Two of the best chartist I consult, both Jrod & Dart feel that the SAR being triggered beneath the share price is pretty significant. Note that the pps has been trending up very slowly.

I've resisted taking some decent profits even though I continue to see this as a crap shoot. lately it appears that the stock has sustained corrections that were not steep enough to make it worth my time to attempt a flip. I'm betting the trend continues on anticipation of Telmex launch or a major computer company installing their software.

Very low volume & it just keeps moving up!

Something is in the works or MMs would be taking it down on low volume. Might be an indication that not only are they unwilling to short it, the retail investor refuses to sell. Still a gamble but this thing looks like a powder keg,,,

Anybody got a match?

Up 22% today on above average volume with 5 hours left in the trading day. This thing is setting up for a run. The entire VR sector has quietly been heating up & ONEV is waiting to hear from Telnor about the upcomong launch in Mexico. It's not too late to catch a ride. Patience was the key here.

LOL! I hope somebody else here is getting ready to make a mint off this puppy!

I konw you've heard this before.

Closed on strength with buys near the high of the day & up 25% on above average volume. All with no news! Traders will work this thing tomorrow & take it up more. Don't let a PR come out announcing Telnor's launch.

This will be the stock of the year.

Slight midday retrace but still up 16% on above average volume. The trend continues with conviction.

Again! Closed on strength with buys near the high of the day & up 22% on above average volume. I might add. Volume was a little better than yesterday. Again. All with no news!

The trend continues with conviction.

Since march 12th this thing has climbed at a steady pace. The last two days alone have yielded about a 50% gain. One can only expect that a correction is in order. There is a gap between .016 & .017. Hope it does not drop that far but I have to believe that tomorrow we may see a shake. That being said I'm still pretty bullish on this thing & look forward to having a base of support over .02 for the next leg up.

There is another possibility. I've underestimated how strong the trend is. It is remotely possible that huge volume hits tomorrow & this thing starts a genuine run.

Posted by whizknock on :

OK. We got our correction yesterday. No surprises there. Today was sweet. Even suprised me. Realistically I thought we might loose a little ground & just hoped we could hold .021 or .02 at the worst. Not only did they stay above .021 they even showed a slight gain. After a session of profit taking ONEV held their ground. Up 4.3% on decent volume. People just unwilling to let this thing go & I can't blame them. Anyone on the sidelines when Telnor is announced will be chasing.

One Voice Technologies Issues an Industry and Competitive Market Overview for Voice Recognition Sector
Thursday March 22, 9:30 am ET

LA JOLLA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--One Voice Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:ONEV - News) Chairman and CEO Dean Weber today issued the following industry and competitive market overview:

"In recent months there have been several exciting developments in the voice recognition sector, namely the acquisition of Tellme Networks (http://www.tellme.com/microsoft/index.html) by Microsoft Corporation for an estimated $800 million and the acquisition of Bevocal (http://www.bevocal.com/corporateweb/press-releases/pr_0222200701.html ) by Nuance Corporation for an estimated $140 million. Both Tellme and Bevocal are voice recognition companies in the telecommunications sectors with overlapping products and technology to One Voice. These recent acquisitions highlight an industry push for the development and deployment of voice recognition solutions in the mass consumer sector and are good news for One Voice by setting high standards for competitive market valuations in the industry.

As a pioneer of this industry One Voice is well positioned to capitalize on the growing market of voice recognition. Voice recognition is a large global sector with the ability to reach billions of phones and computers/Internet users worldwide. Tellme has domestic customers including AT&T and Bevocal has domestic customers including Cingular. One Voice has domestic and international customers including the largest telephone company in Latin America and we anticipate closing a deal with one of the largest telephone companies in Asia.

Regarding patents One Voice has a strong global portfolio including patented voice search technology. Two of our patents (6,434,524 and 6,532,444 filed October 1998 and 1999) were recently referenced by Google patent (7,027,987 filed February 2001) as prior patents in Google's only issued voice search patent. In addition, One Voice has a very broad patent pending for remote control devices using voice recognition and/or voice-over-Internet (VoIP) communications. If issued, this could change the remote control industry (TV, music and media players, etc.) for remote control devices used for voice recognition and/or VoIP phone calling.

One Voice is well positioned in the growing digital home sector with leading voice recognition solutions to voice control Microsoft Windows XP Media Center, Windows Vista and Linux based devices. The digital home sector is driven by industry giants including Microsoft, Apple, Google and Intel Corporation. Neither Tellme nor Bevocal have solutions in the PC or digital home sectors. One Voice's award winning Media Center Communicator offers users the ultimate digital home experience to play music, view photos, videos, TV and even place Skype calls using voice commands with no training.

The coming months and years will be very exciting for our company as voice interfaces become pervasive throughout our lives. This is an exciting high growth sector and One Voice is well positioned with our current and future products that will benefit users worldwide."

Wow! Just got home from work. Looking * .0265 on just over average volume. 10% gain on a Friday & I was concerned about weakness & just staying above .021!

My belief is that the reason for the recent run-up in the PPS is because the whole VR sector is heating up so people do a search on VR companies. They look at this list & find one that is selling for .0265 a share, do their DD & discover it's on the verge of executing major contracts.

Today's action looks like a buy signal.

There's more to come! We've developed a trend & 14 million shares Out of 612 million OS is not enough for me to call this a run. Like I said, this thing is coiled.

By the way. I do not know when but I'm now expecting a run with 100 million plus trading days to reach a minimum of a quarter. I may sell a small block there & wait on projections & sub numbers to take this thing into rarified air!!!!

What is going on??
This is what is happening..
Microsoft Watch - Desktop & Mobile - Tellme About Dial Tone 2.0

Here are excerpts of what MS and Tellme think they would like to see happen..LOL

Talking about Google Search:
"Search works pretty well, although natural language would be better."

Talking about emerging markets:
1 Billion Served
"The importance of a successful mobile user interface cannot be understated. According to IDC, cell phone shipments topped 1 billion units in 2006, up 22.5 percent year over year. Most people don't carry PCs, but they are likely to have a mobile phone. The platform is there, but not the right user interface to really capitalize on the potential capabilities."

"More importantly: "Device shipments into emerging economies in Asia/Pacific, Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America have surpassed shipments to mature markets, and the difference between the two continues to grow," said Ramon Llamas, IDC research analyst, in a January statement accompanying the 1-billion shipment announcement."

"Many emerging markets are undergoing technology skip, where the first computing and Internet-capable device is the cell phone rather than the PC. Many mobile users in these markets well never own a PC. Again, where is the user interface capable of unlocking the mobile device's potential?"

Finally this on what a cellphone should do..The funny part is..this is exactly what Onev is launching to Telnor..LOL

"Yesterday, McCue spoke about "Dial Tone 2.0." He explained how "the phone has been relatively unchanged in decades...that you have to type in a bunch of numbers to get something done, or to reach somebody."

He emphasized, "We think that when you pick up a phone, the phone should ask you, what do you want to do, who do you want to call. And you can say what you want; you can say call mom at home. You can say call Mike on his mobile phone. You can say call Mike and Jeff, and have a conference call immediately happen."

"Voice is a very natural and familiar user interface. It's standard apparatus on most human beings."

One Voice will be the first company to launch what they call Dial tone 2.0 and they will launch it to the largest landline company in Mexico.. Then they will go after the largest cellphone company in all of Latin America..This while MS and Tellme just talk about what they would like to see..There is one minor problem for them..Dean already has the Natural language user interface patented..LOL..If you want to know why the pps is going up..Ask Telmex..they know why..and they know exactly what date they will launch..GLTA...veno

Post #of 5555

Guess what?? when I call into MV..
I hear my name and "What would you like to do" at that point I can say make a phone call and MV will say.."Who do you want to call?" I can say call mom at home or ar work. I can also say call Mike on his cellphone or at home or at work.. I can then say call friends.. which I have already set up to ten friends in my address book..and MV will say calling friends and I will be connected to all ten of them at the same time on a CC no matter where they are..

This is from that article I just posted and what Tellme and MS think a phone should do..

He emphasized, "We think that when you pick up a phone, the phone should ask you, what do you want to do, who do you want to call. And you can say what you want; you can say call mom at home. You can say call Mike on his mobile phone. You can say call Mike and Jeff, and have a conference call immediately happen."

Do you see anything the same LOL..Oh and I haven't even mentioned the email read and send and SMS send capabilities..How big is this going to be?? Even bigger than I thought...veno

Support Section

- Opinions
The Opinions takes up to 2 years worth of historical data and runs these prices through thirteen different technical indicators.

After each calculation the program assigns a buy, sell or hold value with the study, depending on where the price lies in reference to the common interpretation of the study.
For example if the price is above the moving average of the stock then this is generally considered an upward trend or a buy.

Each study links to a chart to give you a graphical interpretation of the result of the study.

Calculations

The Short, Medium and Long term indicators are grouped together and calculated separately for their groups, the overall indicators includes all 13 studies listed on the page.

A buy is assigned 1 point

A sell is assigned -1 points

A hold is assigned 0 points
Add up the totals for the different groups and divide this number by the amount of studies in the group, and take this number as a percentage. If the total is greater than zero then this is a buy, if the total is zero then this is a hold and if the total is less than zero then this is a sell.

To keep the results in a more logical format, we factor the overall opinion by 1.04 to keep the end result in eighths, with the exception of a 100% buy or sells. This is why the opinions will be displayed {8%, 16%, ... 88%, 96% and 100%} rather the true calculated value over the number thirteen.

Signal Strength

The signal strength is a long term measurement of the strength of the signal compared to the strength of the signal historically.

The strength can be one of the following five readings:

Maximum

Strong

Average

Weak

Minimum

Maximum is the strongest this signal has been in the historical period and minimum is the weakest the signal has been in the historical period. The stronger a signal strength the less volatile the signal. For example a Maximum buy signal is less likely to change to a hold or a sell signal than a weak buy signal.

A hold signal does not have a signal strength.

Signal Direction

Buy/Sell Signal Direction

The signal direction is a short term measurement of the current movement of the signal, regardless if it is a buy signal or a sell signal the direction is an indication of whether the most recent price movements is going along with the signal.

The buy/sell direction can be one of the following five readings:

Strongest

Strengthening

Rising

Weakening

Weakest

A buy signal with a "strongest" direction is a buy signal which is becoming a stronger buy signal.

Now check this out. I've never seen this line up this strong before for any stock!

Whiz..What I am trying to get people
to look at..is that the technology that these companies are working on..or better stated..will be working on..works with individual phones only..They are not secure as I pointed out a long time ago..I certainly don't want someone reading my emails..With this technology your emails have to go to a server that is checked on a daily basis and your emails are stored there..No thanks..MV already works on any phone and your emails are not stored but sent through the server straight to the recipient..With what I read today it looks like some very big companies think that this will be something that will be very useful..I have known that since the first time I used MV..Glad I am long this company..and I plan on being long this company for some time to come...veno

There will be corrections but they will not be as dramatic as the rise in pps because this is more of a trend than a run. In my book for this to qualify as a run we need ten times the volume we have now. That will come later when Telnor launches our services in Mexico.

What's really sweet is this thing is now right where I wanted it before a run began. I've been playing pennies for quite some time & so far this puppy is behaving almost exactly the way I've outlined in this thread since early February. So if it simply stays on track you can bet that when we get the volume I'm expecting look for no less than .25 & maybe much more.

Why the upsurge? Individual and institutional money managers may see a lot of upside potential to ONEV as the VR sector has been getting some positive press as of late.

Should the use of VR become more widespread, one voice's patents contain technology many in the VR sector consider superior and indispensable. In order to commercially implement VR for more broader use, ONEV's patent licensing could start generating significant revenue streams.

That combined with money managers currently redistributing major funds out of declining housing stocks, may explain ONEV's positive volume surge. Is it any coincidence that ONEV's rise coincides with the housing stocks decline, and inflation reports spurring investment shifts in portfolios?

Microsoft has bought the "tellme network", and there's speculation out there that they will consequently make VR a higher priority as a result. Microsoft already has a long and preferred history with ONEV working with them to integrate their VR technology for MSFT's Windows Vista and Media Communicator products.

The positive upswing in One Voice could also be based on:
- some leaked street rumor we know nothing about
- anticipation of increased sales of MV product
- the outlay of the Media Communicator for Windows Vista
- optimism over the prospect of a new significant revenue stream, generated from undisclosed, but favorable deal terms with Mexico's Telnor and Telmex.

Closing this Mexico deal would:
- establish a serious international presence for ONEV
- legitimize them as a VR major player in telecommunications
- create a potential domino effect. When you're the new kid on the block, no one wants to be first, and everyone wants to be second.

There was a predictable automated selloff triggered when the stock hit .05, but the stock price still showed some resilience in afterhours trading, defying previous trading patterns. That bodes well. It's understandable that there are a lot of frustrated cynics out there, given ONEV's track record of unrealized promises, and the basis under which ONEV was forced to secure and continue financing. But ONEV wouldn't have secured the continual millions in financing to begin with if they were perceived as a fly-by-night, flash-in-the pan joke.

Moreover, Dean Weber himself has personally accumulated over 5 million shares in this company, according to SEC filings, which indicates to me his belief in it's growth potential and ultimate success. I feel he's forged ahead and sweated hard for too many years to be content with merely living off a short-term fleeting artificial salary for a while, and then just simply slink away.

The fact is that throughout an everchanging tech sector, ONEV has impressed and survived by rolling with and adapting to an expanding industry still in relative infancy. Rather than folding the tent, and crumbling like so many others, ONEV instead has diversified strategies, redirected their technology to more viably widespread applications, and understands the need to diversify and create multiple revenue streams to better ensure they're positioned to take advantage of whatever firmly takes hold in the future.

No one ever said it was easy to be a pioneer and Rome wasn't built in a day. I am neither an employee nor a desperate "pumper". Just a small individual investor like the rest of you. I continue to believe in ONEV, and that it's only a matter of time before the market will reward their ingenuity, resilience, and resourcefulness. I feel that time draws nearer, and I suspect the business community is now waking up to that.

Honest observation.

It's not a good signal to close near the lows of the day. Down almost 27% on heavy volume. Tomorrow is the end of the week & we may see a more selling.

Like I said, honest observation. I guess now I'll find out how well T/A applies to pennies.

Our day ended with a bearish engulfing pattern. This would indicate that there will be more selling.

I hear you Machiavelli. But there's still some upside here That's yet to be tapped. When Telnor launches the upside will be pretty nice.

As far as talking to myself, should anyone become interested in this thing I just want info there.

Depending on people's tolerance for risk there appears to be some weakness with this issue in this range. I will look for bargains if people bail and start a panic. Unfortunately that may be occurring soon.

We need it to hold in this range. I really feel like it's been sector driven with anticipation of major news.

The good thing about this stock is that it has shown strength every time I've thought it would behave like an average penny stock. Example, right now it should be headed back down to much lower levels just on lack of news.

My guess is the reason it hasn't is because while it has climbed to multiples of it's value & reaching .05, it's done this with the heaviest volume being at about 10% of OS. That appears to me to be more about people holding than a serious buying frenzy. I'm still looking for 100 million share trading days. I've maintained that this is a mid term play & that it remains a crap shoot. For it to become a legitimate long term play we need Telnor to make their move.

ONEV is not even metioned but this why it's moving because the whole sector is gaining attention.

I love trends!

This thing continues to surge forward more than 7% on average volume triggering yet more buy signals! Building a base in the mid .03 range & contiuing to make anti-V look stupid as we are & getting ready move to yet higher levels.

And at this point we still have not seen a genuine run!

What's not to love?

Dial Tone 2.0 Service to Reach Homes and Businesses

LA JOLLA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--One Voice Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:ONEV - News), developer of 4th Generation voice solutions for the Telecom and Interactive Multimedia markets, today announced its plans for commercial deployment of One Voice's new MobileVoice Landline(TM) service with Telefonos del Noroeste, S.A. de C.V. (TELNOR) in Mexico, a subsidiary of Telefonos de Mexico, S.A.B. de C.V. (TELMEX) (BMV:TELMEX) (NYSE:TMX - News; NASDAQ:TFONY - News; LATIBEX:XTMXL). "Dial Tone 2.0 has been talked about in the telecom industry as the Holy Grail in phone services. One Voice with our partners TELMEX and TELNOR will be the first to actually launch these advanced services on a massive scale," said Dean Weber, president and CEO of One Voice Technologies. "The days of picking up the phone and entering a phone number are a thing of the past. With our service you simply tell the phone who you want to call and you are immediately connected, along with other leading communications services to be announced. This represents a first in Dial Tone 2.0 deployment on a national level. We look forward to a successful launch and long-term relationships with TELNOR and its parent company TELMEX."

Best of luck to you Chase. I will be adding more & it will not be because I need them. With todays news we now have a definative time line for Telnor & this thing already went to .05 with out that. I have no idea how high this thing can go but this for me is that rare penny stock which has a long term horizon.

Sherpa..Telmex has changed its tune
so many times now it is hard to keep up..This has always been a landline deal with both Telnor and Telmex as that is all they offer..Telcel is the MV side..This deal started out with Onev hosting Telnor with email read and send functions only..Onev would then go to Mexico after the Telnor launch and hook up the rest of Telmex..That changed back in Jan-Feb when Telmex decided to host everything..Now it has changed again and they moved the tech up to the next level..This will be tech no one has seen before..There will be no more dialing into a system or punching buttons..The 2.0 service is pure VR..When the user picks up the phone..they will be able to use commands immediately..The wait continues for Mexico but when the service launches it will be a first of its kind.. I understand that Telmex is throwing a lot of money towards marketing it and it looks like there will be both an add on and a bundle option..For all non-believers..Telmex allowed their name to be used for the first time in a PR..When this launches MS and others will wonder why their techs weren't able to get this new tech out first..Hope that helps...veno

You ask, you got. Good stuff here.

This guy was right on the money!

For those who have e-trade, put in Telmex's symbol, TMX and you will see yesterda's PR from ONEV first.

I wonder which of the other services have the PR under Telmex's news.

Is Dial Tone 2.0 a term of art for the industry or has it been trademarked? Sounds like it is a term of art.

Dial Tone 2.0 is not owned
by anyone..It is a concept that Tellme came up with and is what they say Microsoft and their platform being put together represents..It is the ability to make commands as soon as you pick up the phone..MS doesn't own it and neither does Tellme..In fact MS has said they are not even sure they will deploy anything of Tellme's products yet.. Tellme says the notion of 2.0 is still in its early stages..In one article it said that 100 million users could be on board with 2.0 as early as "Three" years..LOL..Onev is in on the ground floor because they already had the command technology needed to pull this off..When Mexico launches this service it will be a big deal...veno

Smart money always gets there first before all the fanfare!

Something's up.

Monthly rotation of big block shares for the period ending 4/11/07!

Big block buyers as of 4/11/07....71,881,696 shares

Big block sellers as of 4/11/07.......76,000 shares

The math speaks for it self!

Everything else is Bull $h!t!

Up over 7.5% on below average volume. I like the rise in pps but what I really like is the lack of selling. About 620 million shares outstanding & not even 2 million shares traded today. Almost no selling! That's the real indication of potential.

Posted by whizknock on :

Looks like a trend to me!

Look at the patterns. It happened at .012, .015, the .02 range & now it's repeating here in the mid .03s! Money is flowing into the issue on low to moderate volume. 620 million shares OS but today only 2 million shares traded (& it still went up over 7.5%). What stands out is there's hardly any selling. People are holding it. Repeated episodes of consolidation at higher levels. Since October the heaviest daily volume has been under 20 million shares. For all intents & purposes this thing is flying under the radar. Big momentum has not been triggered. We have yet to see a real run. That move to five cents was a minor surge in my book. This thing shows all the earmarks of a monster move coming.

I've said it since December. No guarantees. This thing is still a crap shoot. However. It's benefiting from a sector that's just begun to heat up and a launch by Telnor. Just my humble opinion but anyone getting a chance to own this under .035 is lucky. I did get a little more in this range & have at least one more buy planned.

Post #of 6396

So I watched the 30 min TellMe podcast and I

(I had to share my post on the Yahoo board)

called the 1-800-555-tell number. Required to listen to ad, annoying as well as annoying bings and bongs and knock-knock joke. I gave the City and State (Greenfield Massachusetts) and said I don't know on the "what street" prompt, I said business and sporting goods as the category. Note this tiny town has one sport shop. TellMe listed 3 shops, the first a hardware store. I was asked to say choose more or something like that. It then rattled off bunch of businesses and when it said "foot locker", I realised TellME totally had the wrong town. So guess what, it AIN'T for local search. And MSFT bought VR that is every bit as good as Vista. haahahahahahahahaha. ONEV VR is the category killer and no stupid American company wants to poney up for it. But the now second richest man in the world, Carlos Slim, has. Give Carlos another month or two and he will unseat Bill as the richest man in the world. Then people will take notice. Go TMX. Go ONEV. Note that the street was MAIN street. How could you miss that? Note I am caucasian with no accent. ONEV will deliver in Mexico in Spanish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Note also, as others have posted here and on ****, ONEV is tightly held. Fractions of the OS trade each day. There is big $$$$ into this stock.

Note in the TellMe podcast that SIP is mentioned. ONEV has embraced the SIP protocol FOREVER. ONEV supports enough of the comm protocols that they truely can say "on any phone". ONEV is at the "there" space that everyone else wants, all-of-a-sudden! Is the TellMe announcement and all of the NUAN PR coincidental to ONEV actually IMPLEMENTING VR in a major national carrier owned by the second richest man in the world. Carlos Slim may have an agenda here: Notice me, I did it FIRST.

Well..I'll give you another one..
I called Tellme's Business Search and listened for the options..I chose Sporting Goods in my city..I got Sports Shack which was a good listing..Then I got Sports Buzz Cuts and then Sportsman's Bar..LOL..Sports Shack is one of our smallest stores.. It didn't even reference the more than 20 huge Sporting Goods stores we have here. Oh and for any that thinks this is competition to Onev's ADA.. They don't have any personal listings..That is what Onev does offer along with businesses...veno

Down 1.45% on very low volume. Less than 376 thousand shares. This is not what I call selling when the OS is 620 million. People are holding this thing.

Correction. That will be a 1.45% "Gain" on very low volume (1.27 million shares) going into the weekend. People are not selling, they are either holding or continue to accumulate!

A general upward trend has been established for ONEV, even without news. MM's are very aware what's going on and have been slowly walking this up each week. Below are closing pps for the last 9 weeks. 10K should be out shortly.

Closing ONEV prices over last 9 trading weeks:

4/13/07 ... 0.035
4/05/07 ... 0.034
3/30/07 ... 0.033
3/23/07 ... 0.0265
3/16/07 ... 0.0225
3/09/07 ... 0.0157
3/02/07 ... 0.0145
2/23/07 ... 0.014
2/16/07 ... 0.013

**So what is a "Fact"?**

Websters defines "FACT" as,,,

"Something that has actual existence" or

"A piece of information presented as having objective reality"

You know, something that can be supported by evidence!

So lets look at some facts. Who is Carlos Slim?

The second richest man in the world!

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carlos_Slim_Hel%C3%BA

That's a "Fact".

Is there a connection between Carlos Slim's TMX & ONEV?

Pretty obvious. Yes!

http://news.nasdaq.com/aspxcontent/newsHeadlines.aspx?kind=&mode=stock&symbol=tm x&symbol=&symbol=&symbol=&symbol=&symbol=&symbol=&symbol=&symbol=&symbol=&select ed=tmx&FormType=&mkttype=&pathname=&page=news

Ok, that's a "Fact" too.

Will price per share of ONEV go up?

"Fact" It's done nothing but go up week after week for months.

I guess that's one more reason why there's more big block buys than sells.

http://www.cnbc.com/id/15837275?q=onev

Not to run it in the ground but that would be another "Fact!"

Now comes the tricky part. What do we do with facts?

We need to ask ourselves, "Is the June launch of ONEV on Telnor priced in the present PPS?" At three & half cents a share with less than 625 million shares out standing big block buyers sure as hell don't think so. "Will ONEV fly on that news?" Of course it will. But more than likely it will see a considerable rise share value in May and the weeks before the launch on anticipation. "Would any news of a major computer company bundling ONEV software add to fuel to a major move up?" Certainly it would. "Is it possible there will be other positive PRs prior to the launch?" Sure it is. In "Fact" (LOL) if this is a pump & dump as some suggest you can bank on it! "Is this a pump & dump?" Your guess is as good as mine but I do know that ONEV has ongoing, revenue producing contracts with many smaller carriers and that their sales growth has increased 7,000% before Telmex. Just another "Fact"

http://moneycentral.msn.com/detail/stock_quote?Symbol=ONEV

And that it is the first & ONLY rated voice recognition software out of 47 VR products that that Dell sells,,,

http://search.dell.com/results.aspx?s=gen&c=us&l=en&cs=&k=voice+recognition&cat= prod&x=9&y=12

Which happens to be yet another "Fact"

In light of the overwhelming evidence or "Facts" it makes it kind of difficult to write this off as a P&D!

I can't tell anyone here how to play this. People have to determine their own tolerance for risk. But I can tell you what Whizknock did

Whizkock took note of a PR that stated ONEV had "signed a contract" with Telnor & bought a bunch of ONEV in December. Whizknock's total holdings in ONEV are now up only 250% instead of 350% because Whizknock averaged up just days ago when the first two facts just discussed came to light. Whizknock will make at least one more buy in the next three weeks if the price per share is not yet over a dime!

So is there risk? There is indeed.

One last "Fact". There is solid evidence that suggests a shock to the system such as monster windfall profits could cause a heart attack!

My advice? See your doctor & ask,,,"Is ONEV right for you?" LOL!!!

Chase! Please do not invest more than you can afford to lose as we do not know for sure what could happen!

Now! Having said that I will tell you that this looks like one of the most realistic chances I've seen for a penny stock to pay off HUGE! Both near term as well as long term! But that does not mean you take chances that could do you serious harm. This remains a crap shoot right up until Telnor begins advertizing our service.

One last thought. Some people say this is a pump & dump scam. Some people say (me) it's the real deal. Either way it should go up big from here. But again, play it safe. That goes for anyone reading this post. God bless & good luck to all!

Google has a Patent search button and I texted in "One Voice Technologies" and got an excellent return on ONEV's network patent. Very detailed view of the patent not seen in a generic Google search, so kudos GOOG, and for that matter ONEV.

Oh and please check out these links within, very impressive for a penny stock...

Please check out the "Drawing" link in the patent...

check out the Phrase column in sheet 6 of 11...man, check all of it out...

OVERVIEW OF THE BUSINESS

One Voice Technologies, Inc. is a voice recognition technology company with over $43 million invested in Research and Development and deployment of more than 20 million products worldwide in seven languages. To date, our customers include:
Telefonos de Mexico, S.A.B. de C.V. (TELMEX), Intel Corporation, Alltel Wireless, Inland Cellular, Nex-Tec Wireless and several additional telecom service providers throughout the United States.

Based on our patented technology, One Voice offers voice solutions for the Telecom and Interactive Multimedia markets. Our telecom solutions allow business and consumer phone users to voice dial, group conference call, read and send e-mail and instant messages, all by voice. We offer PC Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM's) the ability to bundle a complete voice interactive computer assistant which allows PC users to talk to their computers to quickly play digital media (music, videos, DVD) along with read and send e-mail messages, SMS text messaging to mobile phones, PC-to-Phone calling (VoIP) and PC-to-PC audio/video. We feel we are strongly positioned across these markets with our patented voice technology.

The Company believes that the presence of voice technology as an interface in mobile communications and PC computing is of paramount importance. Voice interface technology makes portable communications more effective and safer to use and it makes communicating with a PC to play digital content, such as music, videos and photos, easier for consumers. One Voice's development efforts currently are focused on the Telecom and PC multimedia markets and more specifically on mobile communications from a cell phone, directory assistance and in-home digital media access.

In order to reduce expenditures, the Company has aggressively reduced its operating expenses to a target of $160,000 per month beginning in November 2006. This reduction has come from a series of measures including reduction in head-count by eliminating all part-time workers, placing some full-time employees on part-time status and reducing additional operating overhead. Given these cost cutting measures, the Company feels it can better reach operationally break-even by decreasing operating expenses while increasing our revenue stream.

TELECOM SECTOR

In the Telecom sector, we believe that the Mobile Messaging market, which has both business and consumer market applications including: e-mail, instant messages, and SMS (Short Message Service), is extremely large and is growing at an astonishing rate. One Voice solutions enable users to send, route and receive text messages using voice from any type of phone (wired or wireless) anywhere in the world.

The Company's strategy, in the telecom sector, is to continue aggressive sales and marketing activities for our voice solutions, which we believe, may result in increased deployments and revenue stream. The product offerings will encompass both MobileVoice(TM) suite of solutions as well as our ADA (Alternative to Directory Assistance(TM)).

The Company has recently begun a trial-testing phase for our voice solutions with Cingular Wireless. This trial is in joint cooperation with VeriSign. If successful, this opportunity could potentially lead to Cingular Wireless launching One Voice's services. This trial is still on-going. At this time, we do not know if this will ever come to any material fruition.

The Company was recently selected by Lucent Technologies to jointly offer One Voice's MobileVoice solutions in conjunction with Lucent services to national carriers. Due to reorganizations within Lucent these efforts have been put on hold until new management within Lucent is assigned to this effort.

The Company recently received a counter-proposal from a large carrier in India for MobileVoice services. We are currently negotiating terms with this carrier.

The Company recently signed an agreement to deploy MobileVoice services with Mohave Wireless. This service is anticipated to be launched to Mohave Wireless subscribers in Summer, 2007.

The Company recently signed a deployment contract with TELMEX for deployment of One Voice's MobileVoice solutions to the over 18 million TELMEX subscribers throughout Mexico. The anticipated launch is June 2007 beginning with TELMEX subsidiary TELNOR with over 750,000 subscribers in northern Mexico. National rollout throughout Mexico is anticipated to begin in Summer 2007 to the remaining 18 million TELMEX subscribers. We are currently bidding on additional contracts within TELMEX for other services to be offered by TELMEX to their subscribers. At this time, we do not know if these additional contracts will ever come to any material fruition.

PC SECTOR

In the PC sector, we believe that digital in-home entertainment is rapidly growing with the wide acceptance of digital photography, MP3 music and videos, along with plasma and LCD TV's. We believe that companies including Apple, Microsoft and Intel are actively creating products and technology, which allow consumers to experience the next-generation of digital entertainment. The Company's Media Center Communicator(TM) product works with Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 to add voice-navigation and a full suite of communication features allowing consumers to talk to their Media Center PC to play music, view photo slideshows, watch and record TV, place Voice-Over-IP (VoIP) phone calls, read and send e-mail and Instant Message friends and family, all by voice.

The Company's strategy, in the PC Sector, is to continue its aggressive marketing efforts to sign-up system integrators, such as those engaged in the business of home theatre installation and value-added resellers under the Company's reseller program launched in 2005. The Company will continue to pursue OEMs for bundling agreements of its Media Center Communicator product. These OEM agreements may include revenue share business models as well as discounted individual user license fees. The Company will continue to use industry associations, forums and tradeshow events such as CES, CEDIA, EHX and Digital Life to promote awareness of our products and build strategic alliances.

The Company anticipates having its Media Center Communicator bundled with a tier-one PC manufacturer in the Fall 2007.

The Company recently was awarded a contract from Intel Corporation to co-develop voice-enabled solutions for use with embedded and desktop devices. Intel has selected One Voice's technology to be used as an integral part of these devices. This contract is not anticipated generating material revenue for the Company given the narrow niche market for these devices. The Company will continue to offer our technology and services to Intel for additional contracts as they may come up from time to time.

The Company has completed the design and prototyping of its Media Center remote control and is now in discussions with retailers and distributors for purchasing commitments. We have produced several evaluation units that are now under evaluation by potential retailers and distributors. Given potential purchase commitments, the Company will produce our remotes to fulfill these orders. We anticipate the initial production run will cost approximately $50,000 to create the machine tooling, plastics, electronics and assembly for the remotes. We will only go into production given committed purchase orders to cover these manufacturing costs. We anticipate this will happen in the second quarter 2007.

The Company recently was awarded a contract from AT&T/SBC to develop next generation voice activated remote controls for set-top box devices. This contract is initially to develop several prototype remote control devices with a potential production contract in 2007. This initial contract is a milestone for our company which we believe proves that our technology is in-demand by significant customers and in conjunction with our pending patent in this area of remote controls. Our goal is to create a market for voice enabled remote control devices used for voice commands and VoIP (Voice-over-IP) communications (example Skype and Vonage) that are covered in our pending patent and to license this technology to remote control device manufacturers for use with CE devices, cable and satellite set top boxes and Media Center computers.

In summary, since the beginning of 2006, the company has deployed services with telecom carriers and began recognizing recurring revenue. Management believes the company's transition into the revenue recognition phase was very important as it signifies acceptance of our solutions and the value they deliver to the customer and their subscribers. For the year ending December 31, 2006, the Company has experienced revenue growth of 387 % over the same period ending December 31, 2005. The management team remains committed to generating near and long term revenues significant enough to fund daily operations, building shareholder value, expand the intellectual property portfolio and developing cutting edge solutions and applications for the emerging speech recognition market sector.

CRITICAL ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Our discussion and analysis of our financial condition and results of operations are based upon our financial statements, which have been prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America. The preparation of these financial statements requires us to make estimates and judgments that affect the reported amounts of assets, liabilities, revenues and expenses, and related disclosures of contingent assets and liabilities. On an ongoing basis, we evaluate our estimates, including those related to impairment of property, plant and equipment, intangible assets, deferred tax assets, fair value of derivative liabilities and fair value of options or warrants computation using Black Scholes option pricing model. We base our estimates on historical experience and on various other assumptions, such as the trading value of our common stock and estimated future undiscounted cash flows, that we believe to be reasonable under the circumstances, the results of which form the basis for making judgments about the carrying value of assets and liabilities that are not readily apparent from other sources. Actual results may differ from these estimates under different assumptions or conditions; however, we believe that our estimates, including those for the above-described items, are reasonable.

Revenue is recognized when the four basic criteria of revenue recognition are met: (i) a contractual agreement exists; (ii) transfer of intellectual property has been completed or services have been rendered; (iii) the fee is fixed or determinable, and (iv) collectibility is reasonably assured.

STOCK-BASED COMPENSATION. Stock-based compensation to outside consultants is recorded at fair market value in accordance with the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards No. 123 (revised 2004), "Share-Based Payment," ("SFAS
123(R)") SFAS 123(R) and Emerging Issues Task Force No. 98-16 Accounting for Equity Instruments That Are Issued to Other Than Employees, for Acquiring, or in Conjunction with Selling Goods and Services("EITF 98-16"), and these costs are a component of general and administrative expense. Prior to the adoption of, We accounted for stock-based awards to employees and directors using the intrinsic value method in accordance with Accounting Principles Board Opinion No. 25, "Accounting for Stock Issued to Employees" ("APB 25"). Under the intrinsic value method that was used to account for stock-based awards prior to January 1, 2006, which had been allowed under the original provisions of Statement 123, no stock compensation expense had been recognized in our statement of operations as the exercise price of our stock options granted to employees and directors equaled the fair market value of the underlying stock at the date of grant.

On January 1, 2006, we adopted SFAS 123(R) which requires the measurement and recognition of compensation expense for all share-based awards made to employees and directors, including employee stock options and employee stock purchases, based on estimated fair values. SFAS 123(R) supersedes our previous accounting for share-based awards under APB 25 for periods beginning in 2006. In March 2005, the Securities and Exchange Commission issued Staff Accounting Bulletin No. 107 ("SAB 107") relating to SFAS 123(R). We have applied the provisions of SAB 107 in its adoption of SFAS 123(R). We adopted SFAS 123(R) using the modified prospective transition method, which requires the application of the accounting standard as of the beginning of our current year. Our financial statements as of and for the year ended December 31, 2006 reflect the impact of SFAS 123(R). In accordance with the modified prospective transition method, Our financial statements for prior periods have not been restated to reflect, and do not include, the impact of SFAS 123(R).

Stock compensation expense recognized during the period is based on the value of share-based awards that are expected to vest during the period. Stock compensation expense recognized in our statement of operations for 2006 includes compensation expense related to share-based awards granted prior to January 1, 2006 that vested during the current period based on the grant date fair value estimated using the Black-Scholes option pricing model. Stock compensation expense during the current period also includes compensation expense for the share-based awards granted subsequent to January 1, 2006 based on the grant date fair value estimated in accordance with the provisions of SFAS 123(R). As stock compensation expense recognized in the statement of operations is based on awards ultimately expected to vest, it has been reduced for estimated forfeitures (which are currently estimated to be minimal). SFAS 123(R) requires forfeitures to be estimated at the time of grant and revised, if necessary, in subsequent periods if actual forfeitures differ from those ESTIMATES. In the our pro forma information required under SFAS 123 for the periods prior to 2006, forfeitures were estimated and factored into the expected term of the options.

Our determination of estimated fair value of share-based awards utilizes the Black-Scholes option-pricing model. The Black-Scholes model is affected by our stock price as well as assumptions regarding a number of highly complex and subjective variables. These variables include, but are not limited to, our expected stock price volatility over the term of the awards, and actual and projected employee stock option exercise behaviors.

COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES. Commitments and Contingencies are disclosed in the footnotes of the financial statements according to generally accepted accounting principles. If a contingency becomes probable, and is estimatable by management, a liability is recorded per SFAS No. 5.

OFF-BALANCE SHEET ARRANGEMENTS

We had no off-balance sheet arrangements to report for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2006 or December 31, 2005. We have not entered into any transactions with unconsolidated entities whereby we have financial guarantees, subordinated retained interests, derivative instruments or other contingent arrangements that expose us to material continuing risks, contingent liabilities, or any other obligations under a variable interest in an unconsolidated entity that provides us with financing, liquidity, market risk or credit risk support.

The increase of $83,000 (2%) over year 2005 is allocated between the above mentioned items. The increase for the current year was primarily due to the increase in business activities related to supporting the development of our company.

Legal and consulting expenses decreased to approximately $149,000 for the year ended December 31, 2006 from approximately $231,000 for the same period in 2005. The decrease in year 2006 compared to year 2005 of $82,000 (35%) was due to the fact that the Company employed an outside management consultant in 2005, and the Company no longer retained their services in year 2006.

DEPRECIATION AND AMORTIZATION

Depreciation and amortization expenses decreased to approximately $123,000 for the year ended December 31, 2006 from approximately $172,000 for the same period in 2005. Amortization and depreciation expenses consisted of patent and trademarks, computer equipment, software development, and tradeshow booth. The decrease of $49,000 (28%) was due to assets being 100% depreciated throughout the year 2006.

Down 14% on above average volume!

People were robbed today! No dicipline. LOL. All I know is if I wanted a hundred thousand shares I would have had to buy in increments all the way up to .04! Called my broker & he said it was not worth my time. No body was selling. This was pure follishness and lack of conviction. If I felt like playing I would have had to buy all the way up to .04 to get a fill. I was tempted to jump on a 100,000 at .04 just to watch the fun. As it is I called the bluff & put an all or nothing bid in. Couldn't get a fill at the ask. LOL

Good job Chase! That's a sweet PR. Up over 12% on average volume! Once again this thing defies conventional thought when trading pennies. I thought for sure we would follow yesterday's losses with more today. Can't help but think that PR really helped prop up the price!

Yea Undervalue. We think we got a monster here just waiting to happen. Seems to be in a trading range of .025 to .035! Lately it's shown a little weakness & you might be able to enter at a lower pps but I'm afraid to give anyone a firm target cause I know traders that flipped on each leg up & almost to a one they each bought back in at a higher pps than their selling point. I personally am looking for a steep rise in the second half of May prior to an official launch with Telnor. Anyway if you decide to join us, best of luck to you!

They don't even name us in the second paragraph but the exposure is still sweet. Any investor even remotely interested will do enough DD to find out who the voice recognition is & fall out when they find ONEV trading at .032 a share. Check this link found by Hallin95

Posted by whizknock on :

Ok. Laugh at anytime. But I'm serious. If things unfold as they should I want to start letting go of my core holdings at $1.35! Because of all the previous stalls in the past you can bet that Telnor is not priced into this issue. At the very most anticipation is propping the the price up at .03! With the speculation that all new Telnor customers will have it bundled as well as a continuing roll-out into all of Telmex that can't even begin to be fixed into the equation my target could be very conservative. Right. When Telnor launches this is no longer a mid term play.

Fat Profits for Carlos Slim
By Dave Mock
April 26, 2007
Viva Mexico!

Could there be any better way to describe America Movil's (NYSE: AMX) first-quarter results? Investors in Latin America's largest telecom operator will be ready for another celebratory shot of Tequila this Cinco de Mayo after reading these results. The company recorded revenue of $6.1 billion, up 28% from last year, and a dramatically improved EBITDA margin that came in at just less than 43%. The jump in revenues combined with the juiced margins led to net profits of $1.4 billion, 53% higher than last year.

The Mexican firm, controlled by billionaire Carlos Slim, once again blew by analyst expectations, in a strong demonstration that there's still abundant growth to be found -- not to mention profits -- in Latin America's wireless market. America Movil's affiliates across the Americas plumped up by 5.9 million subscribers in the past three months to increase its total base to hefty 131.2 million, a full 30% above last year's total. Even in its flagship and more mature market of Mexico, the company added 1.8 million subscribers.

Fellow Fool contributor Will Frankenhoff has said again and again that America Movil is on his short list of favorite plays in wireless. The combination of growing markets, strict operational management, and smart acquisitions has helped America Movil's American depositary receipts soar 48% in the past year. And the metrics America Movil reported this quarter confirm that the company is capable of efficiently capturing untapped growth across its markets.

In many ways, America Movil is benefiting from the same market condition that U.S. operators such as Verizon (NYSE: VZ), Sprint Nextel (NYSE: S), and AT&T (NYSE: T) found in the late 1990s -- a largely untapped population that was clamoring to become upwardly mobile. While Latin American customers predominantly favor prepaid plans, America Movil's economies of scale help it squeeze operating profits out of every market in which it offers service.

With a relatively low penetration in many Latin American markets, a cornucopia of subscribers still waits for America Movil and competitors such as Telefonica (NYSE: TEF) to tap. This gives investors some time still to see whether this international story of ample growth is right for their portfolio.

I can not confirm this with a link but I feel very safe in saying that Telnor will role out ONEV services in June as stated in the PR & that there will be no more delays. No guarantees but I'm looking at a probability of 90 to 95%. If anyone is thinking of buying, these levels would appear attractive.

This is what it says under Mobile Voice on the ONEV site. I just recieved an E-Voice-mail today. I will be a buyer of the product as well as the stock.

Text Messaging - A Major Opportunity
Text messaging services are one of the biggest and most exciting revenue opportunities for wireless and wireline carriers today. The explosion of SMS in Europe is a great example of the significant market potential of messaging. Billions of messages are being sent mobile phone to mobile phone every day. But messaging is much more than mobile phone to mobile phone and more than SMS in Europe. With over 6 trillion messages sent globally in 2001: E-Mail, Instant Messaging, Paging and SMS messaging are a market phenomenon.

Voice-To-Text Messaging - The Key
The key to unlocking the potential of mobile messaging is Voice-to-Text technology. At One Voice, we have been working on the technology for six years and our Send E-mail application is the only Voice-to-text solution available today. Using our 4th Generation Voice Technology, Send E-mail empowers users to compose and send free-format messages in any form to any person using any device from any phone.

One Voice - the One and Only
At One Voice, we are focused on revolutionizing the messaging market by delivering breakthrough solutions using voice technology. We are the only company to develop a server-based solution that allows people to send Voice-to-Text messages, make voice activated dialing calls to thousands of people in minutes and read messages - using only your voice.

Any Message, Any Device, Any Time, Anywhere
Mobile messaging is a major opportunity - but there are hurdles. One of the biggest is working with different devices. Desktop PC's, PDA's mobile phones, landline phones, laptop computers - the device market continues to explode. Unfortunately most devices were not created equal - especially when it comes to creating messages of one type or another. PC's primarily use E-Mail, mobile phones use SMS and landline phones can't send messages at all. Until now. Our MobileVoice technology breaks those barriers allowing users to send ANY type of message from ANY phone.

Seamless Integration
Send E-mail can be seamlessly integrated into the MobileVoice Platform - opening the doors to other powerful applications such as Dialing and Conferencing and Read E-mail. All of the MobileVoice applications work together leveraging a single user database, minimizing management and cost issues, while ensuring complete compatibility.

Telco-Ready
Whether starting with a few thousand users or millions, Dialing and Conferencing delivers. The solution runs on equipment that is highly scalable, redundant and easy to maintain. Depending on customer requirements, the solution can be run from a carrier's location or in a hosted environment.

Easy to Use & 100% Hands-Free
Send E-mail is the only solution of its kind, but it was designed to be easy for anyone to use. And best of all - it only takes a few minutes to setup. Everything is completely hands-free, so you can safely use the SEND messages from any phone, anywhere.

One Solution - One Vendor - One Voice

**Expecting some downside here!**

Early May should give people a buying opportunity. The big news is expected in June. Personally I think this range is a value but we could see a decline into the .02s. Late May people should start heavy buying on anticipation of Telnor. Any last buys from me will happen in the next two weeks.

Basically I'm set. At this point, if I make one more buy, it will before the 19th. Other than that I'm ready. As far as news goes. The next news I expect will be advertizing of ONEV services by Telnor.

Nice looking resumes. It's a safe bet these guys don't come cheap. That would appear to signal ONEV isn't in the cost cutting phase. News is bigger than what's on the surface. After all the noise about trimming the fat it would appear that the time has come for the company to get aggressive.

reversing an earlier ruling.
Mexico's 13th District Federal Court overturned the
injunction preventing the combination yesterday, the company

Looks like I could be wrong about a possible decline. The way they're reving up who knows, we might see an early launch! Talk about a buying frenzy. We would get one hell of a run!

Keep this in mind. The guys they just hired would not sign on to gamble. They're not coming from a small business background. ONEV had to convince these people that there was a future in this. A big future!

Posted by whizknock on :

Before I go on I'ld like to say that charts only reflect what's happening in the real world. I believe in charting in so far as they are congruent with real time events.

So what's happening? Very quietly money flow has gone positive. People have taken their positions & very little selling. By the same token accumulation/distribution line has has just as qietly moved above the MAC 20 for more than a week which for me reflects the same thing as CMF. Consolidation & accumulation.

Now look at the SAR. For 21 days it's been above the pps as we consolidated on low to average volume with a few spikes. Right now the SAR is resting right on top of that .032 we posted today. Now look what happened last time the SAR dropped beneath the pps. In 12 days we went on a tear from .014 to .05 at a pretty steady clip! I might add this happened after we experienced a period of consolidation. I'm not saying the same thing will happen but tedhnically this thing is setting up nicely.

http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_pmsg.asp?message_id=16370281

A poster asked on March 10th when he would see .05?

http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=17770765

On the 11th, after weeks of consolidation, I noticed the SAR setting up just like it has now & I told him "SOON"

http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=17781672

That was three days after we got news of the MCC3.

http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/070308/20070308005734.html?.v=1

I'm not the greatest at charts & I'm not saying we tripple in value over the next two weeks, but I don't rule it out either. In addition I'm not saying we'll take off the minute the charts line up. However. If real time events are kicking in, if today's hirings are any indication that the launch is sooner than we think, we may do much better than a tripple.

All I know is that this is one of those times that I would not like to be on the side lines. LOL

Good question.

From what I'm told they will be paid for successful consulting (bringing in deals) It is possible that they would get options as well as cash but they have to perform. They are not full time employees. They are hired guns with a mission.

I guess now we see if there's any correlation between T/A & penny stocks. After 21 days SAR dropped solidly beneath the pps today as we moved up about 5% on less than average volume. If I'm right a fluff PR could send this thing up now. I feel confident that we will be moving up next week even with out news.

...don't feel to confident Whizknock... However, this product will be in demand!!! And yes, a fluff PR may send this higher, soon .. Here in Canada though Rogers, Bell and Telus will be looking for this or a similar product (which OneVoice holds the patents for) to add to their services. If OneVoice can secure a deal with any of those three it will mean good things. Myself, I'm holding for $6.00... You may recall a product called Smart Video which has done relatively little, but ending up breaking the $7.00 mark. Just, something to keep in mind...

Holding! I've Bought as much as I had planned & at this point there's little to say. The only way I buy more at this point is if there's a significant dip & I seriously doubt that will happen. At some point I would expect Dean to issue a PR about the LBT Q-Bean. More than likely he's holding that for any weakness to prop up the value. Everything rests on the Telnor deal now.

At this point it all rests on Telnor!

Other news could break & I'm surprised Dean hasn't issued a PR about the Q-Bean. That one may come yet. At any rate there's alot of money sitting on the sidelines waiting for advertisements on the Telnor site. As June approaches there should be a move up on anticipation. But if there's going to be a genuine run where we see 100 million shares a day traded Telnor has got to make a splash. I'm not on the sidelines. The 19th has come & I doubt I will be buying anymore. I'm set. I'm waiting.

Things are looking good! The wait may soon be over! Up 13% on a late day surge of decent volume with no news. Maybe anticipation is kicking in. This is the month we're supposed to hear from Telnor. I'm betting we do.

Monday should be fun. "If" we go up even a little bit SAR will dip back beneath the PPS with in a day or two & this time we should roll. Money Flow has remained positive the entire month of May with very little movement in PPS & there has been very little dilution lately. Things are shaping up for a run.

The good news is after the run our base will be higher as people take profits & scared money on the sidelines starts coming in. Smart money will know that after Telnor launches Telmex will follow. Then we see real stock appreciation.

More than half the shares traded yesterday came in a late surge in the last hour of trading. Sure makes it look like a few people are in the know.

Posted by whizknock on :

21 days no news. We need to hear from Telnor!

Posted by littlerichy on :

I agree, Whiz... However, just because the May 16 PR said they would be launching "MobileVoice Landline(TM) in Mexico," in June 2007, doesn't necessarily mean a June PR -maybe a July PR to let us know what happened in June??? I picked up more on the dip last week so I'm still in... Cheers, and GLTA.

Posted by whizknock on :

No Promises! However!

Just to keep it real this is still a risk! However!

There is no dilution to speak of at this time. Also charts clearly show we're way oversold while at the same time looking at a situation where CMF (Money Flow) has been positive since the last week of April. That my friends is some real quiet accumulation. We need an up date from ONEV and this thing will go off! Right now it could go either way. News from Telnor would really be nice! I expect a PR soon! Do not be shocked if next week we get news from Telnor followed by news of a contract in India.

Posted by littlerichy on :

I agree with the charting actions at this time, even though we have been fluctuating a bit on the pps. Still seeing some good support at .028, thus proving the theory... And as for a PR I'm getting excited and it would be sweet if things are happening elsewhere... Have a great weekend Whiz, and anyone else being "quiet" about watching this one (I'm sure there are...)!

Posted by littlerichy on :

Just got off the phone with Rob Karbowsky (investor relations)... A PR is still planned for June about the relase of MobileVoice Land-Line with Telnor -and eventually Telmex. He says, things are going "very well" for OneVoice, and great progress is being made. I'm still holding onto this one. OneVoice IS the future of human/computer interaction...

Posted by whizknock on :

Littlerichy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now you can really get excited!

Shouldn't be too long now! I will now buy more even though I have all I need.

I'm simply waiting for the ramifications of this to sink in for the average investor,,,

http://www.telnor.com/iris/

News will hit soon enough. The only question now is will ONEV services be a hit on Telnor.

Don't bet more than you can afford to lose.

Very best of luck to you!!

..."c 1999-2007 OneVoice Technologies Inc."

SSSSWWWWWEEEEEEETTTTTTT!!!!!!! Thanks Whiz...

Although, I would still like a PR from Dean... I hope Karbowsky wasn't BSing me when he said there would be a PR still for June about the partnership... I know I'm not privy to any special information, but c'mon... This company needs to ADVERTISE!!! People need to know about this company... Who wouldn't spent a couple hundred bucks on being able to make their computers, and cell phones talk & LISTEN??? (rant)...

GLTA

Posted by whizknock on :

Yep! Pure confirmation on the Telnor web site that Dean has not been lying & that this company is anything but a scam. That fraction of a second it takes to hit that link & view the small print on Telnor's site lays to rest any doubts about the connection between Carlos Slim's massive holdings & our little ONEV!

I believe we may still get that PR & I don't think Rob was pulling your leg. Even if it comes in early July I don't care.

What I do know is this. Telnor is branding the service under the name IRIS & they're placing ads in Mexican news papers now.

Are Speech Engines Enough to Implement Today’s Mobile Voice Technology?
By Daniel Ciarcia Jr. on Wednesday, June 20, 2007

Just as mobile devices are beginning to flex their silicon muscles by becoming as powerful as necessary to help us organize our workforces, the demand for an “eyes free, hands free” user experience is taking the next generation of voice recognition (VR) and text-to-speech (TTS) mainstream. The timing couldn’t be better. Effective July 1, 2008, the state of California joins Connecticut, the District of Columbia, New Jersey and New York in the prohibition of the use of handheld mobile phones while driving. This new legislation, as it slowly advances, places pressure on mobile device manufacturers to provide highly dependable voice technology now.

Successfully implementing a VR system isn’t always as straightforward as bolting an off-the-shelf speech engine to a graphical user interface – especially in mobiles. Even though the technology has been around for years, its lackluster performance has mobile users still using their keypads. However, systems employing highly accurate mobile voice technology are now layering additional algorithms atop the VR engine to add features like noise immunity, and voice-band conversational filtering, depending upon the use model of the system. Software that adds value to speech engines and dramatically reduces development time by multiplexing various speech engines is a complete voice solution. These solutions are gradually being implemented in mobiles making voice technology dependable in virtually any environment. So, what are the key differences between speech engines and voice solutions?

A speech engine is a set of library, synthesizer, binary and context files that are the building blocks of a complete solution. Engines either convert text into voiced audio output, or microphone input into text. Those tasks are generally not performed by the engines alone. Additional development is required to build a robust VR system, TTS system and to integrate these engines into mobile software interfaces.

A voice solution is a set of tools that layer atop the speech engines. Typically an application programming interface (API), exposing the functionality of the speech engines, allows application developers to include all that voice has to offer using relatively few method calls. For example, instead of the application cycling through the numerous speech engine events required to properly capture data from the audio input channel and convert the captured data to text, just a few multithreaded calls to the API performs the recognition functionality. Solutions also employ algorithms to manage VR and TTS engines, signal variability, microphone gain, variable audio input or audio output characteristics of target mobile devices, network delay and other filters that make voice interfaces an attractive alternative to the keyboard and screen.

One of the more challenging issues facing implementers of voice technology is background noise. Seek out solutions that limit the range of acceptable vocabulary for each voice-capture. The range of acceptable vocabulary at any given time need not be as open as an unabridged dictionary. In the case of voice capture, less is certainly more. Forcing the system to capture only the specific words or phrases for a given task helps eliminate issues where noise such as the sound of a car horn is converted into unwanted responses: “call 9-1-1”!

Vendors of speech engines recommend the use of a push-to-talk button for ultimate recognition accuracy. Yet, with proper fine-tuning, I have found that an open microphone design can deliver the same VR accuracy. Try including a wake-up phrase such as “Voice System Wake Up” and a voice parking-phrase such as “Voice System Go To Sleep” in the vocabulary to allow for periods when the user doesn’t want the mobile device to enter recognition mode. These are a just few ways to increase noise immunity.

Other features available with voice solutions that are not always available through the engines include device independence, speaker independence and dynamic voice-thresholding. Device independence is the ability for the voice solution to operate on virtually any mobile unit regardless of device speed, operating system or memory limitations. Speaker independence means that workers need not ‘train’ or ‘enroll’ their voices to a particular device. Rather, speaker independent voice solutions can automatically adapt to the sounds of male voices, female voices, the voices of children and even individuals with heavy accents allowing people to share mobiles when necessary. Dynamic voice-thresholding refers to a method by which the voice software automatically compensates for the variability in audio systems from one mobile device to another. Similar to an automatic gain control, dynamic voice-thresholding keeps manual settings for audio input to a minimum.

Implementing a VR system is not a plug-and-play effort. As many IT professionals have discovered, speech engines alone are not enough for delivering mobile voice technology. Those tasked with adding voice to their offerings have two development paths available. If your team has the time, talent and expertise to multiplex and integrate speech engines, carefully follow the application notes and coding examples that are typically provided with the software development kit (SDK) tools. They provide a tremendous boost to learning and applying voice technology as implemented by a particular vendor. On the other hand, if a quick-to-market solution is better suited for your group, be sure to view a demonstration of the solution to guarantee that the performance and accuracy required for your project can be met.

Either way, get ready. Voice recognition is no longer a nicety, it’s a necessity. Consumer demand on IT for a truly robust voice technology has arrived!

Up over 7% on above average volume. Not a bad day for a stock that was showing recent weakness.

Maybe others have started to take note of the fact that this stock has traded in a relatively tight range for a penny for the last two months while at the same time recording positive CMF. Look at a chart, Money Flow has been poitive for over two months. I'm expecting a serious breakout.

Nothing's changed. Still waiting on an up date about Tenor. & we're due for a PR. Aside from the release of financials on June 1st there's been no news for over a month & a half! Next PR should be decent. Although most of us know there's money on the sidelines waiting for confirmation It's interesting to note that if you look at a chart for ONEV you will notice that someone's not waiting. CMF has now been positive for well over two months. 68 days money has been moving in to this stock. Money flow tells me there's been some very quite accumulation. This is what a penny stock always looks like before a serious run. For the record I've only made two buys during this time & continue to hold reserves. If we get news of a significant material event I will not mind buying into the early stages of a run! Best of luck to all!

Yes! Silence is golden!!!

78 days & no news! Our next PR should be sweet!

That will play to our favor. When people start writing here they will have already bought & ready to buy more. This will be one serious momentum play!

Keep in mind that I'm NOT bashing OneVoice here, but I am simply CONCERNED with three things that don't sit well with me right now:

1)This is an American company, with American investors watching it (as well as Canadian, myself included) and their seems to be very little American exposure!!!

2)It's great that OneVoice is "spreading it's wings," so to speak in other countries! -Mexico, and "possibly" India... But, the "Iris ads" are pretty crapy and leave to much ambiguity to the consumer -"what the hell is Iris???" That's what I'd be asking... Not, "Oh wow, voice activation for my cell phone!! That sounds cool..."

3)Voice Signal 2.0 working "with" or "on" Motorola, Nokia, Blackberry and Palm phones??? (from your ihub post) The application has to be dowloaded from the "server" onto the phones whether it is Voice Signal, or OneVoice, in order for the application(s) to work... And whether or not they'd be "watching" me or not is of little concern for the average "honest" consumer -I'd care less, if my mother was listening!!!

These, in my opinion, are the very reason(s) why the pps is declining -"major investors" pulling out, because of the same concerns I am having!!! Our OneVoice doesn't seem to have the "right patents" to make it competitive enough to keep the "lesser technologies" behind it... As well as the inability to find the "right" advertisers to promote it's product. And "financing" this company seems to be a problem as well...

I am VERY CONCERNED about the future of this company and product... Sorry, just my opinion... Keep in mind that I still love this technology and have very high HOPES for it! I just WISH that things were PROMOTED better, that larger "investors" felt more CONFIDENT about this company, and that the COMPETITION wasn't so close on the heels, or even the toes of OneVoice...

Posted by littlerichy on :

In regards to my "concern #2," I've done a little more digging and have even talked to Rob Karbowsky, again today -he was actually in the office and took my call!!! He assured me that there will be a press release coming, as soon as Telmex allows OneVoice to do so... He also, "believes" that a PR will be coming soon as well regarding the "letter of intent," that took place between TATA & OneVoice this time last year...

Coincidentally, I talked to a Douglas Long at TATA Infotech., regarding the on-goings in India. In fact, the LOI is actually for India AND Asia!!! He forwarded a PR from about a year ago sighting the LOI:

Hi Robert,
as discussed on the phone, I can confirm that Tata Consultancy Services does indeed have a business relationship with OneVoice Technologies. The relationship was initially with Tata Infotech, which merged with TCS towards the end of 2005. I've pasted below the text of a news release posted on BusinessWire from this time last year, which references the work TCS and OneVoice are partnering to achieve in India and other Asian markets (obviously, this was attended by the usual forward-looking statement disclaimers):

Business Wire, 31 July 2006
One Voice and Tata Consultancy Services Sign Agreement to Deploy MobileVoice Services in India and Throughout Asia

LA JOLLA, Calif. -- One Voice Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:ONEV), developer of 4th Generation voice solutions for the Telecom and Interactive Multimedia markets, today announced that Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) (MUMBAI:TCS) (NSI:TCS), a leading global IT services and consulting firm with more than 70,000 employees in 34 countries, has signed a multi-year agreement to host and develop solutions around One Voice's MobileVoice(TM) services in India and throughout Asia. One Voice's MobileVoice service includes Voice-Dialing, Group Conference Calling, Reading and Sending E-mail and Voice-to-Text SMS Messaging, all powered by One Voice's patented voice technology.

Under the terms of the agreement, One Voice and TCS will jointly make telecom solutions -- initially developed by One Voice and tuned by TCS, using proprietary TCS technologies and solutions. TCS will host One Voice's MobileVoice service in India, and both companies will sell MobileVoice, along with additional mobile services to be developed for carrier customers, throughout India and the rest of Asia. TCS will invest in data center hosting, equipment, localization and resources to market these services, while One Voice will provide the base MobileVoice technology that will be localized by TCS for Indian language speakers.

"Our agreement with Tata Consultancy Services will enable One Voice to effectively reach carrier customers throughout India and the rest of Asia. The Tata name is highly regarded globally, especially throughout these regions for their outstanding quality and excellence as a global company," said Dean Weber, president and CEO of One Voice Technologies. "Over the past several years, we have been working with Tata Infotech who has considerable expertise and years of experience in the speech area to tune our MobileVoice service for Indian English speaking mobile phone users. The merger of Tata Infotech and TCS is very positive for our company and enhances our ability to work with the Telecom Practice in TCS to offer our services to their carrier customers. TCS will provide and integrate its own proprietary speech technologies with One Voice's MobileVoice services technology. This agreement is a first step in getting our MobileVoice services up and running in India."

"The Indian market for mobile voice services has exploded to more than 100 million today from 5 million in 2001 and will continue to grow at a phenomenal pace, as consumers want easier, faster and natural access to e-mails and other information while on the move. With increasing penetration of mobile devices, it is a win-win situation for both TCS and One Voice to customize and deliver such value-added services to telecom operators globally," said N. Sivasamban, global head, Telecom Practice, Tata Consultancy Services.

In addition Douglas said the he tried to get a hold of N. Sivasamban, who is in charge of all of this and he seems to be in India, on "vacation..." take that for what it's worth...

I still think that the ads for Iris are crap, and that Telmex/Telnor could have done much better. But, who am I to judge??? I'm just a Chef not a foreign marketing agent... (Yes, I still believe, and still have some doubts, and still hangin' in there...)

Thank you very much for your posts. The second post validates some information concerning an impending announcement of a deal in India that I've heard from other very reliable sources. We shall see.

I will agree with you that there is still risk & that we are by no means out of the woods. The recent decline in share price I see as more of a reaction to Bristol selling 4 million shares as well as a lack of a PR from Telnor.

I've been invested in a lot of penny stocks. I've lost money on some but made huge windfalls on others. In comparison to others I've never seen a penny stock handle conversion financing as responsibly & carefully as Dean. Matter of fact that's one of the main reasons I bought this thing. Bristol's recent sale of four million shares represents less than one percent of our OS.

Our entire AS is less than SIRI's OS when they finally caught Wall Street's eye. Back in March of 2003 We all knew the potential of satellite radio but we also knew that SIRI had missed their time lines so buyers kept waiting for news that would support SIRI's PRs. Some of us bought at .45, .50 & .55 because we wanted to own it before the momentum hit.

Like this stock we knew it was a gamble. The rest is pretty much history. SIRI broke through a dollar in May of 2003 & has never traded less than $2.60 a share since September of 2004. As I write this SIRI has over 1.45 billion OS and trades over $3 & have experienced highs above $9 a share. They have never reported a profit!

At the outside I say we declare profits no later than two years from now but my bet is we will not have to wait even one year. I am very comfortable to sit on this position & wait it out! Very best of luck to you!

This will effectively bring our OS to 859,533,061 shares. The company is on the verge of have their products offered by Telnor followed by their parent company Telmex. Hopefully they will not need to issue all of these shares prior to generating revenues that will allow them to break even.

Dilution is killing this thing & it looks like we will be going lower. We still need a PR from Telnor. From what I understand we will recieve $2.00 from each subscription from Telnor/Telmex but they need to move on this.

Also! Very interesting stuff. I do not know who found this but it appears to be directions to intergrate IRIS with Microsoft Outlook. That would be used by businesses.

The product will leave to the market with the name of Irises, which promises a feminine voice, that it will become in a campaign in radio, printed and spectacular means present.

The idea is to take a project pilot later to offer it in all the Country, but it is about to to see if an interesting toy for a niche is not from market of a few, as it happened with the videollamada one.

The other doubt is if the voice commandos will be calibrated with northern accent… “ Háaablele”.

Sometimes things are every bit as obvious as they appear.

I wrote this because I'm tired of non-stop bashing of this security on several message boards! If the following appears to be a pump, so be it! I will acknowledge my bias as I own this stock!

FACT: Telnor has launched IRIS!

FACT: On September 24th Telnor's director, Luis Villanueva, eliminated any doubt about a connection between IRIS & ONEV when discussing IRIS he stated publicly at the launch ceremony "Everything is based on the technology of voice recognition of the Californian One Voice Technologies"

................................................................................ ........

Fact: For all intents & purposes IRIS is ONEV!

Anyone who thinks that Telnor is pushing IRIS for the fun of it is mentally challenged, plain & simple. Words can not convey just how really stupid a person would have to be to even consider the possibility that Telmex didn't do extensive market research & determined a high degree of success "PRIOR" to launching in Northern Mexico. Is anybody really so clueless that they don't know Telmex has already drawn up projections as to how successful this venture will be. Anything less than success is not even a remote consideration.

Does anyone really think that Hector Slim has overlooked the fact that he will be the first to offer "Dial Tone 2.0." It's common knowledge that the primary reason MicroSoft bought Tellme, for what was rumored to be in the "$800 Million range", was to be able to offer DT 2.0! Then they stated that they were more than a year away from being able to do this. Is anyone so out of touch with reality that they are unaware that Dial Tone 2.0 is the next killer app. for phone companies!

FACT: ONEV offers "Dial Tone 2.0." now! Telnor will deploy it via IRIS!

Some will attempt to frighten you with obvious information adding negative conjecture to it as though it were a fact.

For instance. You will be told that there will be no discernable revenues from IRIS until first quarter. No kidding! No body in their right mind expected immediate profits from this launch. The growth of a company is a process, not an event. Was anyone really under the impression this was not a penny stock & as such, a speculative play? Doom sayers, for whatever their sinister reasons, will write from a soap box spending an inordinate amount of time professing to offer you financial salvation by selling even if you take a loss. I would caution you not to put too much faith in their concern about the health of your portfolio. Personally, I do not buy or sell on the advice of anyone on these boards pro or con!

FACT: Regardless what anyone writes here, including me, at present the future of ONEV is in the hands of people that have succeeded in building one of the most powerful communication companies on earth. I would say that makes the future pretty bright.

Risk versus Reward is strongly tilted towards reward!

Just speaking for myself, the following statement is a fact!

FACT: With the potential upside of windfall profits, at less than "Two & A Half Cents A Share" this is a once in a lifetime opportunity!

Do not buy or sell based on anything I write. If you're interested in this stock, do some research, determine your level of tolerance for risk & make a decision!

Best of luck to all!

AUTO always appears on the sell side, usually at .10, and usually right at 9:30am. This morning it came on at the lowest sell immediately, .023.

ARCA came on at 9:30 with a large block at .32, which it sometimes does and then drops off during the day altogether.
Occasionally it lowers its sell price to put pressure on the pps. Most often, it just decides not to play at all and pulls its block. Occasionally, it appears with a block on the bid side.

EDGX has now appeared on the list of MMs, with no bids or sells listed.

My point is simply that we do not usually have these MMs listed on both the bid and sell side, bringing the total number of MMs listed to 22. Usually we have 19 - 20 MMs, with one more on the sell than the buy side (AUTO at .10).

Maybe it is just a different way of showing the MMs list on the OTCBB stocks, and would look the same if I checked other stocks. I do know it is a different way of listing MMs for ONEV, and more MMs are listed. First noticed it when I got home late last night.

Could this be a sign that they are expecting daytraders to show up shortly?? Anyone more knowledgeable than me about how the OTCBB works?? TIA.
.................................................. .................................................. .................................................. ......

Morley may be on to something. It would certainly help if we got a PR but we have been under accumulation for sometime & I rarely have seen a stock with a period of steady consolidation as long as we've witnessed with this thing & not break out at some point. Someone on a different board pointed out to Risalamang that all the MAs are converging & this is a good sign. I might point out that as of Wednesday the 5 day MA, 10 day MA & 20 day MA did converge at .024 & our share price moved up to close at the same level, .024!

Don't laugh but even with out news I would not be surprised to see this thing run to 10 cents in the near future. 10 cents may be a conservative guess.

I would like to know why you think its nuts to be a dollar for this stock. I personaly think its nuts to think it wont be.

Its simple math. Unless your convinced there will be no telmex launch (which I have seen no evidence that there wont be).

Assume massive dilution to 1.3 billion shares and we are still over a dollar. Toss in all the warrents and convertibles you have and we are there.

18 million subs (its more than that but lets just go with 18 million)

$2.00 per sub (its more than that but lets just go with $2 per.

thats 36 million a month in revenus and 432 million a year all reoccuring and not including MCC sales or any other income.

432million divided by 1.3 billion is earnings of 33 cents a share. a forward PE of 20 (which is standard for an established stock. A growth stock like ours is typically in the hundreds. I usually factor in 30 but for your skepticism I will do 20. That gives us $6.65 a share value.

Divide that by the penetration rate you expect them to get and you have your value. I think they can make 20% easily and probably much higher. at 20% were looking at $1.32 a share value for telmex.

I have been rather conservative. I have almost doubled the current shares. Knocked off 20% of the earnings per sub. Not included telnors subs and shaved off a million of telmex subs. Used a standardized PE of 20 as opposed to the growth were going to be looking at AND only used a 20% penetration into their subs and I am STILL above a dollar a share. Nor am I including ANY OTHER SOURCE OF INCOME.

Yet you claim those who think so are nuts. I would like to see what calculations YOU are using to come up with your estimates (and what that estimate is)

Thanks in advance.

Dumo

With One Voice Technologies, India's Residents Enter Dialtone 2.0
By Lauren Shopp - Posted Nov 1, 2007

One Voice Technologies, a voice solutions developer for the telecommunications and interactive multimedia markets, announced yesterday a contract with Mahangar Telephone Nigman Ltd. (MTNL), India's government-owned national telephone company. In the deal, One Voice will provide its MobileVoice email reader, which allows MTNL subscribers to read and send email from either a landline or mobile device.

http://www.speechtechmag.com/News~News-Feature~With-One-Voice-Technologies,-Indi a's-Residents-Enter-Dialtone-2.0-40091.aspx

The application will work with all MTNL phones, and gives subscribers access to providers such as Yahoo Mail, Hotmail, Gmail, AOL Mail; and POP3 and IMAP corporate email accounts.

One Voice also provides its MobileVoice service to Mexican telecommunications company Telmex's 19 million subscribers. The deal with MTNL will reach 6.3 million mobile and landline customers. As One Voice's president and CEO Dean Weber explains, countries like Mexico and India have different in-home technology offerings, and therefore have an even greater demand for mobile email access than the U.S.

"In areas like Mexico and India, where there's a lower penetration of computers in the home, people want access to email on their mobile device," Weber says. "To give email access anytime, anywhere is a tremendous benefit."

In addition to a lesser home PC presence, Weber also cites both country's long commute times as another benefit of One Voice's services. "They are very long commutes in Mexico, Mumbai, and New Delhi, because they all have tremendous populations," he states. "Commuters need access to critical emails or group calls."

The company worked with both in-house language experts to develop services in Hindu and Spanish, as well as local partners. In India, for example, Tata Group aided the MTNL project's speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) capabilities. Weber adds that One Voice will add group calling, voice dialing, and STT SMS transcription to its list of capabilities. One Voice's services in India will launch soon, while Telmex deployed the service last month.

TELL ME owns the trademark *DIAL TONE 2.0*!

http://tess2.uspto.gov/bin/showfield?f=doc&state=5qunbe.11.9

Let this sink in!!!

Microsoft bought *TELL ME* for an estimated $800 Million Dollars primarily because they wanted to offer *DIAL TONE 2.0*

They, MSFT, by their own admission are more than a year away from being able to get it off the ground!

ONEV offers this service NOW! Telmex/Telnor has beat Microsoft to the punch & has launched it in Mexico under the name IRIS!

Looks like Microsoft has set the value of ONEV at $800 MILLION DOLLARS or MORE THAN A DOLLAR A SHARE!

LOOKING GOOD!!!

I love the part where they confirm that they will include IRIS in all new accounts as a standard feature.

"The Company recently signed a deployment contract with TELMEX for deployment of One Voice's MobileVoice solutions to the over 19 million TELMEX subscribers throughout Mexico. The MobileVoice service was launched to TELNOR subscribers, a TELMEX subsidiary, on June 18, 2007 as a TELNOR branded service called IRIS. For information on IRIS visit Iris or Telnor - Inicio. The IRIS marketing campaign also began in June 2007. The MobileVoice (IRIS) service has tested and performed very well as anticipated, with full launch to TELNOR subscribers which occurred on October 5, 2007. We are working closely with TELNOR to ensure the IRIS service is very successful and the feedback to date has been very positive. As additional marketing steps, TELNOR is scheduled to begin TV advertisements beginning in December along with including IRIS in all new TELNOR accounts as a standard service. Additionally, TELNOR will include IRIS as a standard service to all DSL subscribers. We feel these marketing steps will outperform TELMEX expectations, which would lead to a national TELMEX launch. We anticipate a national TELMEX launch occurring in Q1, 2008. We have recently sent volume pricing to TELMEX in preparation for this launch. TELMEX is very positive regarding the IRIS service and we feel confident that a national launch will occur."

Oh yea! & the same is true with Mohave!

"The Company recently signed an agreement to deploy MobileVoice services with Mohave Wireless. This service is anticipated to be launched to Mohave Wireless subscribers sometime in December, 2007. The MobileVoice service will be included as a standard service for all Mohave Wireless subscribers."

VERY CLEAR NUMERICAL INFORMATION!

Very nice expectations! I'm psyched! It reminds me of the early days in SIRI when bashers pronounced it dead. I got in between .20 & .40 & we made a mint as numbers became increasingly better. They were slow at first & never came in as high as expected but the stock kept surging because everyone knew it was a matter of time.

I have that same feeling now!

"In October 2007 both the Company and Mantec Consultants ("Mantec") entered into a contract with Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd. ("MTNL") of India to provide MobileVoice services to MTNL's over 6 million subscribers. Mantec is One Voice's local sales associate in India. MTNL is owned and operated by the Government of India. The Company and Mantec are currently working on deployment of hardware and systems integration with MTNL. According to MTNL, the MobileVoice service will be made available to MTNL's existing 6.13 million subscribers for MobileVoice email by phone service and the total expected customers for this service is .92 million within the first two years. MTNL has set the monthly subscription price of $1.25 USD monthly per subscriber out of which the Company has a 30% share. We anticipate the MTNL revenue stream to grow as we launch additional MobileVoice services including voice dialing, group call and voice-to-SMS services. In order to expedite the launch with MTNL we decided to initially launch email by phone and the revenue projections given by the marketing department of MTNL reflect the email by phone service only. We anticipate this revenue projection to grow as additional MobileVoice services are launched to MTNL subscribers."

Think about this, 920,000 * 0.41 cents = over $375,000 per month!

They never PRed this! Kind of doesn't fit the mold of a pump & dump to have this & not trumpet it!

"The Company recently signed a Teaming Agreement with Motorola to work together to broaden Motorola's offerings to Motorola customers. These offering could include solutions such as One Voice's MobileVoice along with media control and voice search. We are currently working with Motorola on joint proposals to Motorola carrier customers along with adding voice search capabilities to existing Motorola multi-media products for access to a mobile phone users' music library from their mobile phone."

Same is true of this information. Plus this & we've seen this on You-tube!

"On August 15, 2007 the Company signed a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with Intel Corporation in which both companies will work together to add One Voice's voice technology to a Linux based handheld device. The Company sees a potential opportunity with this mass consumer electronics (CE) device and will apply the necessary resources to co-develop this project."

Check ONEV! Up 14.7% on heavy volume, over 4.2 million shares. This thing picked up some momentum today & there may be no stopping it. I might add that the 5 & 20 MAs are .017 & we could go through the 50 MA * .021 on Monday very easily & the 200 MA is in reach * .024! Also the RSI has been moving above the PPS for an unheard of 35 days. We're very close to seeing that dip beneath the PPS which would another very positive indicator. We set of some buy signals today & should see continued movement to the upside. It would have been nice if the Bollinger Bands had been tightened when this began but that may not make too much of a difference. All in all this was a very positive day!

Newspaper adds for IRIS are becoming more detailed & TV adds are supposed to begin in December to advertise their service through Telmex/Telnor. Their MCC3 is now offered through Dell's website which has been selling the XP version. The list of resellers is growing. India's Goverment controlled phone company Matahanagar has signed a contract to offer ONEV's voice recognition E-mail service to their 6.3 million subcribers. Conference Call on December 6th may have updates on all this & more.

Companies like ONEV will make differences in language meaningless. Microsoft should buy that puppy because they already do everything Tellme wants to do. Server based voice recognition that performs voice activated directory assistance. The same as Dialtone 2.0 that MSFT calls the holy grail of phone service & admits they're over a year away from being able to offer. MSFT paid over 800 million for Tellme primarily to offer this service.

ONEV recently launched this service in Mexico through Telmex/Telnor under the brand name IRIS. Hit the link, scroll down & see the newspaper ad. She's using IRIS to dictate a voice to text E-mail.

Intel MOU revolving around mobil internet devices, phone calling & E-mail!

Intel came to ONEV not the other way around. This is huge. Both have talked to a major US phone company & mobil carrier & waiting on the next step which is expected soon.

Teaming agreement with Motorola to develop products for Motorola customers. Motorola already committed resources & expect to have offering in 2008!

In car Voice Control. Ford generating excitement, hoping a car manufacturer approaches us. A very large European Company did a presentation (in Germany) with ONEV which went well.

2008

ONEV wants to do a demonstration with a mobile device at the next CES.

Wants to launch a voice activated music program for many devices,,,Voice Tunes

Say-to-play coming for PC gaming products.

Street Deck coming soon with ONEV

Voice Search coming for search engines. Talked about Google had to narrow their patent so as not to infringe on ONEV

India & Telmex coming early 2008

Very good call so far!

On the convertible debt question Dean Webber states that funders are deliberately slow to convert debt because they want the company to succeed. Funders are willing to do financial backing without further dilution in the future!

Someone asks about a reverse split & Dean says they want to get back on the NASDAQ with in 2 to 3 years & views RS as potentially problematic but is something ONEV would consider. Doesn't sound like it's in the cards near term.

Webber makes a point of stating that ONEV has beaten MSFT to the punch with Dial Tone 2.0.

This thing wants to run. The charts are showing a bullish engulfing pattern. Today looked pretty good despite dilution. We closed at the high of the day on above average volume. If the financiers would stop selling for a week this thing would be at 3 or 4 cents a share without effort.

Got a little exposure from IT Pro at CES. This came out at 6:30 pm.

"Voice activated mobile internet devices revealed
Voice control technology has been showcased at CES which its maker claims could revolutionise the way that people access mobile internet. One Voice Technologies have made voice control a central component for Intel Mobile Internet Devices (MID). Users could chat, retrieve maps and driving directions as well as search the internet all by voice."

Ya know whats really cool? Making a phone call with MCC V3 via Skype!

Now a quote on something regarded as "new"???? (Onev does this)

"It has been revealed at CES, that Skype is developing a VoIP application tailor-made for the Intel MID (Mobile Internet Device) UMPC device. The devices themselves are purely conceptual, built to showcase what Intel's chips can do. The devices run on an open-source Linux operation system which allows for easy integration for developers. With Skype targeting the MILP (Mobile Internet Linux Platform), we could be seeing many more UMPC performing phone operations as well. Which is a very good thing for us phone nerds"

So huge GOOG doing pilot like ONEV did, interesting...

what ONEV did with Telnor/Telmex
GOOG does with Clearwire/Sprint

"The deal marks another key win for Google's Apps offerings, which the search giant identified as a key component of its strategy -- along with search and ads -- last year.

Landing Clearwire, which counts about 350,000 users so far, is certainly a win for Google...

The Clearwire deal will provide Google an invaluable testing ground for delivering its application suite over wireless broadband technology to a large but relatively manageable size of users under live conditions before it has to boost the scale in a huge way.

And the prize for getting it right is enormous. For starters, there's the potential 100 million additional users once Sprint finishes its network at the end of 2008."

Poor Nuance! Looks like they have the same problems as ONEV. Companies want their tech but want to keep all the credit. Kind of like Telnor/Telmex calling ONEV Iris. LOL,,,

"Nuance could also use an infusion of marketing mojo. Employees talk about a national TV commercial that ran last year to promote a partnership between Microsoft and Ford called "Sync." It will bring mobile-phone integration and voice control to several new Ford vehicles. In the ad, people speak commands to things that don't have voice recognition software: a man in a bathrobe orders his blinds to close before accidentally exposing himself to the neighborhood. A narrator intones, "Not everything responds to your voice like Sync.") But the ads didn't mention that Nuance provided the key technology.

The company also supplies the speech-recognition software for Google's free 411 service, 1-800-GOOG-411, "and we can't talk about that, either," Ricci says.

Both deals bring in revenue for Nuance. "We'd rather do the commerce" than get the credit for it, Ricci explains."

A Word from One Voice Technologies

- Sierra Modro

One Voice Technologies Every once in a while I'm really surprised the response to a particular article. In this case, I quoted Dean Weber, President and CEO of One Voice Technologies, on the prediction of 90 million MIDs in 2012 (based on research from ABI Research). And I got an email the next day from Mr. Weber himself.

Over the next two years the size of the MID will become about the size of a current smartphone. This is about as small as they will probably go while keeping a reasonable screen size for full Internet browsing. One thing to keep in mind regarding the ABI Research prediction is that Apple has already shown the demand for a small fully functional web browser in their current iPhone. The iPhone is very much like a MID although the iPhone lacks WiMAX, video camera, etc. - I'm sure Apple has this in the works. You will see an overlap soon between the iPhone and MIDs and people will demand more functionality from their devices - like the functionality in a MID.

I was thinking about his statements when I posted about Intel's Silverthorne processor a few minutes ago and thought I should share his wisdom. I think he's on to something. One thing I hear consistently from my friends with iPhones is that they loving having a full browser. Maybe MIDs will bring that to me too, and 90 million will sell by 2012. And if One Voice Technologies has their way, all 90 million will be voice-controllable.

Technorati Tags: One+Voice+Technologies,Dean+Weber,MID
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------------------

There's more!
-------------

The MWC show was a tremendous success for ONEV as we demonstrated voice control of MIDs to the global telecommunication industry side-by-side with Intel. In fact, One Voice was strategically positioned within the Intel booth and drew crowds interested in MIDs and WiMAX delivering perfect demonstrations of voice control from not only ONEV and Intel personnel but also people in the audience as a “try it for yourself” demonstration. We put our own technology to the test by letting anyone try it for themselves. Numerous times we had native Japanese, Korean, Spanish and German speakers giving voice commands to the MID and it worked every time – people were completely blown away!!!

In addition to demonstrating in the Intel booth, One Voice had back-to-back meetings throughout the week with MID device manufacturers, Linux OS providers, mobile handset manufacturers, cellular operators and other strategic partners.

Here are some comments from industry leading companies:

“This is the very best speech recognition I have ever used…” – Panasonic

“Very amazing, it really works even for me…I have never seen voice recognition work like this…” – Samsung

“I’m amazed how fast and accurate it works in this very noisy place…it should work very well in a car or on the street on a mobile…” – Ericsson

ONEV now has the fun and challenging task of sifting through the many opportunities as the demand for our technology is significant. Voice control on a mobile device is a “must have” especially given today’s mobile devices are so powerful and sophisticated that they need a simple, easy interface and that interface is One Voice!

It looks like Intel will
have Onev on board with at least one MID platform..That means any OEM that goes with Intel also goes with Onev..Seems we already knew this but it was sort of tossed around to where it became unclear..Intel set up meetings with Onev and several companies at the last show to demo the other platform..In this case the OEM has to decide to include VR when they build their MIDs..Those meetings went very well for Onev..Onev will be at the next IDF and CTIA shows..Since the shows are at the same time Onev will have different reps at each show..It looks like Intel does believe Onev's tech has what it takes to fullfill the vision that we saw in their video..I would not bet against Onev and what is coming...veno

Interesting Read - good for small companies like Onev

http://www.forbes.com/2008/03/11/att-developers-ctia-tech-wire-cx_ew_0311att.htm l?partner=yahootix

my favorite part:
"How times have changed. As phones morph into multimedia devices with sophisticated messaging, music and video services (and lucrative data revenues), carriers are realizing that small-time developers hold the keys to the industry's future."

"This means that once haughty corporations are now catering to even tiny developer firms, wooing them with cash prizes and promises of distributing their programs by the millions."

In my opinion, great news for smaller companies with great technology like One Voice...

Thoughts???

20/03/2008 14:00:00 Business Wire US6501111073 One Voice Technologies, Inc.
(OTCBB:ONEV) Chairman and CEO Dean Weber today issued the following corporate update: "We are pleased to provide our shareholders with the following corporate update: Over the past several months the Company has been working on finalizing our MobileVoice MID(TM) software for Intel based Mobile Internet Devices (MIDs).
This software revolutionizes the mobile industry allowing consumers to use powerful voice control to play music, view photos, videos, launch applications, dictate a message and voice search for full Internet browsing including Google maps, navigation, YouTube video and news, all on a pocket sized Mobile Internet Device.
Last month we demonstrated this software at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) show in Barcelona, Spain in the Intel booth and the feedback was tremendous.
In fact we let attendees try our voice control for themselves and it worked extremely well in the noisy tradeshow even for people with very heavy accents (see http://****.onev.com/****site/2008/02/mobile-world-co.html#more for videos and information from MWC).
We will demonstrate this software at the upcoming Intel Developers Forum (IDF) in Shanghai, China (April 2 - 3) and at the upcoming CTIA Wireless 2008 in Las Vegas, NV (April 1 - 3) to partners, press and analysts.
This month we released a new retail product called VoiceTunes(TM), which voice activates iTunes and Windows Media Player.
VoiceTunes is the ultimate companion to your digital music collection.
Just say commands like "Play The Rolling Stones" or "Play Rock Music" to instantly play your music! VoiceTunes comes with a free trial download and MSRP of $29.95.
VoiceTunes will be in retail stores this summer.
For more information, visit http://www.onev.com/products.
In the telecom sector we are shipping equipment for installation in India this week in support of the upcoming launch with the Indian government owned carrier MTNL.
MTNL has over 6 million subscribers.
We expect the installation to be complete by mid-April and ready for full launch in early May.
Regarding our Iris service in Mexico, it is proceeding very well and we anticipate expanding the service to more cities or a national launch this summer.
For more information on Iris, visit http://www.telnor.com/iris or http://www.yosoyiris.com.
One Voice has several tremendous opportunities that we are actively pursuing and we are very confident in the future of our company as the leader in voice control and voice search technologies.
I will keep you updated as events occur and I would like to thank all of you for your continued support of One Voice.

The 10 K has been filed. The following I copied from the Overview,,,

The product offerings will encompass both MobileVoice(TM) suite of solutions as well as our Directory Assistance 411 service.

In 2006, the Company signed a deployment contract with the residential group within TELMEX for deployment of One Voice's MobileVoice solutions to the over 19 million TELMEX subscribers throughout Mexico. The MobileVoice service was launched to TELNOR subscribers, a TELMEX subsidiary, in October, 2007 as a TELNOR branded service called IRIS. For information on IRIS visit Iris or Telnor - Inicio. The MobileVoice (IRIS) service has tested and performed very well as anticipated. We are working closely with TELNOR to ensure the IRIS service is very successful and the feedback to date has been very positive. We are now working with both the residential and small, medium business (SMB) groups within TELMEX for coordinate a national launch for IRIS in both groups. We are confident this national launch will happen in the coming months. The revenue generated from of a national launch with TELMEX should have a material impact on the Company.

In October 2007 both the Company and Mantec Consultants ("Mantec") entered into a contract with Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd. We anticipate this revenue projection to grow as additional MobileVoice services are launched to MTNL subscribers. We are planning on having our service ready for testing by MTNL in early May, 2008. MTNL will then have a 3 month testing period after which revenue generation to the Company will commence. The revenue generated from this launch with MTNL should have a material impact on the Company.

The Company recently signed an agreement to deploy MobileVoice services with Mohave Wireless. This service was launched to Mohave Wireless subscribers in February of 2008. The MobileVoice service will be included as a standard service for all Mohave Wireless subscribers.

The Company recently signed a Teaming Agreement with Motorola to work together to broaden Motorola's offerings to Motorola customers. These offering could include solutions such as One Voice's MobileVoice along with media control and voice search. We are currently working with Motorola on joint proposals to Motorola carrier customers along with adding voice search capabilities to existing Motorola multi-media products for access to a mobile phone users' music library from their mobile phone.

The Company is currently in a test phase with a national yellow pages provider that is evaluating our automated 411 voice search service for automated directory lookup. The target launch of this service would be this year if selected.

EMBEDDED SECTOR

On August 15, 2007 the Company signed a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with Intel Corporation in which both companies will work together to add One Voice's voice technology to a Linux based handheld device. The Company sees a potential opportunity with this mass consumer electronics (CE) device and will apply the necessary resources to co-develop this project. We have been working closely with Intel engineers to add voice control to their Moblin operating system. We have recently demonstrated this capability in the Intel booth at the 2008 Consumer Electronics Show, Mobile World Congress and the upcoming Intel Developers Forum. We have also ported our software to RedFlag Linux. Both RedFlag Linux and Moblin are the primary operating systems used on Mobile Internet Devices (MIDs). Both One Voice and Intel have jointly presented our voice solution to several MID OEM's and we have initial confirmation that our software will be bundled on a major OEM's MID for launch in Q4 of 2008.

The Company's Media Center Communicator(TM) product works with Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 and Microsoft Windows Vista to add voice-navigation and a full suite of communication features allowing consumers to talk to their Media Center PC to play music, view photo slideshows, watch and record TV, place Voice-Over-IP (VoIP) phone calls, read and send e-mail and Instant Message friends and family, all by voice. The company recently launched a new retail product called VoiceTunes. VoiceTunes allows users to voice control their entire music library including Apple iTunes and Windows Media. This product is similar to our flagship product Media Center Communicator but is very focused on music. The feedback from retailers has been very positive and we are now preparing for have VoiceTunes available on retail store shelves by this summer.

In summary, since the beginning of 2007, the Company has deployed services with telecom carriers and began recognizing a recurring revenue stream. Management believes the Company's transition into the revenue recognition phase is very important as it signifies acceptance of our solutions and the value they deliver to the customer and their subscribers.
