It seems EPGL thread is closed, it's time to open a new one!

This stock is so undervalued at its current PPS it's not even funny. I think we're VERY close to bottom. The float is currently 20.87 million, 34.49 mil outstanding. It will not stay down here with its share structure as small as it is!

Last time this stock dipped to this .002 range
it ran to .015 and IMO it's worth at least .05 with current contracts in place. DD this one.

This is the company's 36th year in business.

EP Global Communications Inc. and the U.S. Army Partner to Provide Education and Services to Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation Command's Exceptional Family Member Program, Medical Staff and Families of Children and Adults with Special Needs

JOHNSTOWN, Penn., Dec. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- EP Global Communications Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: EPGL) today announced it is the recipient of an $850,000 research contract for a U.S. Army Research Project entitled 'Exceptional Family Training and Transitioning Program,' focusing on education and training in the developmental and special health care needs arena. EP is expected to deliver all service under the contract in 2007, commencing January 2007. The Company will work with the U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command (USAMRMC) and Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation Command's (Family and MWR Command) Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) program managers and families to develop and implement a series of online CME and CEU accredited interactive TV-quality seminars on a variety of disability-specific topics. In addition, EP Global Communications will issue a special U.S. Army section of Exceptional Parent Magazine monthly throughout 2007. EP's flagship publication, Exceptional Parent, is devoted to individuals with special needs and their families, as well as physicians, allied health care professionals, teachers and caregivers. EP will also provide selections from the Exceptional Parent Bookstore to be delivered to specified U.S. Army installations and special needs families, while at the same time continuing to extend this valuable information for public interest.

The project is in response to a growing need inside the military among the many families caring for children, young adults, adults and returning soldiers with disabilities and special health care concerns. Providing this crucial information to families, in partnership through EFMP managers, and health care professionals contributes to overall unit readiness and effectiveness. Joseph M. Valenzano, Jr., the President and CEO of EP Global Communications Inc., views this venture as 'a great example of civilian and military cooperation focused on an area that helps improve the quality of life for military families and those they care for. At the same time, this project showcases the dedication and commitment of the talented physicians, EFMP managers, occupational and physical therapists and nurses who devote their energies to caring for those who have sustained significant disabilities in the defense of our freedom.' It is estimated that one member of every squad in the U.S. Army is caring for a child, young adult or adult with special needs.

Upon commencement, EP Global and Family and MWR Command EFMP will ask their mutually designated representatives to implement and distribute plan goals, following a needs assessment meeting with representatives of the Army Medical Command, Family and MWR Command, EFMP managers, Office of Secretary of Defense (OSD) Educational Opportunities, and other interested parties. Up to eight military installations will be identified as the target U.S. Army recipients of this information, and these centers will be key sites for measuring the effectiveness of this research undertaking.

Beginning in January 2007, EP Global will deliver monthly up to 8,000 customized copies of its flagship publication, Exceptional Parent Magazine to the designated military installations that include the major hospitals and/or combined rehabilitation facilities.

EP Global will also work with the Family and MWR Command EFMP program managers, Army Medical Corps and professional medical societies such as the American Academy of Developmental Medicine and Dentistry (AADMD) in developing and executing up to six CME and CEU accredited online interactive TV-quality seminars to Exceptional Family Military Program (EFMP) families, Army Medical Staff and others in the area of developmental disabilities. The topics of these seminars will be selected by the special needs assessment Family and MWR Command EFMP delegates working in concert with EP Global Communications and its associated partners, the AADMD and Vemics, Inc.

The Exceptional Parent Bookstore (http://www.eplibrary.com ) will also arrange to provide each of the designated military installations with books and materials from its diverse collection of valuable special needs publications.

You may check with the TA on these numbers. The OS is closer to 80mm than 35mm. TMAN...

This is a great company. But they
are selling 200 M shares that was
filed with SEC one year ago. You
may have to wait until the dilution
is done. Please check with SEC before
you post a stock. One indicator of
dilution is huge volune in recent
weeks. Weekly volune has tripled
in the last 4 weeks. I will not
get in until the dilution is done.
The O/S could be around 100 M shares
based on weekly volume. If you think
they have low float based on latest
10Q, you are misled. Comparing the
recent weekly volume with that of
3 months ago, you will be alarmed by
the problem of dilution.

tman, I strictly post by released information.
Sorry if the numbers are wrong, but do you know what they actually are? Even if the OS is 80 mil, that is still absolutely TINY for a subber.
I am sticking to my guns, this will be a great one IMO...

9 out of ten times there is a gap up with a candle such as that one. That is, if it closes at the HOD. Otherwise, it will need to fill the gap before we can make a better confirmation.

Vemics, Inc. and EP Global Communications, Inc. to Offer First Real-Time On-Line Interactive Education Program on Epilepsy Preparedness
8:30a ET April 3, 2007 (Business Wire)
Vemics, Inc. (Pink sheets:VMCI), a leading provider of hosted, real-time on-line collaboration and learning applications, today announced that EP LiveOnline(TM), a joint venture with EP Global Communications, distinguished publisher of EP Magazine, will launch its first real-time on-line interactive education program on epilepsy preparedness this June. The program is made possible by corporate sponsorship and is targeted to consumers, families, physicians, nurses, teachers and therapists involved in the care and development of children and adults with disabilities and special health care needs, particularly epilepsy.

"No where else on the Internet is it possible to truly interact with some of the world's best known physicians and specialists in this disease," said Fred Zolla, CEO of Vemics, Inc. "This latest special educational program continues to validate the success we are seeing in the delivery of educational information to a broad spectrum of groups in health care and other industries, reinforcing the value of connecting with thought and opinion leaders without the need for expensive travel. We augment the marketing materials of the companies we are working with by providing a real-time interactive venue for those who have questions regarding what to do should a child or adult they are with experience a seizure. We believe it is truly an exceptional service we are offering to the public."

Joseph Valenzano, Jr., President and CEO of EP Global Communications added: "The programs have the support of many Epilepsy Foundation Chapters across the United States, as well as the Family Resource Network of New Jersey and other related organizations. Epilepsy is something that can occur at birth or be the result of a traumatic brain injury or spinal cord injury. and providing this type of information free-of-charge to parents, teachers and health care professionals expands on the success of earlier programs that we have delivered sponsored by companies and organizations in the area of cerebral palsy, movement disorders and other conditions. In this particular program, we are highlighting the need for families to have a seizure preparedness plan and to be able to execute that plan on behalf of their loved ones. As anyone with epilepsy will say, their greatest fear is the next seizure, so being prepared for it is a must."

Both Valenzano and Zolla note that these industry sponsored programs are designed and presented by some of the most renowned physicians, allied heath care professionals and researchers in the world along with families and caregivers willing to share their ideas and experiences. Most programs offer valuable Category I CME and/or CEU credits - and they are easily accessed online for no charge for the seminar and the accreditation. They are available either as fully interactive two-way audio/video and chat; one-way streamed audio/video with e-mail chat or as a digitally archived program available 24/7 to registered participants.

Epilepsy is a neurological condition that makes people susceptible to brief electrical disturbances in the brain that results in seizures. These seizures can be a momentary disruption of the senses, short periods of unconsciousness or "staring spells' or convulsions. All are caused by a sudden change in how the cells of the brain send electrical signals to each other. A physiological condition, epilepsy is not a mental disorder and can be caused by anything that affects the brain, including tumors, strokes as well as head traumas. In some instances epilepsy is inherited while in others no cause is found.

Annual Report

ITEM 6. MANAGEMENT'S DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS OR PLAN OF OPERATION
In this section, "Management's Discussion and Analysis or Plan of Operation," references to "we," "us," "our," and "ours" refer to EP Global Communications, Inc., and its consolidated subsidiaries.

Critical Accounting Policies:

Our discussion and analysis of our financial condition and results of operations are based upon our financial statements, which have been prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles in the United States of America. The preparation of these financial statements requires us to make estimates and judgments that

-15-

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

affect the reported amount of assets, liabilities and expenses, and related disclosure of contingent assets and liabilities. We based our estimates on historical experience and on other various assumptions that are believed to be reasonable under the circumstances, the results of which form the basis for making judgments about carrying values of assets and liabilities that are not readily apparent from other sources. Actual results may differ from these estimates under different assumptions or conditions.

Plan of Operation:

EPGL is on the brink of its most expansive growth in its 36-year history, with never-before streams of revenue and innovative projects under way that will globally impact, far into the future, what is done for people with disabilities and special needs and for the families, professionals, and other support people who care for them. We believe that a key result of these initiatives will be the continued worldwide evolution of the awareness of the abilities and potential of people with disabilities and special needs. We anticipate that EP's cutting-edge education outreach and multiple forums for communication (e.g.: EP LiveOnline™; and Search & Respond in EPmagazine and on the new, expanded EP Web site, www.eparent.com..to be launched in May 2007) will continue to establish links among families and professionals to enhance knowledge bases regarding specific disabilities and to provide the most up-to-date strategies for optimizing individual lives and well-being.

Management intends to expand EP's 36-year heritage of providing "Information That Matters from People Who Care" to the community of those with disabilities and special needs. EPmagazine represents the foundation of all that we do. Most of our efforts up to the beginning of 2007 have been directed to this purpose.
Our focus is entirely in the arena of chronic long-term conditions, not disease states. The significance of this is that diseases for the most part can be cured with various medical interventions and surgery. Chronic life-long conditions are different. There are no cures for these and so the challenge is to improve upon the quality of life and assist people with special needs to develop into the very best they can be and help make them contributing members of our society. A corollary to this is to increase awareness of all Americans that we will become a stronger nation and a better people when we learn to regard those with specials needs as people to be respected, not problems to be confronted. That is an underpinning of everything we do.

In 2006, we completed the investment, building and implementation of a dynamic growth strategy to increase revenues and profitability for 2007 and beyond, with a three-point initiative:

1.

Emphasize our core publishing operations, including advertising, subscription growth, and the development of our custom communications and special project capabilities. Augment our staff in this arena and invest in building credible databases

2.

Increase growth of our Joint Venture with Vemics, Inc., called EP LiveOnline™, diversifying from the clinical and medical arenas into financial planning, education, assistive technology, and augmentative communications and mobility, as well as human resource management. Expand the "network" of sites we have been building and diversify into other areas besides healthcare. Include the U.S. Military as a major focus of our activities

3.

Leverage our strength in key web-based communication programs such as the development of specific disability topics directed to specific disability organizations: e.g. - EP on CP (Cerebral Palsy); EP on Epilepsy; EP On Mobility; etc. Because of our unique, time-tested, and strong relationships with key disability-related organizations and our reputation with medical thought and opinion leaders in the field, we believe this will be a natural course for us to follow, once we finalize the new design and implementation of our Web site, scheduled for launch in May 2007.

Management forecasts significant growth beginning in the second quarter of 2007 for EP's core services, consisting of ad revenue, custom communications, and EPGL special project segments, as well as our innovative, online, interactive educational programs. Examples of our growth to date and future plans follow:
