Let's have some fun and play a gamble on PAIM. This game has similar set up as the last game a few weeks ago. One can get in today at 10 or 11, and the MMs will take it up to 60 or 70 in 5 days, very similar to last time. This game is set up by the MMs - they will build a very bullish chart in a few days.
My prediction:
Date Low/High 9/20 10/13 -- get in here 9/21 11/14 -- or here 9/24 12/15 9/25 14/48 9/26 34/68 -- get out here
* A bullish chart will be one tick up a day for three days.

Posted by JimSC on :
Due to low volume, I don't believe the MMs can manipulate the pps like last time. The expected bottom bounce will not happen. You can still get out at 12 today.
I don't see a strong uptrend from the following table:

Didn't realize some people would be so offended by pointing out some irony in Jim's post (and i never wished him ill, just stated a fact).
For the record, HVLN is up like 70% and PAIM is down. Further for the record, I said terence was nuts for getting HVLN, so I'm not pulling a "told you so", just saying sometimes bad traders make good trades and good traders make bad trades.
I think your post was totally uncalled for, and I'm man enough to admit I was wrong about WEGI, took the loss and have moved on.
Guess you an I are just different. I thkn of Allstocks as more of a family, and want everyone (for the most part) to do well, whereas you'd rather prop one poster up and tear down another.

TRDQ got a 10X run 2 months ago. She ran the same day with MSTF last time. MSTF got her run yesterday; due to the 3X jump in float, MSTF did not run as well as expected. TRDQ's float has not changed much, she might run as well as she did last time.

Great job, JU. The low floaters do work. To demonstrate the importance of working with low floaters, I am going to list 10 best performers in the past 10 weeks among what I know. Their floats are all under 120 M shares.
IVOI - from 0.0011 to 0.011 (10X) HKBV - from 0.0027 to 0.011 (4X) NSEO - from 0.0040 to 0.040 (10X) IVOT - from 0.0018 to 0.011 (6X) ISBL - from 0.0013 to 0.017 (13X) MSTF - from 0.0030 to 0.018 (3X) TRDQ - from 0.0020 to 0.030 (15X) DMPD - from 0.0017 to 0.009 (5.2X) DTGP - from 0.0021 to 0.013 (6X) MMGP - from 0.0025 to 0.0092 (3.7X)
The advantages of these low floaters are:
* They run in a relatively short period of time; * The chart patterns are similar and easy to recognize; * The chance of getting R/S is small; * The reward/risk is much more favorabe than that of the stocks with big floats.
Summary: It pays to select and play with low floaters - just try to get in at the bottom when you find one.

Posted by JimSC on :
Hey, Highway. Nice to see your post. Only 4 of them are at bottom: IVOT, ADTJ, CCMJ, and CGGP. It's very difficult to predict which one will run first, because they are controlled by the MMs. Based on the spreads of Bid/Ask, I would bet on IVOT and ADTJ. CCMJ and CGGP may need more time to consolidate. Besides, a PR will trigger a run. So watch for the PR may also help the odds of the run. Good luck.

Hi JimSC, I'm about to get geared up for another winter of trading some of these p.o.s. pennys. I don't like trading these unless I can be home and keep a close eye on 'em, and I'm about to have a little free time on my hands weather pending. I see UCOI has cought alot of volume this month...

Great job, MoneyMM. Now the MMs managed to take IVOT down to 0.0011, their next mission is to take her up to 0.011 and unload their inventory - They love to show their ability to make 10X runs. We might be able to get another one here. So just hold your shares tightly and wait.

Posted by bilgert on :
I spoke to IR guy for CCMJ- very forthcoming and friendly. He actually planned on having lunch with the CEO (Watkins) later today- and said that if I had any questions for the CEO to let him know and he would ask him.
He said that the o/s was 130 million, up slightly from the 120 mill quoted a few weeks ago. It was his understanding that the company had no plans to dilute any time soon- and that the minor dilution was related to securing some capital.
He then chimed in that a lot of people had called lately regarding the share structure and I told him it was probably due to the drop in PPS since mid October and the higher than normal volume. He said "yeah looks like the float has traded several times over". I askewd him what the float was he said "about 50-60 mill" which jives with the o/s.
He then proceeded to give me a glowing overview of the things to come with CCMJ. He spoke highly of the company's affiliation with Driver's Alert and intonated that this would have a dramatic effect on potential sales. He was also high on the company's potential in Israel (Re:10/3 PR). He expects to issue a few more PRs regarding some "developments" with the company- and in light of the recent drop in PPS and frequent phone calls to the IR company, there may be a PR issued sometime soon regarding the share structure to assuage people who are worrying about dilution.

FFBU is a low floater play, and reverse Merger!
posted from another site
What would it take for FFBU to go to $1.00, one scenario
Someone asked me if I thought this could go to $1.00. If this happens we could.
Paulson owns 15 million out of 24 million shares, roughly 51% of FFBU. In their filings it say Belmont is purchasing a controlling interest for $500,000. If Belmont purchases Paulsons 15 million shares for the 500k plus some voting rights only preferred shares. Then Belmont sells their block to a chinese company for let's say 1.5 million dollars. We would still have only 24 million shares OS, with a good company we could have a market cap of 24 million easy.
So the answer to can we go to $1.00 is yes if the above scenario happens. Plus, with Belmonts china connection and the wording in the filings this scenario could happen imho.

I just spoke to Mr. Gomes who is listed on pinksheets as the CEO. It took a while to get hold of him as he is currently in Ecuador, but I speak Spanish, so that's ok.
He mentioned that he still holds stock, but that he is no longer responsible for the company AECS, because it is now owned by an energy company in Texas. I do not know whether that is their head office.
Mr. Gomes still holds stock in AECS of his own and mentioned that there are going to be some announcements shortly that are meant to "caer bien", which means to go down well.
I originally got into this purely on a bounce play, but it seems like something more interesting will unfold shortly.
I asked Mr. Gomes what caused the downward spike and he was surprisingly unconcerned and said that "somebody must have lost patience".
The information on pinksheets is outdated, so the contact numbers there are out of whack, although Mr.Gomes will be back in his Miami office on Monday if anybody wants to verify our discussion. As he's no longer CEO of AECS, then I don't see why he would BS me on the phone.
The Ecuador office number is 011 5932 224 5857 si algun otro habla Espanol.
What I suspect we have here is that Amazon Energy (Mr. Gomes) sold the shell to a private Texan oil company (compania de petroleo) and we are witnessing a RM type play.
There it is FWIW, but at least we have something on it.
I will do some more digging on the NV SOS to see if we can find any name changes or the like showing us who the new lot are.

CalbaTech Files Nine Month Financial Results; Anticipates Profitability in 2007
LAGUNA HILLS, Calif., Nov 20, 2007 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- CalbaTech, Inc. (OTC BB: CLBE), an emerging life sciences company (http://www.CalbaTech.com ) concentrating on the collection and banking of adult stem cells for possible future therapeutic uses and providing products and platforms to the biotech and pharmaceutical research markets and to academic institutions, said today in its 10Q filing with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission that it anticipates to be profitable in 2007.
The addition of sales from the Stem Cell Microbank(TM) Service operated by LifeStem(TM) Inc., a CalbaTech wholly-owned subsidiary, that has developed a unique process to harvest adult stem cells in micro quantities to be cryopreserved for future transplantation into the same client for medical purposes, will play a key role in strengthening the Company's financial position, the filing said.
CalbaTech announced that sales for the third quarter dropped to $290,298, down from $322,322 in the same quarter in 2006, and nine month sales decreased to $887,959 in 2007 compared to $977,444 in the same period in 2007. The Company said a cash flow deficit was caused by its inability in the quarter to collect receivables from the National Institutes of Health, which subsequently delayed the manufacture and shipment of order, impacting revenues. The problem has been resolved.
CalbaTech said gross profits improved to $198,464 for the quarter. "We are managing our resources very carefully," said James DeOlden, CEO.
LifeStem preserves healthy cells for future medical treatments because the benefits of stem cell therapies have shown great success in the treatment of life threatening disease includingchronic heart failure and cancer, with the promise of playing prominent roles in cures for other diseases such as Parkinson's, Alzheimer's and diabetes.
The MicroBanking process, for which LifeStem has filed for US patent protection, is based on the theory that it is not necessary to harvest a quantity of stem cells capable of regenerating the entire immune system at the time of collection, but rather that these cells can be collected in micro quantities and cryo-preserved for future cellular expansion prior to reintroduction into the recipient.

hey jimsc, I do not have live l2's, how are we looking on abph, all I see are the delayed, and they are not worth much, are we looking strong? I see a lot of buys flooding in at ask, but i have no idea where this thing could go, or if its near its end without l2's. This thing is so volital
Posted by JimSC on :
This is MMs game, they don't want to show the real bid/ask. MMs will take it to much higher pps, as the company has almost completed the development stage. More PRs will come in the next two weeks. Check the last run and you will find out this game. Take profits at different levels.
I like ABPH because the share structure is very stable in the last 6 months, and they will have great products soon.
This is a two-week run, and the MMs have been working for 4 months, they will have no problem to push the pps over 0.08, the high of last run.

Hey, Cactus, thanks for bringing this thread back. I almost forgot about this thread.
Great job on SKFT, AWYI, SSWC, and IVOT.
Here are two low floaters at bottom:
TOFS: 0.03 - float: 12 M shares; new merger/acquisition planned.
CCMJ: 0.0007 - float: 42 M shares. Just reported a 0.1 M$ sale to a distributor. ****** quote: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Originally posted by RCAnalyst2007: Sometimes in stock market, what you don't expect happens not what you expect. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
However, we can expect the future events in terms of chance. For examples:
* A stock with high O/S, say higher than 400 M shares, will have great chance of R/S in 3 months; * A low floater at bottom with low Market cap will have a good chance to make a run of 5X or better in the next 6 weeks. SYDI, IVOT, and SSWC were good examples among the recent runners.
By paper tracking one can also find other facts.
When you are trading pink/otc stocks, you are gambling. So just choose some plays that have good chance to win 5X or more, and stay away from the ones with high chance of R/S. This may not guarantee you to win all the time, but it can improve your odds of winning. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Posted by cactus33 on :
Thanx Jim, I appreciate it, can you imagine that SKFT hit .03 from .005..600%..lol.. that was a good one. SSWC was too, you were on that one too
regarding rc's saying imo.. imo too many traders get into penny stocks and just "hope" they go up. Great traders "know" that it will go up if not immediately, then soon. Its like you said yourself, we can predict how these will trade, most of the time" you just have to have the knowledge, skill, and tools..and of course luck, lol.. These are some of the things i have noticed from the best. thanks Jim, and keep up the great work.

This increase in traffic at IslandBlueCasino.net is expected to lead, in time, to increased revenues from DMOI's click-through advertising program with Amazon.com.
Island Blue Casino, DMOI's first free online Poker site, is a for-entertainment-only site and is legal for users in the United States. This Poker Poker website, as well as planned future web sites, has been designed to create a revenue stream for the company, through the use of a click-through advertising programs, like Amazon.com and Google AdSense.
About Diamond I, Inc. (http://www.wificasino.net)
Recently, DMOI opened its first free online Poker site, IslandBlueCasino.net, a for-entertainment-only site legal for users in the United States. Island Blue Casino was designed to create a revenue stream for the company, through the use of click-through advertising programs, such as that offered by Amazon.com.
In addition, DMOI owns the rights to patent-pending voice-recognition and fingerprint biometric security technologies. These security technologies will be incorporated into DMOI's WifiCasino GS wireless, hand-held gaming system, which includes the hand-held gaming unit known as the "GS3". With the passage of Nevada Law AB471, which authorizes the use of mobile communication devices for gaming in public areas in Nevada casinos. DMOI continues to seek a hotel/casino to serve as the demonstration site for its WifiCasino. To that end, in a letter of intent, The Palms Resort and Casino has agreed to continue to develop a working relationship relating to DMOI's WifiCasino and, assuming DMOI continues to meet certain standards, The Palms stated that it intends to pursue an opportunity with DMOI.

Rule 144 may be very good for us.
**** Posted by: olico ™ In reply to: monkey123 who wrote msg# 32476 Date:2/15/2008 8:11:13 PM Post #of 32478
Rule 144 treats affiliates of the issuer much more strictly than it treats non-affiliates. The Rule applies to the sale of restricted (unregistered) stock by a non-affiliate. However, the Rule is far more imposing on affiliates; the Rule governs any sale of stock (both restricted and registered shares) by an affiliate of the issuer, and the Rule applies to affiliates indefinitely. Loosely defined, affiliates are control persons and other insiders, but we'll take a closer look at the definition of affiliates below.
With respect to sales of stock by an affiliate, Rule 144 imposes significant sales volume restrictions upon non-affiliates selling restricted stock, and upon affiliates selling either restricted or registered stock. Rule 144's volume restrictions are commonly referred to as "dribble out" provisions. We can distill the volume limitations as follows:
*Non-affiliates are not subject to any volume restrictions after holding a reporting issuer's stock for six months, or a non-reporting issuer's stock for one year. *Affiliates are subject to volume restrictions as long as they are affiliates.
The dribble out provisions limit the amount of stock that can be sold in any 90-day period. The volume restriction dictates that sales in a 90-day period cannot be more than the greater of the following: *1% of the issuer's total outstanding shares, or, *The average reported weekly volume in an issuer's stock for the four weeks immediately preceding the filing of Form 144 (if the issuer trades on a stock exchange or NASDAQ--OTC and pink sheet companies can only be sold using 1% rule).
As an example, assume ABC Corp., listed on NASDAQ, has 10,000,000 shares outstanding and traded 25,000 shares in each of the 4 weeks prior to the filing of a potential seller's Form 144. The dribble out provisions allow a seller to sell the greater of 1% of the total shares outstanding (in this case, 100,000 shares), or the average weekly volume for the prior four weeks (in this case, 25,000 shares). Thus, the seller can sell the greater number, up to 100,000 shares in the 90-day period.
Who Is an Affiliate?
Because Rule 144 applies differently to affiliates and non-affiliates, it is important to know who is an affiliate. The Rule dictates that affiliate status attaches to any person who directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the issuer. Rule 405 defines "control" as the "power to direct . . . the management and policies" of an issuer, whether by ownership or position. Thus, directors, officers, and upper-level managers are clearly affiliates. Owners of 5% or more are typically considered affiliates, but be careful--while the 5% figure is widely relied upon, you won't find the 5% figure in any rule or statute on the subject.

SANTA BARBARA, Calif., Feb 21, 2008 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Warp 9, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: WNYN), the premier provider of robust e-commerce platforms and services, announces financial results for its second fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2007.
In commenting on the quarter's results, Harinder Dhillon, Warp 9's CEO, expressed satisfaction over the progress made in the last year in turning around the company's financial performance and positioning the company for future growth and continued profitability driven not only by the sale of it core products but also the potential development and sale of new high margin products which will broaden the company's appeal in its core markets. Highlights of the quarterly results include:
-- Five consecutive quarters of positive net income -- Increase in gross margins from 76.7% to 94.2% year-over-year -- The highest operating income in company history -- 163% increase in cash balances year-over-year -- Working capital improvement from a deficit of ($845,641) to a positive $210,193 year-over-year -- 34% reduction in total liabilities from $2,370,477 to $1,545,682 year-over-year
The quarter ending December 31, 2007 marked the fifth consecutive quarter of positive net income, evidence that the company's restructuring efforts are paying off, with the company achieving stabilized positive cash flow and profitability.
While the company still faces challenges in its turnaround, notably the reduction of overall debt, Mr. Dhillon believes that the company's efforts will continue to show progress. Mr. Dhillon concluded by commenting on the goals that lie ahead: "We will continue to look for ways to increase shareholder value, continue to execute operationally by selling our core products, and look to invest in research and development and other areas needed to accelerate new products to market.

This thread is for low floaters. ITRO OS is 1 Billion and the company wants to up the authorized shares to 20 Billion.
Itronics Management Urges Shareholders to Support Proposal to Increase Authorized Common Shares Itronics Inc. (OTCBB: ITRO) (FRANKFURT: ITG) (BERLIN: ITG) management today urged shareholders to vote FOR management's proposal to increase the Company's authorized shares of common stock.
In order to cover future contingencies, including future financings, business acquisitions, and technology acquisitions, and to provide for the Company's Securities Purchase Agreement as described in the Company's Proxy Statement that was previously mailed to shareholders, page 10, Itronics will be required to authorize and issue a greater number of shares of our Common Stock than are presently available. Consequently, the Company's Board of Directors has determined to increase the authorized share capital to twenty billion shares of common stock. Itronics has no current intention or commitment to issue an amount of shares in excess of the one billion shares currently authorized, other than under the terms of the Securities Purchase Agreement and other outstanding warrants and options.
"Shareholders should understand that if the Company is not able to increase the authorized shares, it risks being in default under the terms of the Securities Purchase Agreement, as explained in the Proxy Statement. It is important that our shareholders understand how important it is to give the Company approval to increase the authorized shares," said Dr. John Whitney, President.
The Board of Directors has unanimously approved and unanimously recommends that the Stockholders ratify the authorization of an increase in our authorized share capital to twenty billion shares of Common Stock.
From inception through year-end 2007, the Company cumulatively invested approximately $30 million to create and begin commercializing its innovative photochemical recycling technology that completely converts the waste stream to pure silver and environmentally compatible, high quality GOLD'n GRO liquid fertilizers and GOLD'n GRO Guardian deer repellent fertilizer. Today, at a time when the economy is soft and weakening, the markets for the Company's products and services are strong and growing. Silver is trading at historical highs. The demand for fertilizer has increased sharply this year and prices are at historical highs with continuing strong demand growth and price increases predicted. Gold is trading at historical highs.
"With the Company's market cap at about $5 million, having invested $30 million to get to this point, and being a 'truly green company' with proven operating technology in markets that are stronger than they have been in history, it is my opinion that this is the time for investors to support the Company and help it succeed," said Dr. Whitney.
The Special Meeting of Stockholders is scheduled for May 6, 2008 at 10:00 a.m., at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center, 4590 S. Virginia St., Reno, Nevada, in Room A13. "Shareholders who have voted against the proposal should understand that they can retract that vote and revote prior to the meeting. They should contact Jerry Mucha, at Morrow & Co. LLC, the proxy solicitor, toll free at (800) 662-5200 for assistance or by contacting their stockbroker representing the brokerage account in which their shares are held. I can't emphasize strongly enough how important that approval is to our Company's future," Dr. Whitney said.

Hey PCola and JUICEman- cut RC man some slack. I think RC's post has some merit. I just think it was just a little incomplete. You could easily argue that ITRO is a low float stock based on the following arguments:
1)with respect to Raven Moon. 2)as soon as the inevitable 1:2000 r/s is thrust onto shareholders, "In their best interest". 3)proportionately speaking to the actual number of shares traded in the market on a daily basis in OTCBB land
So let's keep an open mind fellas, okay? I got your back RC!

The two stocks have different share structures, but the MMs managed to make their pps the same most of the time. Most of the trades today are fake ones, intending to cause panic sellings. The pps has dropping 95% from a week ago.

Using fake trades to get attention or cause panic sellings is one of the MMs tricks. I assume most players will gamble between 100 to 500 dollars for a position. Beyond this range are likely fake trades generated the MMs among themselves. You will be surprised by the percentage of fake trades.
0.002 500000 OBB 14:28:51 * fake - too big 0.0021 10000 OBB 14:28:03 * fake - too small 0.002 500000 OBB 14:25:15 * fake - too big 0.0021 1980000 OBB 14:25:12 * fake - too big 0.002 500000 OBB 14:22:26 * fake - too big 0.002 500000 OBB 14:20:32 * fake - too big 0.002 620000 OBB 14:19:20 * fake - too big 0.002 50000 OBB 14:17:38 0.002 110000 OBB 14:17:24 0.0019 390000 OBB 14:17:23 * fake - too big 0.0018 5000 OBB 14:13:15 * fake - too small 0.0018 5000 OBB 14:13:15 * fake - too small 0.0019 100000 OBB 14:12:58 0.0019 5000 OBB 14:12:38 * fake - too small
So among 14 trades, only 3 are real, the rest are either too big or too small. That is only 21% is real and 79% is fake. Can you believe it?

Very nice thread, JimSC - hope you are doing well!

JimSC - I almost always take a position over $500 because I get back out of them very quickly for a small gain. But I do understand and mostly agree with that reasoning.
For instance, I put $1,150 into SMANE. 500k shares at .0017 and 200k shares at .0015.
I don't put more than $1,500 into a penny stock, however.
Posted by PCola77 on :
Jim, you really shouldn't make assumptions like that and state them as if they are fact. I udnerstand your point, but I think you are totally wrong. Trades that are "too small" could very easily be partial fills. We've all had them plenty of times when they fill 10,000 shares and then move the ask, or fill you in a few different fills. And $1000 being too big? C'mon, tht's ridiculous. If you see a $50,000 trade or something maybe you can say that, but I think your estimates are way off base. That's obviously just my opinion against yours, but the way you're posting and saying "These trades are fake" as if you can be sure of it is very misleading, in my opinion.

PCola77- I think you worded it better than I did, but that is basically what I was trying to say.
I didn't even think of the small partial fills, myself, even though I am sitting on a couple of them. I try to ignore the fact that they are even there, but that was definitely a good point when looking at the time/sales list.

Hey, Stocktrader. My opinion could be wrong. But could you explain why the volume of HCPC could jump up to 1 B, while the av volume is only about 20 M?
Posted by JimSC on :
Thanks, SoAngel and Pcola, for your inputs. My estimation could be wrong, but I like you to think aout it, so you will not be scared. There are just too many 500, 5000, 50000, and 1000000 trades when the pps was pushing down to the bottom for the pps of 0.002. This is the way the MMs got peolple to sell at bottom.
Posted by PCola77 on :
I think you're too much of a conspiracy theorist, Honestly, when MMs are pulling in millions from big board stocks, I doubt they care as much about making a couple grand on these penny stocks, given the risk and effort your theory would involve. I already mentioned that "too small" is probably partial fills, "too big" is not really all that much money, and sudden volume could be anythign from someone deciding to buy or sell a big position, or could be due to a SPAM e-mail or some tout. I think "MM games" is the least likely of dozens of possibilities.

I think you nailed it pefectly Jim regarding UPDV and HTOG, and for anyone out there reading this, Jim is one of the best I have seen around here reading MM's and L2.. figuring out what their agenda.
MM's will mirror trade, paint up and down, phony trades..etc all day long before its ready for them to move..90% of these are highly manipulated, and MM's usually pull a nice shakeout before its ready, like UBDV and HTOG, perfect example..being able to read and understand L2 on the penny has never been as important lately imo. keep up the great work Jim..

I agree Jim does well, but I think he overthinks it and mistakes the psychology of retail investors for MM games. Like when you see a big drop on small volume, I don't think it's MM games, I think it's that some people (typically the smaller holders) see it start to drop, so they get scared and sell, and people who had buy orders in pull the buy orders because they want to see where it bottoms out, and the chain continues until peopel start to think the bottom has been reached, so tey start to buy. It quikcly gets back to where it was before the "shake" because there are no "real" (as in significant) sellers, and a bunch of people trying to buy the bounce.
We each have our own opinion, obviously, but my strongest argument against his theory is that I honestly don't think MMs could give two sh*ts about penny stcoks, given the money the make on stocks with real volume. I could be wrong, but I know when I was interviewing with a few hedge fuds, they all said penny stocks aren't worth their time because they can't make enough money to justify the time they'd have to put into them. and some of these weer pretty small funds, so you can only imagien what large market makers think. But like I said, just my opinion.

The MMs used mirror trade to create the close at 0.0020, up 230%. In the pair of a mirror trade, the first is real, while the 2nd is a fake trade that the MM simply moved from one account to another. Please also notice the unusual high number of 1000 and 5000 trades. Are they real?

Jim, you seriously should stop stating these thigns as fact unless you know for sure that they are fake. More likely than your conspiracy theory is that the small trades are partial fills and the mirror trade isn't a "fake" trade, it just is a matching trade where someone wanted to buy 200K and someone wanted to sell 200K, so they play the spread and buy the shares at .0011 and sell at .0020 (as you would expext them to do since that's how they make money). I just don't buy the "fake trade" conspiracy. Just doesn't make sense that they'd go through all that effort on a stock that traded under $1000 total for the day.
Posted by JimSC on :
Hi, PCola. You don't have to believe in the MMs' tricks. But for me and others who try to detect the unusual high volume, pps huge movements, and big takedowns to predict the potential run of a stock have obtained good results. For example, Cactus33 recently called for the bottom of CXAC and UPDV just before they made a run. If you can show me a system that can predict the potential run of a stock with 40% or better, I'd love to learn it. A system is a tool, it may be useful fot others. If you don't like it, just don't use it - but don't ask other people to throw it away. I understand and respect your position on MMs manipulation of otc stocks. Good luck. Jim
Posted by PCola77 on :
Sorry Jim, I am in no way saying you're not using your system to find good picks or that you should discard it, only that you shouldn't be stating things like "These are fake trades" without making it more apparent that you'er using your experience/opinion to make those claims. Like you could say "the trades on this one look unusual. Often when I see 5000 share trades and mirror trades the stock runs soon thereafter." I just think the way you say "These are fake tardes and MM manipulation is misleading, and honestly you probably *could* get into trouble for that type of thing. I'm just suggesting taht you protect yourself a bit more, and help newer folks understand the difefrence between what you know and what you think. that's all.
good luck to you.

Okay, now here's my take on this piece of garbage. I'm glad you chimed in on this one cackleman.
Certainly it is hideous looking right now. AJW has single handedly caused the price to go down from the teens all the way to micro land and move from the OTCBB to the pinks. And why not? They have an offshore arm (AJW offshore) which allows them to short the stock and a sweet warrant that gives them a discount on shares.
But also, the PPS has dropped from .0014 to .0003 on less than 14 million shares traded. That's not a whole lot of cabbage- nor a whole lot of volume, so if there was ever a time for AJW to convert some shares and manipulate the bejesus out of RKLC it would be now.
Of course the flip side is that the company could r/s and AJW could do its shenanigans at a later time.
I think it either goes really nicely from here or they r/s it within a month. A gamble here, but I picked up a tad at .0004. What the hell- I'm bored.
