Regions Oil & Gas Sets Date to Begin Work on a Secondary Recovery Project with $10 Million in Recoverable Oil

Regions Oil and Gas, Inc. (Pink Sheets: FCNK) is pleased to announce a tentative date has been set for work to commence on their water flood/secondary recovery project in Oklahoma. Work is scheduled to begin the week of December 4th. Geological records indicate between 200,000 and 350,000 BO of recoverable oil in this reservoir. At $50.00 per barrel this equates to approximately $10,000,000.

Financial Commerce Network Inc. (Pink Sheets:FCNK) is currently in negotiations with Thomas International Drilling Management, a Texas corporation, to purchase a 25% stake in their drilling management company. TIDM currently has a two year drilling contract with an independent oil and gas company. The drilling rig TIDM manages is rated at 23,000 feet. There is also the option to add another rig under management in mid 2007, effectively doubling the amount of projects TIDM and Regions can take part in. This partnership could add about $1,800,000 annually to Regions' bottom line.

thanks, talk with Jerry - he passed phone for IR guy (I think Jonathan, could be mistaken). He told me that the company is shocked with PPS as well but they are not controlling the market prices (hard to believe, heard these stories so many times…). At least they are working on PR for yesterday morning (6am EST)

Don't think of it that way. You wouldn't really be "up 20%" unless you could sell at .0012. At most I think you could have sold at .0011 for 10%, but it's alredy back to a bid of .0095, so you'd be down 5% already. Looks like your boker probbaly saved you some money

yeah PCola i know what you mean.. I just meant up 20% in unrealized gains... I still like it at .01 but there are so many buys going through with no movement that it almost looks like dilution or something... but why would they dilute after the stock is down this much... odd for sure

TD/A cost me lots of money.... can't believe they rejected my order at .01 because of "suspicious trading." I emailed them and asked for a detailed summary and analysis of why the stock was restricted to sells only. No response. Looks like I'll be taking my business elsewhere. F**K TD/Ameritrade.
