I talked with Mark Helms; CEO & Chairman of VIP Comlink today and he reassured me that the R/M with Pure Energy is on track. Pending shareholder approval I was told that a definitive binding agreement should be nailed down around February. You can check out their PR's re: their R/M throughout October and November. I tried to corner him on the possibility of a R/S but he would go no further than to say that the option was "still on the table". He did say they are committed to shareholder value in any event and I found that encouraging. I picked up 1 mil. shares of VIPM at .0005 a few months back and sold it at .008 on the news of the R/M. It has since fluctuated between .002 and .005 ever since and I'm waiting for a possible pull back, or R/S, before jumping back in. Any thoughts on this play?.....
