the million dollar question is why the heavy bid support at .0001?
I have questioned myself the whole day about it and here what I came up with.
I believe that there really is a huge short position right now. the proof is t e 12 mm's at bid. why would they try so hard to get those 1's if they weren't short? under normal conditions, a couple of millions at the bid will start to drop the bid support. why isn't the happening to this stock? ask yourself that question.
now, the facts that support the short position theory are facts that we know now. the t/a has already verified that the numbers do not add up. that is strong evidence that unissued shares were bought by investors. I also believe that the t/a knows what's going on but will not tell. the volume surge threw the market makers off course. the whole a/s was bought within a weeks time. remember, the a/s and o/s numbers didn't match up.
lastly, I strongly believe that the market makers are holding this stock down to wear out the stock holders into selling. that is also proof that the mm's are short. the mm's biggest fear is the company releasing news about their share structure and confirming the short position. I think the mm's know that news is coming and are despritly trying to get those .0001's without hinting investors that news is coming. mm's are needing to keep it a secret before they get screwed.
this is only my theory and some will say its bs but this is what I came up with by watch watching the stocks trade and by facts that were confirmed on this board. if you have another theory, we should sure love to hear it.

This is far from over yet IMO o/s exceeds a/s --> confirmed by the transfer agent! News regarding this matter is in the pipeline! Once this news hits the wires, MM's aren't gonna be able to keep it down. This will be a nice short squeeze IMO!

After hearing of potential reverse merger from a few people I decided to look into it further... The first thing I noticed was the O/S was higher than the A/S by 300M shares... Today I was able to contact the T/A, and, yes in fact the O/S is 2.3B shares.. I also contacted the NEVADA sos, and the A/S is in fact 2B shares, so we've got 300M phantom shares.. Not only could this develope into a R/M play, but we could also see a HUGE short squeeze.. Hey TMAN! Pinto bean is an assistant on TQWI and Uptick is there as well!!!! Yes, I was told twice to drop the kitten story by the higher ups over there, but it is the truth!!! I got back from my rental property and the kitten had unplugged my phone in the house. He is a real little terror. I fessed up to it right off the bat and I think I got myself into more of a mess. I guess I should have just kept quiet. It wasn't right the way they took the MOMO out of the stock by removing it from the top boards!! All they had to do was figure out my posts or reads that were supposedly manipulated and delete them off the count or whatever they do!! Research Focus/Interests
As Coordinator for Aquaculture Programs, I am responsible for oversight of all aquaculture programs (research, extension, and education) at KSU. This includes coordination of schedules, allocation of physical resources, and maintenance and operations of the Aquaculture Research Center (ARC).
Strategic planning and determination of overall program directions in consultation and cooperation with other research and extension scientists are other important responsibilities. Also, KSU now offers a Master of Science in Aquaculture/Aquatic Sciences.
As one of the researchers at ARC my overall objective is to facilitate the development of aquaculture as a viable industry within the Commonwealth. My research is directed toward identifying culture species best suited for production and marketing within the region. Specific objectives include:
1) Evaluation and development of locally applicable culture methods for promising species that are readily utilized by average producers.
2) Development of practical diets for these species using locally available, and hopefully locally produced, ingredients (such as distillery by-products).
Species being evaluated include: Channel Catfish, Rainbow Trout, Hybrid Bluegill, Blue Catfish, Walleye, Largemouth Bass, Freshwater Shrimp (Prawn), and Yellow Perch. Primary efforts are being narrowed to freshwater shrimp and largemouth bass.
Current Research/Projects Integration of Freshwater Prawn Nursery and Growout Systems Into Diversified Farm Systems.
The U.S. imports in excess of $2.5 billion in shrimp products each year. This figure is expected to continue to increase. Despite obvious economic incentives, shrimp farming in the U.S. has never developed substantially.
Recent research on the freshwater shrimp Macrobrachium rosenbergii (known as prawns) has found that they grow well at lower temperatures than previously thought. In fact, regional temperatures actually provide a production advantage by delaying sexual maturation and the slowing of growth associated with it. Freshwater shrimp lend themselves to utilization of small ponds and integrate well into diversified operations and schedules of full and part-time farmers.
Objectives of this project are to develop greenhouse nursery capabilities which utilize local by-products and indigenous forage species and integrate with finfish and hydroponic vegetable production. Also, to integrate and diversify pond growout through polyculture with finfish species, develop a seasonal rotation utilizing coldwater species, and evaluate innovative marketing channels and techniques.

Development and Refinement of Culture Procedures for Alternative Aquaculture Species in Kentucky
It is expected that newly developing aquaculture species will experience a rapid expansion in production during a the next decade. Development of these new species is likely to largely occur in states such as Kentucky, which do not currently have a well established production, processing, or marketing infrastructure for aquaculture.
This proposed research is intended to refine culture procedures for aquaculture species identified by previous research as promising candidates for commercial production under Kentucky conditions. These include freshwater shrimp, yellow perch, largemouth bass, and hybrid bluegill.
The emphasis of this research is to develop culture procedures for these species that will have applicability to a large number of existing or potential producers. The research includes evaluation of potential marketing channels. Several existing producers have also agreed to evaluate promising results under commercial conditions.

Panetta is in on this one, I hear on the slub board that this is gonna do swell. Its been on the most active board list for a couple of days now. When i first got in it, the last posted message about it was 27 days old LOL, now its top ten. The technicals are calling for a breakout as well, with RSI up and Bolinger bands pointing upwards as well. I don't know where it will end up, that is anyones guess. Now how do we know there is a reverse merger in play, when nothing has been announced via a company press release as yet.
Also notice that no Amendments or Action filed showing change in the share structure.

Still waiting on the ole press release. LOL. Didnt the pumper uptick say that it should have been released around the 9th. LOL!!!!! I guess the fart bag pinto bean is long gone. He was pumping up his own website using this as the avenue looks like to me. TMAN...

It can only go down 50% where it stands now... It can go up a whole bunch more! TQWI Became a shell play when they declared the australian deal was off, therfore, no fish farming will be going on. They then changed their status!
For the longest time, being this summer, TQWI was off the maps... Even when they had the fish farm deal, no one knew about them. Why the sudden change? Why the huge volume spikes? Why the top board maker, as high as #2 on ihub? Accumulation
The accumulation is going up at these levels, which appear to be bottom. So we start out as a bottom play----- When that RM takes place, it will in turn fuel the grandfather clause play.
So, you get four plays for the price of one, with a maximum loss possibility of only 50%-----------------> SOUNDS GREAT TO ME
