Market cap of this company is under $1 million. With the product FriskerPro they now currently have, the patent on that is worth in millions in itself. Although it's hard to attach exact price tag to it, but from the PR and how the real world praise the product; $5 million sound like a good start.
Then you add 5 to 15% royalty (depend on the deal), plus fixed amount each year as a part of the deal if someone to buy off the patent and market it.
So what do we have? $5million/653 million shres = .0076 a share off that $5 millions + future royalty and fixed income each year. So... That puts me to at least .015 a share to start with at minimum.
Now, if we happens to get 10% of correction officers (500,000)in the to have FriskerPro = 50,000
Then 10% of police officers (663,535) in the USA carry FriskerPro = 66,353
Then sales for bouncers at clubs, schools, officers in other countries. Let say the whole life of the product will generate about 300,000 units.
300,000 units x 160$ each = $48 millions
I believe that Cost of Goods is probably around 25% of $48 millions and will leave us with Gross Profit of $36 millions.
Other expenses and R&D ... probably will be about 40% of the sales max (they are doing direct marketing to specific target and via other outlets and stores, also they have only few employees. As a result, sales and admin expenses are very low when compare to other industry). Therefore net profit at the bottomline is 35% of $48 millions = $16.8 millions.
$16.8/563 = $.0257 a share.
So if we sell more than 300,000 units?
How about new products the company will come up with?
SO i believe we should be traded at least .015 a share to start with.

lol.. no, i just had to get in ACMG because it's seems like at bottom.. and i didn't have any source of money that would be immediately free after selling.. since i put my PDGT gains from yesterday into MPET (yesterday) and back into SWRI today.. lol.. so you see my dilemma.. and the way things were looking, even if PDGT goes back up, it wouldn't go back up significantly enough anyway, and the other possibility is down, which i suspect would go down more significantly.. the most prudent thing to do in my spot is to sell most of my PDGT.. plus, a lot of us guys don't like holding for too long, especially on a friday =| .. so hope you don't think less of me .. lol cuz after my CSHD folly, i am a lot more cautious.. lol .. and depending on next week, i may just get back in if low enough.. plenty of fishies in the sea tho.. plus this one has already made me profit.. i don't play stocks to spite the MM's.. i'm deathly scared of them lol

A member of IHUB suggested that PDGT will behave like ETIM when she took off a few weeks ago. Do you think so too? This will be a great gamble next week. Please note that all tradings under 0.0012 happened in the last 10 minutes of Friday. It indicates that the MMs have great interest in PDGT.

I would guess a small wall would reform around .0017 once we break through the .0014's but we are in a good position.
A seasoned trader on another board recently posted PDGT as a classic pennant (chartist) play with a target of .0275.
That's just another man's opinion but I find it reaffirming.

When you look at the TMEN's chart,you will find that it bottomed at 0.25, and advanced level by level, hitting the high of 1.75. After some consolidation it will likely hit 2.5, and make 10X. Watch it.

My thought is a few slow days to creep us near .002 followed by a pop when the 20, 50 and 200 day MA's all meet together around .0014/.0015 and folks decide to catch the ride.
Most still think we are in recovery from the last pop...but that was just a preview.
We are in a low float, heavily held stock that's value is low enough for any investor to pick up a significant chunk for small dough. The chart indicators are all pointing toward gains (when they should have already lost strength if it were in a consolidation period) and the product itself is am amazing adaptation of technology.
Financial info would be nice, but with a majority of the 2 yr restricted shares being issued within the last year and a proven sales network it's a good bet they still have cash. We will pop just fine without financials.

Been doing a little hypothetical number crunching.
(Yes...I know, it's a Friday night. Yes...I know, this makes me a dork...)
Looking at the sites Happy posted on page 5 the FriskerPro retails for about $180.
I would guess that is with a 50% retail markup which is fairly standard for this type of merchandise.
Given that, I am estimating that factory sales for the FriskerPro detector run around $130 per widget.
On recent PR's they state that they have sold over 3000 units which would mean they have brought in approximately $400,000 in Gross Profit.
Now, I don't know enough about production to even guess at unit costs but I did do a little guess work into the size of the market for the product.
The three main sectors I see the FriskerPro being used in are Corrections, Private Security, and Police/DEA/Homeland Security. I'm sure there are more but these would probably be the main purchasers of the equipment.
According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics in 2004 there were just under 2.5 Million paid positions that fell within these three categories. I'd say by now that has grown and 2.5Mil is a safe number to use.
Within that 2.5 there are many paper pushers that would have no use for such a product and further positions that would share such a product departmentally. For this reason we have to cut it down. To be very conservative I am dividing that number by 10.
That means conservatively speaking there are 250,000 positions within the United States that are potential candidates for the FriskerPro.
Take 250k and multiply that by the factory sales price of $130 and you end up with a potential revenue source of 32.5 Million dollars before you even begin to reach a saturation point based on an overly conservative model.
Now add in cross selling for the PROpack that is in development.
Now add in residual sales for lost, stolen, and damaged equipment.
Now add in new markets (one of the sites Happy listed is in Holland which means they are already accessing international markets.)
Now add in potential military interest.
Now add in private sectors that I forgot about.
LOL Get where I am going with this?
This product will create the company by itself, unless they accept a buyout offer. Either way, we stand to profit.
I'm not saying I'm a longterm holder. I don't do that much anymore. But this little pinky is going on my permanent radar for the foreseeable future.

Looks good Bigfoot good thinking, I sold some at .0015 on friday so made a little the last few weeks with small flips , ( I have lost so much by not being able to watch most days I feel safer holding cash or big stocks over weekends) I like this one in the long run and have flipped a few times so far..I know some people dont like to hit the bid because it might keep price down but this is a solid stock that runs on small volume, so I think flipping might just actually help this one get noticed with extra volume as well.. I will get back in on monday for sure after work at some time. I just dont chase too long either , But I really think this will run in the next few weeks and watch out if a good PR with numbers hits soon, it will run like a ..I never set prices on stocks of where I think they will run and usually set a sell at 30 to 40% as soon as I buy something,, I have lost a few bucks playing these pennies and have gotten real cautious on holding any penny for more than a few days ,, And that was My Dork and (Jack Daniels) Report for the weekend . I work for a sheriff's office in Illinois, we recently obtained two of the Frisker Pros and put them through the test in our jail as well as with our patrol guys. Everyone who has used the units love them and have nothing but rave reviews for them. The product is well built and does everything the company claims it will do, and then some, without flaw. The design is exceptional, you put it on and do your search as you normally would, it does not interfere with the search in any way. Any metal and the unit will vibrate to let you know there is something there. It picked up even the smallest of items including small paper clips as well as the plastic headed push pins. One great point is officer safety, if you do find something on the perp your hands are free to do your job, even draw and fire your weapon if need be. With the wands and hand held units you are limited to use of one hand then you have to find a place to put it if you do need use of both hands. Another great aspect is when an officer is searching a perp of a different sex. The unit can be reversed on the hand and used on the back of the hand. This eliminates much of the risk of claims of misconduct while allowing the officer to conduct a more thorough search than he would have without the unit. This allows for greater officer safety, less risk of missed weapons, and less risk of lawsuits. This is one of the best innovations I have seen since the introduction of the Tasers, I can't say enough about them and recommend anyone who has the chance to try one to put it through the test, they will be glad they did. You might not get it. The MMs could bring down the pps from 0.0028 to 0.0020, if they see an investor want to sell 500K on AON at market and no bids from other investors. They will bring the pps up to 0.0028 immediately after the trade is cleared to sell their inventory. So the volatile of this stock indicates the low float and its upward potential. Just set your target and never bother with the daily movement of the pps. After your trade is cleared, look for another gamble and never look back.

When a stock hits 10X, the chance it will hit another 10X from here is slim. Move your capital to another one at bottom, like HKBV, is a better gamble. Don't get into a pinky if you don't believe you have a chance to get 5X or more.

No regrets at all - I played it well (MUCH better than SPNI, so I am learning at least) and made a very nice return. Profit is never something to regret, no matter how much it could have been.

My problem with this stock is all of it's corrections are so small. I've missed out twice in reinvesting on this baby because it didn't get back down to where I thought it would on a dip.
Sigh.

My guess is that some folks that got in at .003 got out and some folks getting in now will be in for a slight downward ride as we continue to wait on news over the next few weeks. I think it may dip back down to .004 or a bit lower and people will pick up shares again... Then a PR will come and the PPS will go north. Then the cycle will repeat and folks will speculate on what is really going on with this pinky... what are there expenses/profits/assetts... etc etc etc

This one is looking fishy... There was supposedly some website claiming to have "direct" sales of frisker but the "cart" didn't work. Someone claiming responsibility for the site said it "should" be up by Sept 12, that's tomorrow... Needless to say I'm watching that site like a hawk tomorrow. Just google "friskerdirect" if you want to check out the suspect website. I hope the site is legit... It's usually a bad sign when you start seeing dysfunctional websites for pinky's.
The person telling me the site was his was definitley legitmiate... that is, the site definitley belonged to him/her. As soon as I pointed out something wrong they would fix it. For example, I pointed out that the order calculator only calculated even numbered quantities and they fixed it within five minutes to calculate odd and even numbered quantities.
I'm hoping this gets some good news and we see forward momentum as I have some shares... Hope I don't sound too bashy lol
Seems like a good product. I'd like to see/hear more from the co and really see this "public" company start doing some responsible things for the shareholders.

I agree about the smallness of the order being of small consequence, but more importantly it proves they are alive after a long period of silence and at least they threw us a bone to chomp on and hopefully we get a little buying on the news to at least get to 75 tomorrow...

Depends on how much faith you put in forward looking statements Lockman. Supposedly there are new products beyond the FriskerPRO holster that are just around the corner but who really knows how far the corner is from here?
I like the chart and am taking a bet that we move upwards for a while.
Disclosure: there has been a minor amount (16 Million) of dilution lately. Not enough to warrant staying away or getting out but definitely should be watched closely.

Technicals are turning.
Dilution is over and speculation is that all the late afterhour sales suggest PDGT has picked up an institutional investor.
Apologise for the pump but this was sitting 50% above current levels before the company issued shares and should recover fully. (Dilution was just 16 Mil)
