If you look at the chart for the year, it historically has it's RSI in the 20's (20 in Jan, 22-25 in May-Aug, etc).

With MACD turning south, DMI turned south, etc....I just don't see it as bottom. With all the negative indicators, it looks a lot more like dilution to me (see their last 10Q on SEC site - "STOCK ISSUANCE

During the first quarter ended September 30, 2006 for the fiscal year end June
30, 2007:

Ayuda Funding, LLC converted 76,027 shares of Series A Preferred Stock into
760,270,000 shares of common stock to repay Ayuda in the amount of $2,392,991").

This looks like more dilution with all indicators headed south for now. I suspect that this may continue to fall down to the .0010 range before making any recovery....

I love stocks when they are down, cuz it usually means a bounce is coming. IMO, that bounce isn't ready yet.

Posted by PCola77 on :

Thanks for the analysis. It's good to hear both sides. I also assumed dilution, but was thinking it could bounce after the fall. I didn't put a ton into it, so I'll probably let it ride a bit. If I see more selling ot start Monday I may bail, but I'm in at .0020, so I'd be okay with getting out at .0018 or .0017 and not feel terrible about it.

Yeah hey guys, i havent been around as much lately. This is a 2-3 week hold. It was called by Bill Panetta at around .0025 for a forward looking event at the beginning of January, and he is rarely wrong with a big move.

Big thing with this trade is that it isnt much of a scalp. When Bill makes calls, they normally go more than 100%. So we will see, the company is obviously diluting.

The pick is a little risky and isnt exacly "my type" of call. Like the old times, but i trust Bill and his track record is tops in my books when it comes to small cap trading. When he knows somethings up, i take his word for it.

Good luck to all, maybe just watch this as i am getting back into the groove. Have a good holiday everyone.

Their last event did the same in October around the "Value Rich Small Cap expo". Take a look at the chart about a week before the event (Event was the 25th). I agree that this type of event usually has a run prior to it, and will probably buy in, but buy in time for me would be around the same period - 1 week before the event. That makes the buy in for me much closer to, or just after the new year....

Posted by bowlegtroy on :

Forgot to add that I think MM will take it down longer, and may bring it up when it gets closer to this event, instead of a full week before.

All IMO!

Again, as many know, i do not reccommend listening to me on sell points; do at your own risk. I can only give you an EASY 25%

On this one i will be holding everything into at least the first week in January.

Bill Panetta and BB Stock are both stating that the chart pattern is great here and they expect a similiar move to the october run. Knowing me i cant hold that long, but ill see how long i can hold.

Dont know how he knows it, but Bill is saying that the company has stopped the selling of shares.......

New UMPC Design From Seamless Ends Clumsy `Dumb Thumb' Typing & Battery Power Panic for Real Productivity on the Go
Friday January 5, 6:02 pm ET
Ten-Finger Size Keyboard and Eight-Hour Battery Makes the S-XGen the First Practical UMPC For Real All-Day Power Computing on the Road

CARSON CITY, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--A New Ultra Mobile Portable Computer (UMPC) offering a radically different design was debuted today at the Consumer Electronic Show (CES) in Las Vegas, Nevada. The S-XGen(TM) from Seamless Internet (OTCBB:SLWF - News) a publicly traded company, is the only UMPC of its kind to integrate all of the computing and digital functionality of other UMPCs in a design that offers a near full-size keyboard and an ultra-productive eight-hour battery life.
The S-XGen was created for serious business users who need convenient all-day access to powerful computing capabilities but are frustrated with lugging and juggling multiple devices that provide only two or three hours of on-the-go power. The lightweight, pocket-sized PC combines several digital products into a single, easy-to-access device. The unit's extra-long battery life and fold-out keyboard makes the S-XGen a serious full-day work partner that puts an end to frustrating text messaging-style "dumb thumb" typing and battery power panic.
"Fingers are a terrible thing to waste - especially when you have real work to do," said Al Reda, president and CEO of Seamless Wi-Fi. "Virtually all UMPCs offer similar applications but all the gadgets in the world are worthless if they are frustrating to use. The S-XGen not only combines a variety of productivity-enhancing digital devices, but does so in a way that turns users into mobile powerhouses not thumb suckers. The unit's industry-leading eight-hour battery life makes the S-XGen the first "panic-free" mobile device - one that seriously addresses the real needs of today's road warriors whether they are on a plane, held up in a taxi cab or out in the field."
The S-XGen is a handheld device that eliminates the need for a separate laptop, cellular phone, Tablet PC and PDA. WiFi, Bluetooth and tri-band cellular wireless technology as well as Ethernet connectivity come standard with S-XGen as does both USB and RJ45 input options. Built with an Intel PXA 270 Xscale(TM) 520 MHz processor, the base unit includes 256MB of RAM and a 20GB hard drive. The S-XGen comes with Microsoft® Windows® CE 5.0 and is ready to run Microsoft Office® Mobile Suite (included).
The total size of the S-XGen is approximately 6.5 inches long by 3.8 inches wide and it weighs only 14 oz. The unit comes with a 4-inch TFT 470 x 280 resolution monitor / touch screen, a built-in 280 pixel web video camera and functionality buttons for gaming applications, camera and computing. The S-XGen is also uniquely designed with a Qwerty near full-size fold-out keyboard and a battery life rated at an industry high of 8 hours of use.
The MSRP of the S-XGen with Microsoft Office included is $1,400.00. Units are available for immediate delivery.
Seamless Internet will be demonstrating the S-XGen at CES Booth Number IP 255 and IP 271 at the Sands Innovation Pavilion.

That ah pr on seamless (SLWF) is going to have a big impact on this stock next week imo. Read the above pr and especially the line: The MSRP of the S-XGen with Microsoft Office included is $1,400.00. Units are available for immediate delivery. This is not the usual fluffy prs which have the words we should, in the near future , or any contingent words . The units are available now! Which means this company is going to be making real money for their main product. They have sold 3,000 units already and are gearing up for a new production. It seems like this company will not be a sub penny for long. Keep in mind the 50 sma is .0031 and SLWF closed friday .0029. This is the catalyst it needs to get through the recent .0034 area and above imo. Good luck

Posted by MillerTIME on :

WOW great news, and what i like about it, is that it is after hours. By releasing AH, you gotta believe there is more to come.

Big big week comin next week; i cant wait!

On Friday, near EOD there was a sell off, then bill panetta and 3 other top shots in my trading group, called it out at the bottom and sent in multi million share orders and ran it all the way back up to .0029 at the close, saying "This is only the beginning, big things are to come from this company."

On thursday i did sell off half at .0033; just to take off some of the risk.

Good luck to all next week, and this will probably be a scalper monday morning as it is hard to say now, but i do believe by releasing AH PR on Friday that we could see a big move on monday or tuesday. Also in combination with bill panettas bullish comments. And he rarely is that bullish unless he knows something....

SEAMLESS S-XGEN NEXT GENERATION ULTRA PC

Price: $1,400

Expected: Next four months

Laptop technology may be getting smaller, but it doesn't mean it's getting lighter. Unless it's the 14-ounce S-XGen, which comes complete with a 4-inch display, Windows Pocket PC software, a fold-out QWERTY keyboard and an impressive eight hours of battery life on a single charge. It also has tri-band GSM cell access, GPS, built-in Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, a 20GB hard drive and a camera. Phew.

Seamless Triples Planned First Quarter 2007 S-XGen(TM) Production Output
via COMTEX

January 10, 2007

LAS VEGAS, NV, Jan 10, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX News Network) --

Seamless Wi-Fi, Inc. (OTCBB: SLWF) today announced its Seamless Internet, Inc. subsidiary has increased planned first quarter 2007 production output for the company's S-XGen(TM) UMPC from 3,000 to 10,000 devices. The company has increased planned Q1 production output to address initial demand and interest generated at the 2007 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas this week.

The S-XGen is the newest contender in the rapidly expanding Ultra Mobile Personal Computer (UMPC) class of minicomputers and takes connectivity to the next level with integrated Cellular, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity.

Seamless is showing the S-XGen and Phenom Encrypted Virtual Private Network software at the 2007 International Consumer Electronics Show (CES(R)) in Las Vegas, January 8-11 at the Sands Innovation Pavilion booths IP255 and IP271.
