SpongeTech Delivery Systems, Inc Products get Focus Group Result of 2.7!!
NEW YORK, Jul 26, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- SpongeTech Delivery Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: SPNG) the Company is pleased to announced the focus groups results are in and the company got a 2.7!! So that you understand the numbers, a focus group gives 1.5, which is good, a 2.0 is very good. The projections, with the five focus groups were 2.7!! What that means to SpongeTech is that the 12 months sale projections, for only the DRTV part of the campaign, will be $7,500,000 in orders. This is the infomercial part of the Incredible Discoveries agreement only. SpongeTech Delivery Systems, Inc. and Incredible Discoveries are still working on the projected revenue for retail and total campaign results. Wow, those PRs are extremely "pumpish". Something doesn't add up. Any past toxic financing deals that are being converted and shares dumped on the market? Seems like some kind of dilution has to be going on.

Yes, something going on here. Got in at .08 and out at .077 I think they are diluting with a SB-2 from 2006. Go figure. Very sneaky because i checked all the filing from 2007 before i got in.

just looking at the past volumes and today's, it doesn't seem too obvious to me that they've been diluting.. just wondering how you guys figured out.. since there's no recent filings..

From reading the filings now. In a 2006 Quarterly they had like 34 mill O/S...then they filed like a 20 mill SB-2. The last quarterly in 2007 shows only an increase of 3 mill in the O/S. So i figure they are trying to dump the rest of that SB-2 with some pump news. UBSS is diluting. IMO

Usually, when a SB-2 is in effect they dilute it right away. Not in this case. Very sneaky.

Just a gut feeling from me. Typically if price is dropping and what seems to be good news keeps coming out and the price KEEPS dropping, it's because more shares are being dumped into the marketplace. Be it by the company, financers, or shorts. Doesn't matter who's doing it, just that your shares are worth less if they keep doing it.

I bought 15k shares at .0098, nice ride I'm on. This stock is showing a healthy run on a daily basis, with consistent rises and falls. Official earnings will be out at the end of August, where my gut tells me it could go as high as .75 to 1.00 land.
Company hasnt been borrowing like fools, don't owe anyone, and has launched a very successful ad campaign seen verywhere from Yankee games to CNBC.
But, no one here seems to be on the ride with me. That's fine, I'm laughing all the way to the bank.

NEWS OUT!! I know it's over 10 cents/share, but I think we might be interested since a lot of us owned it before (or now). It hella dropped today, so this could be a golden opportunity (imo).
