Don't forget about this gem - lot's of bullish indicators on chart

should be getting an update this week - if you read the 1/29 PR: As of the end of Q4 - 2006, the company has laid a significant portion of the planned 200 km of fiber-optical cable. The completion of this project is scheduled for the end of February 2007.
