MobiClear to Sign Agreement With European Bank Friday December 15, 6:53 am ET
DOVE CANYON, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Dec 15, 2006 -- MobiClear, Inc. (OTC BB:MBIR.OB - News) announced today that the company has signed an agreement with Swedish-based FOREX Bank to use the company's electronic Personal Identification Verification solutions.
In addition, the company announced that BICO, Inc. has changed its name to MobiClear, Inc. and now trades on the NASD Over the Counter Bulletin Board under the ticker symbol, MBIR.

One problem here is that the a/s is 250 billion, according to the 10/07 10-Q. o/s is somewhat acceptable at around 457 million.
It does not appear that there are any active dilutive filings posted recently, but that a/s is a serious red flag. I do like the quick play possibility though, a surfer.

Of course,I just noticed that this baby had an o/s of 350 mill when it ran last December in the teens (.19, I believe) so anything is possible.
