Higher than average volume over the past couple of weeks or so, coupled with a major price decline. Nice and oversold conditions right now, looks good for a bounce from .01...
Definitely under the radar, unknown and not manipulated, yet...
I see a bounce from this level...

Yeah, they aren't selling much at .01. Good sign IMO. Should move pretty easy once volume hits the ask. Despite it's overall low volume, I have a feeling the MM's will crank up the volume and give it a good ride soon enough.
Now, they did file an NT-10k on 3/30, so things could go awry if that comes in late, or gasp, never. Even if, maybe they'll give it a ride just before. Who knows?
Nevertheless, as a friend of mine would say, she'll do .015 like breaking sticks...

Like I said above, the volume will be there when they want to run it. If you need examples of low volume stocks that run (with volume) check my previous posts, or, look at VCTY, SECU, MHTX, etc...

Alright, the reversal continued today with heavy volume (for this stock). Speaking of volume, it's been on the increase for the past couple of weeks and now the chart is just peeking out of oversold territory, other indicators have a nice turn up as well. Looking good for a continued reversal. I think they'll give it a nice pop soon...
