If you have not explored King Resources see their website http://www.kingresources.net They are working with an audit company right now to come into compliance with Sarbanes Oxley. Also you can replay a conference call management had recently with stockholders. This stock right now is only about 6.5 cents and was 25 cents a short number of months ago. Looks like alot of selling going on. Has to bottom out before anything happening with this one. Also they don't have any money. Have to issue more stocks to complete any deals. Might be good in the future. Lock

They have the authority to issue approx another amount of shares equal to the current float so I agree they could set up a deal by issuing stock etc as part of it. So you make a good point. I applaud you for not outright condemnation because things could click for them. Thanx for the comment
