This one has come down from .15, to .0009. This one should run hard.

Posted by invester on :

One maker left at .0009

Posted by Uncle Smelly on :

I would agree on this one. Not much down room left. IPRE had a similar fall and then ran to .0055, of course that was a scam but .0005 to .0055 is still a nice profit. I see a run above .003 soon, with a larger spike to the .01 level soon.

I agree

What is your definition of "soon"? US - I know you have heard "soon" a lot from our pal Rufus and CSHD too much too....

Posted by invester on :

I don't see much down side. This has come down from high penny level, to o.0009. They are also looking to be a decent company with major expansion. This is a definite buy in my opinion.

Lol, don't get me started on Rufus. This is a totally different situation, this is simply a chart play to me. .15 down to .0009 means there is more room to go up than down.

FHAL/CSHD was imo an elaborate scam that some large shareholders are now trying to make legitimate.

I see this running before X-Mass based on the fact it's levelling out now. But I don't have a crystal ball...

Rufus really screwed a lot of people with his incompetence, one can only hope he does some time for that mess.

not true unfortunately, they can R/S the stock (as they have done in the past) and from there it can drop to 0.0001 again. Not saying that's what's going to happen but it's always a possibility. My opinion is: dilution, but take that with a grain of salt, no one can know for sure what's happening, we can only guess. It's a pink and all scenarios are possible...

Posted by moe77sco on :

Worst case scenario in my opinion is that it still has another run left. How high it goes I can't tell you that but, I'm pretty certain it will rebound to at least the .001 level or higher.

I don't understand how this stock continues to fall, I've invested in similar company's before with twice as many o/s shares as this one and it had a higher share price. This stock is being shorted tremendously. Those who blame the CEO for whats happening to this stock, are just attempting to find a reason why the price is dropping. Its not the CEO its the "SHORTERS". Lets face the truth here fellows.

I read on other boards that this Co. is headed out of business.

Desperate Times Call For Desperate Measures

*** Staff Report

PRESCOTT, Ariz. (Dec. 7, 2006) – The company that washed, chopped and packed the green onions suspected in an E. coli outbreak that has infected about four dozen people on the East Coast is said to have bought its scallions from a California grower.

Ready Pac Produce, the sole supplier of green onions to Taco Bell restaurants in the New York, New Jersey and Philadelphia areas, stopped all production of scallions at its Florence, N.J. plant, which was visited Wednesday by federal food inspectors.

The scallions processed there were grown in California, said Steve Dickstein, marketing vice president of Ready Pac, one of the nation’s leading produce packers.

“As soon as we heard news from Taco Bell about the positive yet inconclusive results, we took immediate action to do everything we could,” he said.

Produce Safety & Security International Inc. (Pink Sheets:PDSC), an ozone and chemical sanitation disinfectant process supplier to the food and medical industries, may find itself in a position to market their products, proven to kill such bacteria.

Earlier this year Produce Safety and Security International Inc. had developed an immediate solution to reduce and eliminate EcoliOH157:H7, Listeria and salmonella from waste water used for the irrigation of fresh produce, which can also remove bacteria illness from restaurants, hotels and fast food operations.

“This solution provides for removal of food borne illness present in restrooms, laundry, meal preparation, storage, serving areas and dining area,” said Clarence W. Karney, chief executive officer of Produce Safety & Security International Inc., in a press release. “The solution is proactive for restroom issues using ozone air, water and spherequat EPA Registered Process.”

Produce Safety & Security has a cost effective process for the removal of pathogens having been identified to have caused illness and deaths from prepackaged produce.

“By using the PDSC Food Safe Process proactive approach to sanitation and disinfection for the removal of food borne illness pathogens the prepackaged fresh produce industry will be able to provide complete audit trails for the processed product line,” he said. “PDSC has finished a cost effective SOP proposal for the review of governmental agencies regulating the fresh produce industry. This process will provide a food safe product for the consumer with confidence of protection.”

Produce Safety & Security’s state-of-the-art ozone process has been shown to extend the shelf life and remove food-borne illness bacteria. This process provides retail produce departments reduced shrinkage, increase the bottom line and provide a fresher product for the consumer. The customer is assured of a safe food product, by use of this process, which may be used on organic produce to remove the pathogens.

Produce Safety and Security International also has three products designed for use at the source of most avian flu transmissions. Karney touts its use on hard, non-porus surfaces, saying that the solution is even safe for home use, even though it’s designed for use in poultry and turkey farms and in federally-inspected poultry processing plants.

Some of the company’s products have already hit the market. This morning, the company had announced a distribution partnership with Atomic X providing Capital Beverage of West Virginia with proprietary health products.

The partnership gives Atomic X a strong presence in West Virginia and the opportunity to compete head-to-head with other top energy drink brands such as Monster and Red Bull. Capital distributes over 200 different fine beer and other malt beverage products including Miller, Coors, Corona, Foster’s, Guiness, Heineken, Sam Adams, Old Milwaukee and many more.

Karney commented on the agreement: “the Atomic X distributorship agreement under the direction of Mr. Sam Perricone will increase revenues for Atomic X. Atomic X is a major player in the distribution of Non-Carbonated Energy Drink Industry.” Details of the joint venture will be disclosed at a later date.
