World Health Energy, Inc. plans to use renewable, cost-effective agricultural products from around the world to develop natural alternative fuels and marketable agricultural by-products such as feedstock. WHE's proposed biodiesel production plants are designed to produce biodiesel that complies to or exceeds international biodiesel production requirements and standards, including the European standard for Biodiesel EN 14214 as well as ASTM D6751 specifications.

In addition to renewable energy production, WHE's unique process will create a newly engineered feedstock as a by-product of the biodiesel production. The company is working towards the most immediate goals of merging with World Health Energy, Inc. and closing on the $1.2 million financing previously announced for the construction of two bio-diesel plants. H & H Equipment, Inc., a privately held Kentucky Corporation with major connections in coal mining, washing facilities, loading and blending facilities and marketing of coal for utilities and other large industrial users, which signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to provide the necessary funding for two biodiesel plants.

As previously announced, the first of the two biodiesel plants will be built in Kentucky and the first customer, a coal mining operation, will require 5 thousand gallons a day. Advanced Plant Pharmaceuticals/World Health Energy to Utilize New Higher Yielding Biodiesel Production Process of Ultrasonication
Ultrasonication Process Significantly More Efficient Than Industry Standard Batch Reactors Process
Jan 12, 2007 10:48:00 AM
2007 *********wire, Inc.
NEW YORK, Jan. 12, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Advanced Plant Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (OTCBB:APPI) and World Health Energy, Inc. announced that the company will be utilizing a more efficient biodiesel process known as ultrasonication. The higher yielding process will provide the company with production cost advantages.

Currently, biodiesel is produced primarily in batch reactors where required energy is provided by heating and mechanical mixing. However, ultrasonic processing is a more effective process to attain the required mixing while providing the necessary activation energy. Through the use of ultrasonication, a biodiesel yield in excess of 99% can be achieved in a remarkably short time duration of less than 5 minutes in comparison to one hour or more using conventional batch reactor systems. World Health Energy will utilize ultrasonication to benefit from the enhanced efficiency and superior end product quality compared to the standard batch reactors process.

Ultrasonic extraction can greatly accelerate extraction processes. Using an ultrasonic reactor, ultrasonic waves are used to create cavitation bubbles in a solvent material. When these bubbles collapse near the cell walls, it creates shock waves and liquid jets that cause those cells' walls to break and release their contents into the solvent. The solvent is processed into biodiesel.

the company is working towards the most immediate goal of closing on the $1.2 million financing previously announced for the construction of two bio-diesel plants slated for Kentucky and Florida. Upon closing on the financing, the company will provide details on the construction of the first biodiesel plant.

An 8-K for the merger with World Health Energy will be filed after the satisfaction of the closing conditions which include, without limitation, issuance and receipt of all consideration relating to the transaction and other customary closing conditions.

To be added to APPI's corporate e-mail list for shareholders and interested investors, please send an e-mail to ir*advancedplantpharm.com.

About World Health Energy

World Health Energy, Inc. plans to use renewable, cost-effective agricultural products from around the world to develop natural alternative fuels. WHE's proposed biodiesel production plants are designed to produce biodiesel that complies to or exceeds international biodiesel production requirements and standards, including the European standard for Biodiesel EN 14214, as well as ASTM D6751 specifications.

Advanced Plant Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Announces Board Approval to Change Name to World Health Energy, Inc. to Reflect Focus On Renewable Energy Market

Wednesday, January 24, 2007 16:15ET

NEW YORK, Jan. 24, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Advanced Plant Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (OTCBB:APPI) announced today the company's board of directors has adopted a resolution to change the corporate name to World Health Energy, Inc., to reflect the company's acquisition of World Health Energy, Inc. and the new business plan to focus on biofuels and renewable energy production and distribution. The company anticipates the name change will be completed within sixty days. A new ticker symbol to reflect the corporate name of World Health Energy, Inc. will be issued after the name change has been approved.

The company believes that the alternative fuel sector has been gaining increasing attention from the Federal Government. As President Bush emphasized in the State of the Union address last night, "It is in our vital interest to diversify America's energy supply -- and the way forward is through technology. We must continue changing the way America generates electric power -- by even greater use of clean coal technology ... solar and wind energy ... and clean, safe nuclear power. We need to press on with battery research for plug-in and hybrid vehicles, and expand the use of clean diesel vehicles and biodiesel fuel..... we must increase the supply of alternative fuels, by setting a mandatory fuels standard to require 35 billion gallons of renewable and alternative fuels in 2017 -- this is nearly five times the current target. At the same time, we need to reform and modernize fuel economy standards for cars the way we did for light trucks -- and conserve up to eight and a half billion more gallons of gasoline by 2017."

World Health Energy, Inc. plans to use cost-effective agricultural products both locally and from around the world to develop natural alternative fuels.

The company plans on utilizing ultrasonic processing, a more effective process to attain the required mixing while generating the necessary energy. Most biodiesel is produced in batch reactors where the energy required is generated by heating and mechanical mixing. Significantly, a biodiesel yield in excess of 99% can be achieved through the use of ultrasonication in a very short time span of less than 5 minutes, as compared to the one hour or more time frame necessary when using conventional batch reactor systems. The company believes that the higher yielding process should provide the company with production cost advantages.

The company continues to work towards the closing on the $1.2 million financing previously announced for the construction of two bio-diesel plants slated for Kentucky and Florida. As previously announced, the first of the two biodiesel plants would be built in Kentucky, and the second plant would be constructed in Florida. The financing is subject to completion of mutually satisfactory definitive agreements, necessary government and regulatory approvals, and other customary conditions of closing.

Advanced Plant Pharmaceuticals Rated 'Speculative Buy,' Target Price $0.06 by Beacon Equity Research

Friday , February 02, 2007 16:05ET

DALLAS, Feb 02, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Advanced Plant Pharmaceuticals (OTCBB:APPI) has been rated "Speculative Buy" with a target price of $0.06 by Beacon Equity Research Analyst Dr. Victor Sula.

The full report is available at http://www.BeaconEquityResearch.com.

Anyone interested in receiving alerts regarding Advanced Plant Pharmaceuticals research should email members*beaconequityresearch.com with "APPI" in the subject line.

In the report, Dr. Sula writes, "Advanced Plant Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is shifting its business plan to focus on biofuels and renewable energy production and distribution. In Q4FY06, APPI announced an agreement to acquire World Health Energy (WHE), a renewable energy company focused on the development and production of alternative fuels. WHE plans to use cost-effective agricultural products both locally and from around the world to develop natural alternative fuels. The Company plans to build two biodiesel plants in the US and is in the process of securing financing for their construction."

"According to Clean Edge research, the global biofuels market will grow from $15.7 billion in 2005 to $52.5 billion by 2015. Meanwhile, Emerging Markets Online forecasts US biodiesel consumption will grow to 750 million gallons by the end of 2007. Moreover, the US biodiesel market should grow significantly to match the consumption levels of European counterparts. Total biodiesel sales in the US amounted to less than 0.5% of all petro-diesel on-road consumption in 2005."

"We believe the Company's market capitalization and valuation will gravitate towards its bio-fuel peers. Many early-stage bio-fuel companies are trading at huge premiums to other industry medians. Competitors such as Earth Biofuels (OTCBB:EBOF), Pacific Ethanol (Nasdaq:PEIX), Verasun Energy (NYSE:VSE) and Southridge Ethanol (OTCBB:SORD) trade at a P/S multiple of roughly 10 or less."

The company plans on utilizing ultrasonic processing to produce its biodiesel, which the company's management believes is more effective (than the conventional batch reactor process). This ultrasonic process can produce biodiesel (with yield in excess of 99%) in under 5 minutes as compared to the conventional batch reactor process which can require an hour or more. The company believes that the higher yielding process should provide the company with production cost advantages.

Expecting a nice run this morning, IMO

I don't know, Burns. Talk of R/S might scare people away.

Posted by JBURNS on :

Where is the R/S talk coming from? All I have seen is legal talk in the filing. People who don't want this to go up are the ones claiming a R/S.

Posted by Average Joe on :

Alot of companies put that clause in, but it does not mean that they will do it. Spoke to the company over the weekend, be prepared for more news soon.

Posted by JBURNS on :

"If the Company effects a Reverse Split prior to any Capitalization Increase, the Remaining Shares due Selling Stockholders shall be proportionately reduced to give effect to the Reverse Split. For example, if the Company effects a 1-for-10 Reverse Split, only 5,000,000 Shares would be issued. The Company is under no obligation to take any action to effect either a Capitalization Increase or a Reverse Split."

Anyone with just a little common sense knows that this is just a clause added in here for legal purposes. It just states what they will do with the shares given to WHE owners in the case of a reverse split.

Notice this line:

"The Company is under no obligation to take any action to effect either a Capitalization Increase or a Reverse Split."

I learned that lesson a while ago as well...don't invest any anyone's DD...just cause they fluff up their replies with lots of info, doesn't always mean they are making a sound decision in any position. Penny land is very unpredictable and is always prone to whipsaws and such that shoot most of our TA out of the water
Just get in on something good when you see it, and make a little money in the process. Trust your own instincts, not others.

Same here, but pennyland requires plenty of patience, stuff that I have a very minimal amount of. I am lucky I held onto to INXR and PLYCF as long as I did. Thank goodness they began their uptrends recently or else my face would've have melted to my screen.

Good things to come for these guys, I am putting this one on the back burner till I see some action. I have a good investment in this, over a grand, and I am not going to let it go for nothing. Daytrading is tough when things slow up, positions retrace, bores us, we get antsy...see all the excitement around like DANS and wish we were all in it...wanting to let go of timed investments like this one just to get a quick play from the runners of the day. I can't speak for anyone else, but I do know lots of folks here and there feel the same way, sometimes we just have to sit back and wait. [Smile] [Frown]

Advanced Plant Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Announces Appointment of Florida Legal Counsel in Support of Transition Into World Health Energy

Monday , February 26, 2007 17:19ET

NEW YORK, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 02/26/07 -- Advanced Plant Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (OTCBB: APPI) announced the appointment of new legal counsel in Florida to facilitate the transition into World Health Energy, Inc., an emerging energy company focused on bio-fuels and renewable energy production and distribution. The company also anticipates locating its manufacturing facilities in the State of Florida after closing on a long-term land lease for its bio-fuel facility. The property has sufficient space for a plant facility and land for the harvesting of feedstock necessary for biodiesel production.

The company anticipates obtaining the necessary financing to construct two biodiesel plants in the near future. The first biodiesel production facility will be located in Kentucky to provide all of the required bio-fuel for a coal mine. The second production plant is to be constructed in Florida.

World Health Energy, Inc. plans to use renewable, cost-effective agricultural products domestically and internationally to develop natural alternative fuels. World Health Energy's proposed biodiesel production plants are expected to be designed to produce biodiesel that complies to or exceeds international biodiesel production requirements and standards, including the European standard for Biodiesel EN 14214 as well as ASTM D6751 specifications. The company plans to utilize ultrasonic processing to produce biodiesel. The company's management believes ultrasonic processing is more efficient than the conventional batch reactor process currently in use by biodiesel producers. The ultrasonic process yields biodiesel in excess of 99% with a production time of less than 5 minutes versus the conventional batch reactor process which can exceed an hour. The company believes that the higher yielding process should provide the company with production cost advantages and competitive pricing.

To investors and shareholders:

We have received many inquiries on why APPI shifted its focus to biodiesel and not ethanol. The following PR on what is happening to the cost structure for ethanol production should be of interest.

Demand for Corn Driving Up Meat Prices

Friday March 9, 10:21 AM EST

WASHINGTON (AP) — Strong demand for corn from ethanol plants is driving up the cost of livestock and will raise prices for beef, pork and chicken, the Agriculture Department said Friday.

Meat and poultry production will fall as producers face higher feed costs, the department said in its monthly crop report. Ethanol fuel, which is blended with gasoline, is consuming 20 percent of last year's corn crop and is expected to gobble up more than 25 percent of this year's crop.

The price of corn, the main feed for livestock, has driven the cost of feeding chickens up 40 percent, according to the National Chicken Council. The council says that chicken, the most popular meat with consumers, will soon cost more at the grocery store. The industry worries the competition from ethanol could cause a shortage of corn.

The average price of corn, unchanged from last month, is $3.20 a bushel, up from $2 last year.

For soybeans, analysts said prices are averaging $6.30 a bushel, up from last month's average of $6.20. Last year's price was $5.66. Wheat prices are averaging $4.25 a bushel, unchanged from last month and up from $3.42 last year.

Also in the crop report, the department updated the citrus forecast to include the effects of a January freeze on California oranges. The California crop will be 39 percent smaller than last year, and combined with freezes that are expected to reduce the Florida crop, the nation's crop is expected to be 18 percent smaller than last season.

To APPI/World Health Energy shareholders and interested investors:

The company has been receiving a number of phone calls and e-mails on the company's progress recently, so we wanted to take this opportunity to provide the following information.

The company anticipates releasing PR in the near future regarding the company's financing for the previously announced two biodiesel plants planned in KY and FLA along with details on the start of construction of the plants.

It is expected to take only about 90-120 days from the start of plant construction to beginning biodiesel production.
Shareholders should expect a symbol change announcement to reflect the company's corporate name change to World Health Energy Holdings. The change will be automatic in shareholders' brokerage accounts.
The company is pursuing tax advantaged benefits offered to alternative energy producers. Government intervention should play a role in raising biodiesel demand. The energy bill passed in July extended an existing tax incentive for biodiesel. The government currently pays a 99 cents-per-gallon subsidy to biodiesel manufacturers. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will put new rules in place requiring refiners to reduce sulfur content in diesel fuel beginning next year. Biodiesel is nearly sulfur-free, so it might become a standard fuel additive.
Why enter the diesel market?

About 62 billion gallons of standard diesel are consumed annually in the U.S. and 85 billion gallons are consumed in Europe. In 2004, only 25 million gallons of biodiesel were produced. In 2005, the figure jumped to 75 million and ballooned to 300 million gallons in 2006. According to one report , analysts are predicting that it will double again in 2007.

Big players are entering the market as it becomes clear that the future of biodiesel is bright. Archer Daniels Midland (NYSE: ADM) is working on a 50 million-gallon facility andt VeraSun (NYSE: VSE) announced last Fall that that company is planning on building a 30 million-gallon facility. This exponential growth is expected to continue as the environmental benefits of biodiesel become better understood, and as General Motors (NYSE: GM), Honda (NYSE: HMC), and DaimlerChrysler (NYSE: DCX) all begin manufacturing automobiles capable of running on diesel in the next few years. All three are expected to have such vehicles on the road by 2009.

According to the Energy Information Administration (EIA), the new emission standards and the number of new diesel-capable vehicles could increase demand to more than 1 billion gallons a year by 2010. Another industry report is even more bullish with a forecast of demand growth up to 2 billion gallons in the U.S and 2.5 billion gallons in Europe by 2010. Regulations reducing greenhouse gases are driving demand in both markets. At the tailpipe, biodiesel emits 43 percent less carbon monoxide and 55 percent fewer particulates.

For you information.
