personally fuzzy, im still a newb compared to most at this and considering the unpredictability of this stock I myself wouldnt invest that much. Then again im not trading for big money, if a mil shares is a small investment for you, I wouldnt see a reason not to. I wouldnt be the best person to ask for investment advice though =)

Nice post. This isn't your typical bottom play based strictly on a chart. This has been a stock beaten down by the 504's (very, very similar to how etim was knocked to .0006). Now that the 504s are finished we really have very light resistance for our way back to $0.05 and above! Our new CEO seems to have a huge plan at making WRNW successful and to increase shareholder value. We have a very low OS in pinkworld, so this may get VERY interesting for all of us willing to be patient.

For one there's a high coming up so buying in here would be dumb. Waiting for it to break above the high would be a wise choice. The stock is being bought by MOMO traders.. no long term. You got NITE sitting on the BID and the ASK with large lots...not good.

I'm holding on for the pending news release(no one knows when) then decide what to do after that - this company does generate revenue and does have a strong following so far and farmer I agree with you on your right to say you sold and for whatever reasons but your remarks about this stock now are typical of someone who sold thier position and thinks everyone else should because they did and then instead of leaving, stay and bash the stock hoping it will go down so they can say "see told you so!"

Anybody know if Team Completions LLC is a subsidiary of Team services LLC...Found 3 active brine disposal well permits with Team Completions listed as the current permittee...All three wells were tranferred over to Team completions in 2001/2002, if they are indeed the same company they have brine disposal wells in both Manistee and Grand Traverse counties...Both located in the very heavily well populated northern Michigan...Very good news imo...

Cementing is a huge part of the O&G industry...Each well generally requires a cementers services twice during the course of drilling and once upon completion...Most cementing services usually sell well heads, centralizers, pup joint shoes etc. as well...Very good news today imo...

Further, our board has determined WRNW will sell all of its owned lease assets (oil and gas) and concentrate on continued M&A activity for continued growth. Therefore, I ceased all drilling activity and am preparing appraisals for the assets to be sold. I am meeting next week with an oil services company in west TX and other prospects are under consideration. I am in initial discussions with perspective buyers for the lease assets.
Financial Update
As you know, we are currently trading on the pink sheets as a non-reporting company. The primary reason that we are not trading on another exchange is that we do not yet have audited financial statements. We are currently working on remedying this, and anticipate having audited financial statements before the end of 2007. At that time, we will make application to move to another exchange.
We have also recently completed a net equity capital raise of approximately $800,000 for the company. During the course of our equity capital raise we obviously needed to issue significant amounts of stock. The number of shares currently outstanding is approximately 562,000,000.
We have also initiated the process of raising additional equity capital of between $1 million and $5 million. We anticipate being in a position to raise this capital within the next 3 to 4 months.

sounds like they are going out of business and going to do something else like supposedly going to aquire comps like themselves(which sounds like a lot of bull)the bottom line is they have stopped drilling and are going to try something else,and i just bought in,cause they were doing fine for a long time ,of course again as usual the news came out after i bought in and is not on their website
