Not exactly sure but the latest news is that they are about to close a deal sometime in the first Q of 2007 that will be worth 70 million barrels of oil and CEO says will impact share price by atleast 1 dollar!

On all these pinks/otcbb's all you can do is play the momentum because from my experience it doesn't matter if the ceo is lying or telling the truth the stock goes up on the momo and people get out at the top; it is the name of the game...There really isn't anything more to trading the market...
Take a look at the chart posted below, I beleive we have seen double bottom here...I picked up friday for probably my 30th entry into this stock...

I just found it entertaining and funny. I didn't post so much as a warning, but more of a reason to view penny stocks as "plays" as opposed to investments. There is money to be made in mostly every and any scam penny stock. The trick is timing. They will bounce up and down , that's the nature of this game, all orchestrated by the MM's. There are NO real companies. The only shortcoming there is, (excluding thinking in terms of a good long term investment), if your timing is off. Eventually the well goes dry too, there can and will be one day when it bottoms, and folks think it will rebound, only to see it go to .0001 and R/S. There aren't any good pennies nor bad pennies, there are playable or played out pennies.

I'm a noob to all of this. Gonna have some money on scottrade by next week. Mostly gonna do the big boys (xom, bp, ect...) but I figured I'd do some penny stocks on paper.. I got 750,000 of ILGY. I wrote down .0013 for the buy price, but it started at .0014 today. If I was to have actually bought last night, would I have payed .0013 or .0014? Just trying to get a more accurate estimation on how I do on paper before I try about 10-15% of my real money on the penny stocks.

Very wise move mindspin.
Practice on paper till you get the feel for it, learn to read charts, and most importantly, listen to your own gut and instinct because you could very well lose it all listening to others.

He/She can't buy but he can put his order in.
mindspin,...put the order in for whatever you would want to pay for a particular stock. Do your homework so that you can come up with what is a fair and reasonable price and take into account how much you like it.
He's new,....probably doesn't even get the limit order thing yet,.... he's paper trading, which us exactly what he/she should be doing at this point.

the fairest way to determine where you would get in is to look at the ASK when you plan to buy, not the last price. The ask is what you can buy at, the bid is what you can sell at, essentially.
So if the bid x ask at the open today was .0014 x .0015 and it closed yesterday at .0013, you'd be paying .0015 this morning. Yesterday's close doesn't matter at all. the only thing that matters is how much someone was willing to sell it to you for this morning.

And when you "sell" you have to do the opposite. If the bid x ask is still .0014 x .0015, you would be selling at .0014.

I personally like the fact that the joint venture is with a privately held company. That should equate to a lot less drama and politics.

I'm very positive on ILGY there's increased PR over the last few weeks and also increased interest. Something is building behind the scenes and the company is just putting out PR to make sure they have an audience when they drop the real NEWS! IMO this is being put together perfectly and will lead to a huge increase to share value when Kazahkstan deal is done or any other acquisition presently being pursued.
ILGY is on the rise.........get in now or you might miss the launch!

Note about Scottrade ... If you buy a penny stock at STrade and the stock drops a lot.... Scottrade will limit the price you can put in to sell.... So you will have to keep an active watch on your loosing stock because you most likley cant place a high enough trade above the current stock price to recover your losses. Example you buy at .01 and it drops to .0001 ... you are stuck cause you cant put a sell back in at .01 you will have to be watching the market and actually see your stock rise enough to sell and recover your money. Scittrade is not a healthy place to trade pennies unless you can watch the market a lot... I am currently stuck with several low ones and if they go back up I wont be able to sell them because i may not be watching when they go back up :{

ILGY is up from .0013 to .0016 when I 'got it' and BP where I plan on putting a significant part of my money is doing great. Just hope ILGY doesn't pop until next week when I can put in 3 or 400. The BID was .0007 all day almost and never hit it once. The downtrend is over, you guys are so paranoid. Clear to see this is side affect of shorts selling and overall downtrend in market. He assured me that everything is on track for Q1 results!!
Believe him or not, it's up to you!
Also, I have email the Kazakhstan Government trying to get confirmation from them that they are working with ILGY.

I saw it at .0001 weeks ago. I looked at filings, and new it was a gem immediately. Only 1.8 million was available in the whole float!!!! and the stock wasnt active at all so it was impossible to get in because of the grey sheets. I called the broker to try and get shares, but my order never filled.
.0001 in two days straight up to .51
$100 investment = $510,000
Incredible, too bad.
