then chimed in that a lot of people had called lately regarding the share structure and I told him it was probably due to the drop in PPS since mid October and the higher than normal volume. He said "yeah looks like the float has traded several times over". I askewd him what the float was he said "about 50-60 mill" which jives with the o/s.
He then proceeded to give me a glowing overview of the things to come with CCMJ. He spoke highly of the company's affiliation with Driver's Alert and intonated that this would have a dramatic effect on potential sales. He was also high on the company's potential in Israel (Re:10/3 PR). He expects to issue a few more PRs regarding some "developments" with the company- and in light of the recent drop in PPS and frequent phone calls to the IR company, there may be a PR issued sometime soon regarding the share structure to assuage people who are worrying about dilution.

The trading patterns and volumes of CCMJ and LNGT are very similar. Since they have almost the same floats, I believe dilution is not a big problem for CCMJ so far. Most dilutions occur after a run from the bottom.
The weekly volume of the following chart does not increase in the past few weeks, so no evidence of dilution.

Remember that both IVOI and LNGT were kept at 0.0011 for a long time by the MMs before they took off. The volume is low and it shows no dilution. You can compare the volumes of CCMJ and LNGT and find out that CCMJ's volume doesn't show dilution.
They will do dilution after they take the pps to a higher level.

Homers, did you see both NITE and SSGI were sitting at Ask of 0.001 when an Etrader was sitting at Ask 0.0009? Once the Etrader was gone, both NITE and SSGI jumped their Ask prices. In fact both NITE and SSGI don't want to sell at this level. They used the fake Asks to hold the pps down and caused a panic selling. I have seen this kind of tricks before. So I firmly believe that CCMJ is the MMs' next big game. Watch it.

How the MMs play a game?
Answer:
*Step 1: They selected a stock with low float and great potential; *Step 2: They gradully took the pps down, one tick a day, to create panic selling; *Step 3: They made a small pop-up to trap the new investors. Then, pulled the pps down to force the new investors to sell at lower level; *Step 4: They will keep the pps down while moving millions of shares from one account to another. This will create an illusion of dilution and caused more panic selling; *Step 5: After they have collected enough shares at the bottom, they will start to raise the pps one tick a day and make the chart look very bullish. They will also make unusual high volume and pps jump up and down to get attention; *Step 6 - pay day: They will make a run by sucking all the shares at bottom. Suddenly a huge volume and pps jump of 30% will cause a shock and all traders will come, and other investors will join them and chase the pps up.
**** So just go fishing and wait for the pay day. You don't need to care about the ups or downs of the pps. See the chart of IVOI and LNGT, and you will know how the MMs play the game.

MMs took the pps down to collect stop-loss orders yesterday. Now the panic selling is over, and the MMs' collectin phase is almost done. They will start to raise the pps to unload their inventory. Their pay-day is coming soon.

CruiseCam has made progress in many areas during 2007; one of the more significant achievements was the closing of the distribution agreement with Driver's Alert. With this agreement in place CruiseCam is positioned better than ever to take advantage of the explosion of interest from corporate America in providing in-car video to commercial vehicles. CruiseCam International Issues Shareholder Update for February 2008

WEST PALM BEACH, FL, Feb 12, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- CruiseCam International (PINKSHEETS: CCMJ), developer and marketer of a line of "in-car" camera mount and recording systems with a wide range of applications, is pleased to offer the following update to shareholders for February 12, 2008.
CruiseCam has made progress in many areas during 2007; since it signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Drivers Alert for USA and Canada at the end of 2007 the company has introduced its new product line, opened new International distribution markets in Israel and the Middle East, opened offices in China to increase turnaround time for product and cost reduction, increased sales, it is pursuing distribution channels in South America, aggressively looking at expanding its distribution channels here in the US, and has sold Drivers Alert a warrant to purchase 10% of the company based on increasing demand for the product.
CEO Scott Watkins stated: "We have had a lot of success in the last quarter and we are looking forward to continued momentum for the balance of the year."
As mentioned in our last update, CruiseCam's final goal for 2008 is to turn to profitability for the first time in its corporate history.
