(OTC Bulletin Board: LDHI) announced today that it has acquired Better Bodies, Inc., a Nevada corporation, in a stock-for-stock transaction. Better Bodies, Inc. is now a 100% wholly-owned subsidiary of Liberty Diversified Holdings, Inc. Mr. Wayne Bailey, founder and CEO of Better Bodies, Inc., will remain on board as CEO of the new subsidiary. Mr. Bailey is also the Chief Financial Officer of Liberty Diversified Holdings, Inc. and a member of its Board of Directors. This acquisition was reported in an 8K filing dated December 14, 2006.
Better Bodies, Inc. contains a licensing agreement and marketing rights for "CelluBike," a revolutionary product which integrates cardio-vascular exercise with modern infrared technology to assist in weight loss and the reduction of cellulite and inches. CelluBike also offers numerous additional potential applications for the health and wellness and medical professions, as well. Better Bodies, Inc. was formed in 2006 to import and operate CelluBike locations throughout the U.S. and eventually worldwide. Locations are currently operating in the Southern California, Utah and Las Vegas, Nevada areas. The locations have been a success and are producing revenues. The CelluBike is revolutionary in that it uses two different technologies in one unit -- infrared heat integrated with a recumbent bike. While the user is peddling the recumbent bike to get their heart rate up to 60-70% of their maximum heart rate, CelluBike simultaneously employs an array of infrared lamps to direct infrared heat directly to the body. This combination of exercise and infrared can increase the number of calories burned in a 40-minute session to as high as 2,400, compared to approximately 200-500 calories for a typical exercycle. Each 40-minute session allows the body temperature to rise about 3 degrees Celsius, causing the user to create a deep sweat, first from their sweat glands and then after continued use, from their sebaceous glands. This deep sweat functions as "the body's cleanser" and is sometimes referred to as the "third kidney" because it plays a very important role in expelling wastes from the body, including toxic substances such as dioxin, lead and other heavy metals that do not melt in water but dissolve in the fat in the body. This stock has been fairly dormant until the last couple of weeks...
All that volume means something. I know there is a little dilution out there, but not a huge amount. It has been beat up pretty bad, definitely a more severe price hit than is deserved for such a small amout of dilution (~6% dilution vs. ~70% drop in price). So, I think the MM's will give some back on this one pretty soon. I'd say it can get to .02 pretty easily. We shall see...

They have to be diluting today. Biggest volume day ever and it barely popped, and will likely finish down? Interesting. I will have to look at the filings much closer. I don't readily see the dilution on file. Ya can't do ~14mil volume, with an 87mil o/s, and not get a good gain unless you are diluting out the back door. thoughts?

Agree. The penny world loves news like this. A penny company's product featured in mainstream mass media.
Reminds me of ETIM, ACTC, etc. Except that LDHI was ready to go anyway, and the float is exceptionally low considering the price (87mil o/s vs. .0093).
I was hesitant with this one on Friday because it looked like dilution to me. And it probably is, but I still think LDHI will run with this kind of news, even if there is some dilution going on. Considering the low o/s, it should still go.
Plus, I really don't see any dilutive filings other than the 5 mil s-8...

first thing that popped in my mind was ETIM too, after all the exposure, but they dumped into it. Killed the run.
it also helps that this is at a bottom. and thin float.. BAM.. MM's probably winded it down to these levels, and on friday got wind and threw a bunch of cheap shares to their buddies, pirssed i didnt get more with them. never can predict market reaction 100%, but its always nice to see news like this. should be green monday, lol

I agree. But it could be an unregistered sale of securities, which happens.
That said, now that I have seen this news, it appears now that maybe people in the know were loading up. There have already been some pretty high volume red days for this stock, which is what I look for. Then, Friday, it has it's highest volume day ever, posts a modest gain after a big shake back to .008, then they post this news now? Hmm, maybe folks were buying big who knew this might happen. Seemed like they would bring it up with buys, take it down with small sells, then big buys right after. ARCA, EDGX, and AUTO (high volume ECN's) were all on the bid at one point
I have a feeling it is going to go with this news. Penny traders love this kind of news. EXCS mentions Kawasaki testing, and boom. ETIM gets on CNN and ESPN, boom. The View is a big show, and this surprise news could really send it on a run.
Who knows with these things though?

This showed up on my scan thursday night...looked pretty sweet so I entered at .01 Friday morning. This news looks good..The View is prett huge...my wife watches it...and I am sure most people's wives in here watch it as well
