There should be a PR this coming week, after the interview. This company looks like one of the most stable and straightforward you can find in sub-penny land.

EPGL interview at 1:30 PM eastern today

Posted by bobcat88 on :

Cant find any info or the interview, you know of anything?

Posted by matto on :

Its great you can buy at .0023 then sell at .0034 almost 3 times a week, I love this baby!

Posted by bobcat88 on :

Agreed, flipped twice in the last week. The B&A have been spread so far apart you can buy a tad higher than the bid and sell a tad lower than the ask and still pull 20-30%

Posted by Zeker on :

Love putting in buys and sells on the same stock at the same time... just so much more efficient.

Posted by bobcat88 on :

Could find the interview anywhere so I emailed and heard this back within an hour. He's also doing a wallst.com intview today.

We had a break down in communication on the start time for the interview. It was a Central time vs. Eastern time situation.

The interview has been rescheduled for 10:30 AM EST on Friday, Feb. 21. ***.com will post this new time on their website as well as send it to several other outlets.

Thanks for you interest and sorry for the confusion. After the interview, EP will be posting it to our site, if I'm not mistaken. www.eparent.com

Also, our CEO is doing an interview today with wallst.com. I think that interview is recorded rather than live and will be posted on the wallst.com website after the interview.

Best regards,

Jan

and wouldn't that have meant that he would have just showed up an hour early?

Most likely a phone interview. But yeah you'd think that something like that you would be prepared for.

Yep,but Wallst.net interview today, *** interview tomorrow, 10Q this week, Allergan's
UNRESTRICTED grant to EPGL, ongoing US army contract, the stars are aligning IMO. Why all the PR? Good things coming IMO.

Still supposed to be one on *** today.

Zeker....time to get in is before the news and buzz. Besides, the chart alone is worth loading up....this one bounces frequently and with any type of hype or news it's gonna POP.

Posted by Zeker on :

Yes- but that was supposed 2 B last week- this past week was supp. 2 B the week of news and PRs. When a co. says that news will be out on such and such a day, and then the CEO doesn't give the interview on time and as such can't place a PR about that interview when it is expected, it takes away from the impact of the news.

Shouldnt a filing be coming out soon? I thought they should have filed a quarterly or yearly 10 by the 15th. TMAN...

Posted by will on :

Not sure when the next form 10 is due, Hasn't been assigned an "E", so apparently they are not dilinquent in their filings.

Lot of insider buying end of '06.

Posted by tmanfromtexas on :

I had some time and was able to research a little. I did not see a filing in February or March back to 2004. They usually put out a 10K in April so I guess that answers my question. lol. The info came from secinfo.com. very useful site. TMAN...
