Thank you for your recent correspondence and continued support as a valued shareholder. Hopefully, we can sufficiently address your questions or point you to the correct information.

The Company's plan to create long-term value for its shareholders is to continue to transition its business focus from traditional local exchange services to Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). Management believes the VoIP market represents greater growth potential and offers higher product margins than current local exchange services.

Epicus Communications recently announced a new suite of attractively priced VoIP products for small businesses and residential customers. New financing has positioned the Company to build market awareness for its products. Please see corporate press releases here.

Financially, Epicus Communications seeks to continue to reduce operating costs. No guarantee of future performance - cost control initiatives have resulted in four consecutive quarters of operating and net loss reductions.

While revenues have been declining due to the above referenced business migration to VoIP, gross margins have been improving. No guarantee of future performance - gross margins during the third quarter of 2007 increased 48% over the second quarter of 2007.

Additionally, management has discontinued service to unprofitable customers and service areas. Also, management more stringently evaluates the creditworthiness of prospective customers and terminates relationships with customers that are less than responsible in fulfilling their payment obligations.

Information, with respect to financials and investments risks, is available at the Securities & Exchange Commission's website at www.sec.gov. Additional information is available on the corporate website at www.ecg-us.com.

One billion shares of common stock were authorized for issuance by majority shareholder consent in October 2006. As of April 17, 2007, 35,861,280 common shares are issued and outstanding.

Additional capitalization information is provided in Epicus Communications' periodic reports. Third party resources also exist and maintain responsibility for their content. One such source is Yahoo! Finance.

No stock options, stock appreciation rights or other compensation were granted to corporate officers or directors during Fiscal 2007, 2006 and Fiscal 2005.

Stock purchase warrants have been issued to institutional lenders. Information is provided in Current Reports on Form 8-K.

All information and chat room talk lead me to believe this will make a big run to about 0.0015
and drop back to 0.007 waiting on news of profitability. Then look out, Penny Land Plus!

New to the game for me, rookie all the way, any advice on this one. I got in * .0007

I think you did good at .0007, take profits when you feel comfortable. They are trying to shake it now, but I think it goes higher this week. Although, I have been wrong before.

Trust your gut, you'll do fine...

What's the deal here? I.e., what makes you think this will go up, skip? The insider buys is a few thousand dollars total, and he only holds $10,000 worth of the stock. Not what I'd call a very large position. Just trying to find out what more I should be looking at.

Thanks.

Just been playing this one for a while, and it's cheap down here. They have decent financials, o/s is around 100mil, market cap is around $90k. So, his $10k holding, while in $$$'s is not that much, it is fairly significant considering the o/s and low market cap.

Other than that, it's just a good play from these levels, IMO.

Hmmm. I'll have to check into that O/S number. If it's true, I see what you're saying. Seems likely that that's understated though.

Posted by skip on :

Yeah, let me know what you find out. I think the o/s is probably slightly higher than 100mil, but not much more.

IR is responsive, and TA is not gagged, should be fairly easy to get the current share structure. I am at work or I would give it a shot.

10K due out this month as well, BTW...

Well, I just read through the 10-Q from the spring and it lists an A/S of 100million. So it seems like the O/S can't be more than 100MIl unless they increased it in the mean time, and I don't see any filings for it. Interestingly, they have issued some convertible notes for ove $500,000 in cash, and so if those are converted at a 65% discount to share price, as specified, it seems like those, by themselves, would equate to many multiples of the A/S number.

Don't thikn they can legally do that, so I'll keep digging a bit. An interesting one so far though, I think.

Okay, just shot an e-mail off to them, I'll let you know if I get a response.

In my most recent communucation with the T/A the A/S was 1 Billion and the o/s was ridiculously low- 69 million I think. That was about March 2007. You have to fax the T/A and request the information in writing.

bilgert, confirmed in e-mail from the CEO that the A/S is 1billion, not 100million. Said there was a typo in the filing I looked at. Followed up to ask him if the debentures are convertable right away or if there's some set holding period. If they have to hold for a year or more, could be a good entry, but if no limit, they could just start converting and dilute this down to virtually nothing.

will, I think thta O/S number is from the filing in April or whenever. I don't think it's current.

Still low though. I'll post when i hear back about the convertable debentures.

Posted by PCola77 on :

CEO just replied and said the debentures are convertable at any time. Could be the reason for the steady price decline. I'll keep an eye on it, but not worth buying yet, IMO.

May not be one to invest in, but it sure is a nice flipper. .0004 to .0012 in the last couple trading sessions. I have flipped it about 8 times in the last 8 months, it's been pretty good to me. It's downfall has been the CD's, but that's also what makes it bounce like it does. I still think it will see higher levels at some point...

Scooped a lotto ticket at .0003...

I wouldn't bet the farm on it, but I bet it goes in the next month or so...

Finished at .0004 today, this could definitely be a good lotto play. Could go to nothing, too, lol...

Finished at .0006 today. Up 100% from my lotto play suggestion. Let's see where it goes...
