RGNO Signs Agreement to Begin Project with Upside of $200 Million Wednesday, March 07, 2007 06:00 ET
DALLAS, Mar 07, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Regions Oil and Gas, Inc. (Pink Sheets: RGNO) announced today they have signed an agreement and are in the process of acquiring 640 acres located in West Texas. This project is a "wildcat" and has the potential to find up to 4 million barrels of recoverable oil. At today's prices, that is approximately $200 million in revenue.
Regions has partnered with a well-known Geologist with extensive experience and knowledge relating to this part of Texas. He has used established subsurface techniques to delineate this project. Based on his findings, a plan to drill a test well in this area was devised and is in the preliminary stages of execution.
"We were looking for a play in Texas and came across this exciting project. This type of discovery can show a substantial increase to our bottom line and should excite our shareholders. After the initial test well is complete, we will update our shareholders," stated Jerry Griggs, CEO.
About Regions Oil & Gas, Inc.: Regions Oil & Gas Corporation ("Regions" or the "Company") was formed to initiate, manage, acquire, supervise and operate oil and gas ventures and to otherwise engage in the oil and gas industry and exploration business. The company is producing oil and digging wells, if they ever PR the amount of oil they are producing..this would stay in the teens..IMO

The charting that I have shows that this is looking very similar to the last run up. I had a red day after a big jump and gapped up like it did today only to take a giant leap the following two days after the red. So I wonder if today and tomorrow we might just see some big increases. I know it is slow today but it might just surprise everyone. But then maybe not. Good Luck all.

Spoke to upper level compliance exec of Ameritrade today concerning their lock on RGNO buys... stated reason: they are concerned about being able to deliver shares at settlement of RGNO buy orders...
Because folks have already bought shares and have settled shares in their accounts, they are allowed to sell the ones they own.... this will limit the upside as Ameritrade has many thousands of retail customers who may not buy this issue until the matter is cleared up...
This tells me there is a problem of some type with the number and location of shares out there...possibly related to the symbol change and the like... it has been apparent all along with the way this thing trades... starting months ago when I bought my first shares...
way too much volume -vs- price movement for the stated/estimated float..
hopefully the situation will be solved in short time... it will help the price much...

This could move real soon, the news will make this go up real quick..
Also, I heard on the Hub that etrade has lifted the internet trade restriction on RGNO, so we should see an increase in volume, and hopefully some buying!!!

News is/has been expected since we have been trading sideways...
I think we will see it early this week..Possibly production update, financials, NOBO or short list, and website update...Coudl see more than one PR this week!!
Website has been down since friday, so my guess we will atleast get that this week...

With all the accumulation and manipulation on this the past several weeks, it is definitely ready to explode...News has to be forthcoming and when it does, this should move hard.....Their website is finally back up and running. Hopefully, this one will have been worth the wait!

Regions Oil and Gas Provides Progress Updates on Multiple Oil/Gas Wells Friday May 11, 6:00 am ET
DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Regions Oil & Gas, Inc. (Pink Sheets: RGNO - News) announced today several updates to ongoing projects.
* Regions has finished completing the Gua #1. This well is currently on line and initial production numbers will follow in future updates. * The Gua #2 is currently in line for an advanced formation fracture technique to be completed as soon as the weather allows. Depending on how the technology works, the WD #1 will utilize the same technique. Regions anticipates that the production levels of these two wells could reach the production levels of a near by well that blew out of control for 15 days before being shut in (approximately 5 MMCF per day). * The issues that have kept the Iwo lease from production have been dealt with and Regions is currently awaiting final approval to resume production. Once approval has been granted the Iwo #2 will be perforated up hole to exploit a zone that had a strong show of oil during drilling. * The west Texas play is still in progress and is awaiting final approval from the land and mineral owners to proceed with the test well. * Lease documents have been finalized and signed by all parties adding an additional 80 acres to their current 700 acres, located in an area with proven production. This location has favorable spacing requirements providing up to 10 additional drill sights. * Work continues on acquiring the remainder of the lease necessary to build a commercial water disposal facility in Muskogee County, Oklahoma. This project has potential to provide additional revenue beyond what was originally estimated, as there has been over 25 new permits to drill issued in the last 180 days. Each of these projects will have a need to dispose of any produced water during drilling and during future operations.

The 5 MMCF/day is equivalent to 833 barrels of oil a day! So over 15 days that equals 12,500 barrels of oil. Someone on IHub was asking but I can't post on there.
So if anyone who is a member there they can post this if they want.

So 5 MMCF/day = 833 bbls/d * 365 days = 304,045 barrels of oil equivalent for the year * US$60.00/bbl = US$18,242,700 Revenues.
That is based only on the assumptions listed. On IHub they trying to work it out but this is what come up with.
