ICBM: Signs LOI to Acquire 35% Ownership of Provalt Life Sciences Inc.

ICBS Limited ("ICBS") (ICBM) announced that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire 35% ownership of Provalt Life Sciences Inc. makers of the Gaya line of nutritional beverages. "We are very excited about a future with Provalt Life Sciences" announced Garth McIntosh, President and CEO of ICBS, "we are always on the look out for new and exciting opportunities and we believe that the partnership with Provalt will add immensely to our plans in the food and beverage industry."

Be careful! The company keeps dumping more and more shares into the market! I've been in this POS since 006 and it just keeps dropping....I'm waiting for the bounce!
