I spoke with Mr Braswell today. A pleasent fellow to speak with, conversation went like this, short version:

My name is XXXXXX and could you tell me if you are the Mr. Braswell of Braswell Consulting LLC. associated with Colorado BioSciences.

Mr Braswell's answer: Yes

Me: Might I also ask you if you sit on the Board of Suntron.

Mr. Braswell's answer: Yes, who are you?

Me: Repeated my name and told him that I am just an investor looking for ground floor investment opportunities.

Mr. Braswell..OK, what can I do for you.

Me: I noticed a 15-12G filing last week involving Jacobson Resonance Enteprises Ltd., is that your signature.

Mr. Braswell's answer: Yes, and then a brief synopsis of the Jacobson Resonance Enteprises Ltd. branruptcy, and we took over the shell ...blah blah blah...

Here's where we get fuzzy:

Me: Might we be looking at a reverse merger in the near future.

Mr. Braswell's answer: We are keeping the shell for ourselves. Possible opportunities in the Bahamas.

Me: Thank you for your time and sorry for the intrusion this morning.

Mr. Braswell's response: no problem you have not been a bother.

That's it, now we need to look and see what connections Mr. Braswell has in the Bahamas.

This is a well connected man. I own some of this and will be keeping it as a lotto ticket.

that's all I got for now.
