Out with the old....in with the new.

Digital Descriptor Systems, Inc Announces

Name Change, New Symbol and Reverse Stock Split

Allied Security Innovations, Inc.

New Stock Symbol: ASVN

Sea Girt, NJ. - Digital Descriptor Systems, Inc., has officially announced a name change to Allied Security Innovations, Inc. effective February 7, 2006. The new symbol is ASVN. In addition, the company implemented a one for 500 reverse stock split that will reduce the number of issued and outstanding shares from approximately 9. 5 billion to approximately 20 million shares.

“The shareholders overwhelmingly supported the reverse stock split and our name change, which more closely reflects the new company we have become,” stated Anthony Shupin, Chairman and CEO. “The DDSI role as a provider of imaging software to the criminal justice market will remain as a dba. Our subsidiary, CGM-Applied Security Technologies, Inc. continues to expand our client base, protecting unattended assets and devising security techniques across the broader spectrum of supply chain, cargo, transportation, pharmaceutical and homeland security markets. We anticipate that implementation of the reverse stock split will lead to greater interest in our company by the investment community.”

“We are working on our web-presence, which will enhance our new image as well as allow our worldwide client base access to information about our products and their applications,” Shupin continued, “We expect to see results before the end of the first quarter 2007. There are a lot of positive changes happening at our company. The management team and Board of Directors sincerely thank our shareholders for their support of our initiatives.”

Allied Security Innovations, Inc. executive headquarters remains in Sea Girt, New Jersey. Technical support for its proprietary software utilized by over 300 clients around the world is based in St. Augustine, Florida.

Its subsidiary, CGM Applied Security Technologies, Inc., based in Somerset, NJ, is a leading

manufacturer and distributor of Homeland Security products, including indicative and barrier security seals, security tapes and related packaging security systems, protective security products for palletized cargo, physical security systems for tractors, trailers and containers, as well as a number of highly specialized authentication products. Additional information is available online, at www.cgmsecuritysolutions.com.

The new being a new symbol, same piece of - that you yourself admitted was probably going to be worthless soon.

Dalton05 says: "we are bag holders - lets all just move on.Hopefully you didn't lose too much becausethis will be worth nothing very soon"

And you replied with "Unless they drop some kind of a bombshell PR I'm afraid you are correct."

Unless that "bombsell PR" came out, that's pretty f***ed up of you to try to trick people into thinking this is a good play after admitting yourself that it will probably be worthless soon.

Some bitter people on the boards this morning. I don't see anything wrong with starting a new thread on an old stock. I am in no way pumping this stock. If it goes, great....it's not the mortgage payment.

Just looking for some discussion.....man, chill out.

I'm glad you started this new thread. Since Scottrade wont let me out of this yet, I have the opportunity to see how bad things are.

I mean, when I step in sh!t, does it just fall off my shoe with a few strokes on the grass, or did it really squish between the cracks of my sole and is gonna require a stick and meticulous surgery to remove...while holding my breath.

Jon....have your shares been converted yet with your broker?

I don't think so. I actually don't have too much invested here thankfully.

Oh that was fun, when I saw my hundreds of thousands of shares convereted into hundreds of shares.

Thankfully I wasnt too deep into this pile of ****.

Nice to see though that my average turned out less than what it originally was at. That was cool.

Piece of trash.

The 2007 outlook for this company. (1) A new name on the same exchange ( Pink ) that’s to lure new suckers to buy this stock. (2) Diluting loyal stockholder shares back into the float, with some becoming restricted as incentive to attract new employees to the company. (3) Same fundamentals & personnel, that couldn’t get it done under the old name with no major contracts or venture capital. In a nutshell, same car engine, new car body. (lol) In the words of Jim Cramer, this is a ( Don’t Buy, Don’t Buy, Don’t Buy ). GLTA

Email from Michael:

I asked Michael to also reduce the A/S by 500:1
his answer:

In order to reduce the authorized shares would take another shareholder meeting and the reason we don't want to do this is that we don't know how many shares we will need to meet the obligations of the convertible debentures.

I then asked about when the Conversions of the CD's would start again
his answer:

As for converting by the CD holders I would suspect we will start to see them this week.

Brackep, what the heck does that mean for the stock? What are we into here? I mean, I was more comefortable when I was down 50% from .0002 to .0001 and the only place it could go was back to neutral!

Also, for anybody who hasn't read up on the company, I suggest they look at the past three 10q's. I'm not saying this is the world's best play, but, I did believe in this company a year ago. And nothing about them has changed accept they have grown the businerss.

Ergo, if I liked them a year ago, I should like them as much now.

JIF,

I sold my position today, I'm not comfortable anymore holding this stock. My first purchase goes back to august 2005. Well it hurts a bit, knowing "a good company" didn't do well for me ... I've lost with this one. Hope to recover elsewhere ...

Posted by jon clogger on :

I sold yesterday at .025, a bit of a stinger. Now all in with NEOM, I heard there was a more severe beating waiting for me over there.

I don't just pick the ones that are kind of bad, I like the real Piece o' sh!ts...

Well, I'm down over 6k now and I have very little left to loose. So, it is what it is. I'm going to hold out for the long run.

These stocks can move around quite a bit right after an R/S so I'll see if it shakes the chart a bit.

By the way, I had a very positive email exchange with the CEO today. Please see below:

xxx,

Thank you for your kind thoughts...this email finds us more diligent than ever in conducting our activities to improve revenues, maintain margins and grow the company. We, too, are disappointed in the recent market activity, and continue to work on the things we can control...like increasing sales, controlling expenses and expanding our market presence.
Ultimately, we believe the best way to obviate the market's present opinion is to prove that we are a new and innovative company with outstanding products and services that benefit our security conscious world. This will not happen "over-night", but we remain a fully reporting company and savvy investors should begin to see the growth progression.

Sincere regards,

Tony Shupin

Allied Security Innovations, Inc.

First email:

Tony,

How are you? I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to touch base with you on the stock price this week. As you can see, we’re heading straight down again. Is there anything you’d like me to post to the message board? Please advise.

Respectfully

xxx

Compu-Sketch Helps Solve Crime; Retell the Tale

ASI’s Innovative Sketching program to be featured on Court TV Show

In 1994, Darryl Kuehl brutally murdered a retired Idaho schoolteacher and buried him in the crawlspace of his own Sandpoint, Idaho, house. Thanks in part to Compu-Sketch, a Windows-based composite sketching program manufactured and marketed by ASI (then called Digital Descriptor Systems, Inc.), Idaho State Police were able to identify and soon apprehend their suspect.

Nearly 13 years later, Compu-Sketch will once again play a role in this case. This time it will make its appearance as the Idaho State Police retell the story of the Paul Gruber murder on Court TV’s Forensic Files, 9 p.m. on April 18.

Immediately after the murder, Kuehl took on the identity of his victim, took his car, boat and television set, and even sent birthday cards to family members, hoping they would think he was still alive. Family members soon became suspicious. Compu-Sketch was used by the Idaho State Police to generate an image of the suspect, who was arrested for the murder some 20 months later. He remains in prison on a life sentence.

The case has long drawn interest, so much so that producers decided to dedicate an episode of Forensic Files to it. Because Compu-Sketch was such an integral part of solving the case, ASI was contacted to once again use the system, which the state police no longer had available to them.

“We not only obliged the Idaho State Police in their request, we donated a copy for future use,” said Anthony Shupin, ASI CEO. “Compu-Sketch remains an innovative and effective way for criminal investigators to find their suspects.”

Known as the “sketch artist on a disk”, Compu-Sketch is computer software that contains a library of more than 40,000 artist-rendered physical features and uses pull-down menus to simply define specific features and accessories. A built-in witness module helps stimulate memory, assuring a most accurate sketch.

It is just one of many integrated enterprise-wide image applications specifically designed for criminal justice organizations developed by ASI. Customers include states, cities, counties, corrections, justice, and public safety agencies. Additional information is available online, at www.ddsi-cpc.com.

Sold 5M (converted to 10k after R/S) for $250.00
Now will wait to buy 2.5M shares for the same $250.00 when price hits .0001 again next couple of months.
It's my "bag enlargement" strategy.

Posted by tmanfromtexas on :

I like that idea jon. I sold out at .025 also. Good luck to all. You are gonna need it here. TMAN...

Posted by Max Shrap on :

Anybody know if they increased the O/S yet and what the number is?

Posted by JIF on :

no idea.

I have to say, everybody on this post is bashing the company.

While I don't agree with the R/S or any further dilution of the shares, I do like the company. I appreciate that they are fully reporting and are quickly growing both sales volume and revenue. I also like the management team.

I'm really not sure what the problem is. However, if this stock gets lower, I may buy some more. I know you guys won't agree with this, but I'm long and strong on this one.

Posted by jon clogger on :

Bashing is when someone brings down a company with their opinion.

COMPLAINING is when the stock brings down a faithful investors bank account.

Big difference. We've paid for our right to complain.

Posted by Max Shrap on :

If they are "fully reporting" we have to talk to the TA and find out what they are doing to the structure or this thing. At a 30 million O/S it shouldn't be doing this drop.

Not only was your comment true, but it was funny. I respect your comment. In many ways, I agree.

Remember though: the Japanese have the same word for crisis and opportunity.

Could this be the perfect buy in point? Maybe the stock has dropped on irrational thinking and bearish investors. If the stock corrects itself and finds an efficiency point somewhere around .04, then there is an opportunity here to realize a 500% gain from .008.

Posted by jon clogger on :

Thanks JIF, and although there's potential for a 500% gain from .008 to .04, I won't jump back in until .001 and catch 1000% to .01

"You can polish a turd...but in the end it's still a turd."

75% increase today JIF.

Posted by JIF on :

Yup. All stocks will find their efficiency point. If they go too high they level off. If they go too low they rebound a bit. We're rebounding here.

Once the R/S was over, a lot of people jumped ship. This drove the pps down too far. Now the market's naturaly efficiency is moving the stock to the middle, to find it's efficiency point, or Beta.

This is just my read on it, but I think we could level back around .05.

Posted by JIF on :

here we go. Moving back up a bit.

We're talking 300% increase since the other day at .008.

That's good stuff.

Posted by Soylent Green on :

Up 22% in the last 30 minutes....huh?

Posted by Soylent Green on :

Now up 50%!

Posted by Soylent Green on :

Up 66%....WTF!

Posted by TraderSwede on :

Excellent, I bought this one at 0.20 (that's right, 20 cents a pop) back in May and followed it ALL the way down, would love to get back SOME money...

Posted by Soylent Green on :

Up 94% News?

Posted by TraderSwede on :

Nope none, I looked eveywhere....

Posted by JIF on :

Stocks making a move. It's correcting as I expected. I think it will correct higher still.

If it moves quickly, there may be enough irrational exhuberance to really inflate this thing.

Posted by JIF on :

Let's see if we can get some more movement tomorrow.

Posted by JIF on :

We're still popping this morning. That's huge. I think it's a very good sign. jmho

Posted by Soylent Green on :

Volume and green right from the start....someone wants this to move higher.

Posted by TraderSwede on :

Finally!

Like I said before, I'm in on this one for the LONG run

Posted by quickpicker on :

I am still holding after being shafted on the reverse split. Keep it going.

Posted by JIF on :

I'm with you guys. As I said earlier, it went down too far and now it's finding it's efficiency point or reasonable value point (my term, feel free to borrow).

So, it's going to adjust back up imho.

Now, if folks had bought in at .008 when I told them about this, they would have a 450% gain right now.

why don't people listen to the JIF?!!!!!!

Posted by Soylent Green on :

Up 25% with big volume again this morning at .04. Nice to see....

Posted by gatorhistory on :

seems to be a nice slow/steady gain again today.

Posted by TraderSwede on :

Up 40%

Just need it to hit .2 to break even... [Mad]

Posted by Soylent Green on :

Now up 56% today at .05

Posted by JIF on :

Wow,

This is huge. I'm really starting to get excited now. We've broken .045. That was a big inflection point in my mind. So, I'm really watching this now.

Posted by gatorhistory on :

remember, in terms of penny companies, the float here is miniscule at 20.5mln as of 2/28. '05 revenues were over 5mln, and have been increasing. Hopefully good news soon will send this flying.

Posted by JIF on :

ok. We've got a shake here. People are getting out at .05 becuase it's the last place we were at before the R/S. It's understandable. It's a shake.

I'm holding tight. I think we'll get more folks in and drive this further.

imho

Posted by gatorhistory on :

this is waiting for news to really move I think. it is, IMO well undervalued at these levels.

Posted by quickpicker on :

I am holding to see what happens.

maybe this piece of trash will enable me to at least not lose money afterall.

I'm telling you guys, if we see .01 again, I'm buying in big time.

OK. so the shake put us here. Let's see what happens tomorrow. Hopefully these guys are gone and we can start moving up again.
