news things coming soon thanks much to merco:
Hi board ...

Well ... I have something pretty cool for everyone here. I decided to fly down to Florida this weekend to visit Latitude's facility and go on a test ride. I have over 30 minutes of raw video I am going through right now with the facility and the ride offshore in Miami. Team ... all I have to say is HOLY CRAP:

*We went offshore for 10 minutes hitting top speeds of 70-72 miles/hour, we were jumping up and down and the boat held up WELL

*The Latitude 35ss I was on was INCREDIBLE ... they won over a customer here ... over 600 HP with the Mercury motors,WOW

*While we were unloading the boat into the water a couple of people were sitting there looking at the boat and were VERY interested. Orlando invited them with us on the ride ... and GUESS WHAT!!?? THEY LOVED THE BOAT (You'll see in the video) ... They are meeting up with him next week (we can add another check on sold boats) ... His boats are HOT, HOT, HOT ---

Watch the video yourself and be the judge! AMAZING things are coming here people and shorty short pants needs to cover his A$$ soon because after this trip ... I will be LOADING LOADING LOADING .. this company is worth at least around $14-15 Million

THIS STOCK IS NOT WORTH $0.002 >>> MORE LIKE $0.02

I am converting all of this to youtube format and will be uploading as soon as I get get a chance!

ALSO!!!!!! >>> HOT BOATS WROTE THEM UP AGAIN IN THE JUNE 2008 ISSUE!!! I BOUGHT THIS ISSUE AT THE AIRPORT AND WILL BE SCANNING LATER ...

THAT IS 2 TIMES IN THE PAST 3 MONTHS >>> SOMETHING IS IN THE WORKS AND IT SPELLS: LTDI

Another nice comment on latitude off of the powerboat **** site:

SUPERMAN,
Sorry for the delay. The Latitude 35SS does include the bracket. My guess is that when the Powerplay was first introduced it was called a 33 becuase it was originally intended to only be an inboard configuration unlike the Latitude 35SS and 35OSF which their primary configuration is outboard. Although if preferred Latitude will be build the boat as a inboard with what ever power package you desire. That is the beauty of the Latitude. The only limitation is your imagination. Team Latitude has really done their homework and are manufacturing a line of boats that incorporates a vacuum bagged and bonded hull with the quality in craftmanship of leaders such as Cigarette, Apache, Midnight Express and styling of the leaders in the performance center console market place at a more than competative price point.

Latitude Industries, Inc. Exceeds $600,000.00 in Powerboat Sales Since January 1; Projects Total 2008 Revenues of $6 Million
Wednesday May 14, 10:30 am ET

MIAMI, FL--(MARKET WIRE)--May 14, 2008 -- Latitude Industries, Inc. (Other OTC:LTDI.PK - News), a manufacturer of high-performance, center console powerboats, is pleased to announce that it has recorded sales of approximately $600,000.00 since January 1, 2008.

"This is an increase of almost fifty percent from last year's sales during the same period. These sales have been generated from the Miami International Boat Show and Texas International Boat Show along with various marketing strategies that are currently being implemented throughout the nation," stated Jonathan Giner, Director of Marketing and Sales.

Latitude Industries will be presenting their Latitude 28ss and Latitude 35ss at the upcoming South Florida Boat Show, June 13th-16th, 2008, at the Miami Beach Convention Center.

Latitude CEO Carolina Hernandez said, "We feel the South Florida show will have a greater impact on the company's revenue than previous shows. The hottest boat-buying season is now upon us and Latitude is busting onto the scene full force. Having built 40 powerboats for the U.S. Homeland Security has not only given us a platform to showcase our boats, it has also established our credibility as one of the finest powerboat builders in the world. Powerboat enthusiasts are sitting up and taking notice that Latitude is a powerful force within the multi-billion dollar powerboating industry. Based on current orders and the demand that we're receiving from boat shows and favorable press like the Hot Boat Magazine feature, we are conservatively setting a projection of achieving $6 million in revenue for 2008."

>**LTDI BOAT DEMO IN MIAMI ~ MY VISIT**

Ok board for those of you that have NOT seen my videos ... I visited Latitude's facility in Miami over the weekend and Orlando took me out on a boat ride in the Miami bay.

*After visiting the facilities and looking at their product. I can honestly say that they are worth around $12-$15 Million based off of the kind of boat they make and the craftsmanship involved.

*We went out on the Latitude 35ss ... and all I have to say is HOLY SHAT ... yeah I was shatting in my pants when we were bouncing off wakes offshore going 72 miles/hour. They convinced me to buy a boat!

*While we were at the pier unloading the boat into the water. A couple of people were eying out the boat. Orlando talked to them and eventually invited them onboard for a demo with us ... their mouth dropped as well and pretty much we have another sell as they will be visiting the facility next week.

*Guys EXCITING things are coming down the pipeline here ... EXCITING things ...

*I will continue to upload more video I have ... the best is one I have of A LOT of boaters turning their heads when we passed by ... this is ONE sexy hunk of boat guys.

*JUST IN HOT BOATS MAGAZINE has featured Latitude Powerboats AGAIN for the 2nd time this year in the upcoming June 2008 issue. I got a copy at the airport Saturday and will be uploading here when I get my scanner fixed. BEAUTIFUL write up and EXCELLENT reviews by the nations top powerboat magazine. (LTDI) Alert News MIAMI, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 05/23/08 -- Latitude Industries, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: LTDI), a manufacturer of high-performance, center console powerboats, would like to address the ongoing concerns of current and prospective shareholders.

Orlando Hernandez, C.O.O, states, "In response to a significant number of phone calls by shareholders in recent days, management of Latitude would like to comment on some of the incorrect information currently circulating in the investment community. I would like to take this opportunity to state that management has no plans to execute any stock splits in 2008. There is no foreseeable event that would prompt us to believe that such an alteration of the company's stock structure would be beneficial to our shareholders.

(PINKSHEETS: LTDI), manufacturer of offshore high performance sport and center console quality-made boats, announced today that the outstanding Latitude 35SS has been featured in the June edition of the most important performance magazine in the powerboat industry, Hot Boat Magazine.

Hot Boat Magazine has become the leader in the performance boating magazine industry. The new owners of Hot Boat Magazine have set out to print a world class professional publication that attempts to give the best information, details and excitement in the world of custom powerboats. Our Latitude 35SS was featured alongside the world's most prestigious powerboats and was showcased as a well built alluring speedboat. Every detail of the beautiful 35SS was presented and the positive exposure we received was very promising!

Here are some comments contained in the article titled, "Stealth Hunter!" "With a pair of 300-hp Mercury Verados, Latitude's 35SS is a silent ******* ready to chase down anything from criminals to tuna." Yet another observation by one of the boat testers was, "It has a military, kind of cool, stealthy appearance." The whole article was positive and closed with: "A small bow cabin provides a comfortable escape from inclement weather or a convenient place for kids to hide out and pretend that they're Homeland Security agents getting ready to bust the bad guys as dad pilots the boat through the waves. Whether you want to catch smugglers or chase tuna, the Latitude 35SS can take it."
