this has been dragged down and wound up since it hit a penny last time, they are going to have a hard time bringing down the PPO indicators any further imo, w/o letting it breathe. it may go sideways a little, but its due for a bounce imo, we'll see?? good chance for a penny if mm's let it go. dilution killed it to these levels, but as we have seen, they can still run hard, all these pigs are diluted, lol

It's probably the lack of news from this company
The pluses: 1) dilution has all but stopped since the private firm bought out 70% of the cd's in April 2006 2) that private firm has the option to buy the remaining 30% of cd's 3) this company has had products make it to the market; epilift in 2005 4) backing of UTK (amex company) 5) low float of 61 million and o/s of 246 million (confirmed o/s today) 6) expect test results from in vivo testing in March 7) reporting otcbb company - expect next filing by end of March 8) on a technical note, the macd has been trending up while the pps has fallen = positive divergence and possible signal of reversal underway
The company lacks an IR division - they do have a PR (public relations and legal counsel team). The PR guy gave me the CEO's contact info. I have not heard back from the CEO yet. I don't expect to as I think it's odd, but at least worth the shot.

That's why I stopped using L2 - poweretrade does the same thing. Doesn't show you the bid or ask on L2, but when you look at regular quotes, you see the right bid and ask

It's a battle between strong OBV, CMF, Accum/Dist and Positive Divergence between MACD and PPS vs. 20 SMA

Volume dried up, but UBSS backed off and quit selling. a lot of vol to this point, all green and stubborn selling today, makes me hope something is coming after all. who knows??
chart looks great though, MACD cross after being wound up, and another MACD cross on the weekly looks like all from big lows

I think it is pretty key that from August 8, 2006 to January 23, 2007, the share count rose by only approx 2.3 million shares, yet the stock trades like the dilution should be 100x what it really is

My only issue now is I got an email from the t/a yesterday saying the shares are now at 251 million
I was excited about ARFR b/c the shares had only increased by 2 million since August 2006 - Jan 2007
Now if a 10 day period, the shares have increased by 5 million more - that is a 150% increase in dilution and should be noted
I lightened my position yesterday at .008 with a good profit from the .004 level
If you read any of the SEC filings, you will see that OTI can start selling shares starting Feb 2007 - I called the company on this and they said it would not have much of an impact. Well, less than 10 days into Feb, and the shares have already started to creep up.
