The Board of Directors of Marketing Concepts International (PINKSHEETS: MCCI), a Nevada Corporation, has announced the first in a series of funding payments to PharmaSpritz Corporation of Delaware, an MCCI client corporation.

PharmaSpritz has announced that it will utilize the funds to complete the production of two Direct Response Television (DRTV) commercials, one for SlimSpritz(TM) Weight Management Spray, and the other for Compozure(TM) Anti-Stress Spray. The two DRTV commercial scripts have been completed by Media Options Inc., and they are in the process of selecting one of two New York-based production companies to complete the shoots.
Marketing Concepts International's corporate strategy is to provide business development services to smaller corporations and start-ups in exchange for a significant share of the client corporation's sales revenue. In this arrangement, Marketing Concepts International will earn 6.5% of the annual net sales revenue of PharmaSpritz Corporation for a period of 3 years in exchange for capital acquisition and marketing services.
Marketing Concepts International will rely on Mr. Grossman and his management team to acquire additional client corporations that have demonstrated significant growth potential and that will quickly provide substantial revenue for MCCI and its shareholders

The Company retained the services of Jewett Schwartz, Wolfe and Associates, to make the Company fully compliant with disclosures requirements for companies trading on the Pink Sheets. Now that the Company has audited financials, it will prepare the requisite documentation to apply to become a fully reporting entity on the OTC Bulletin Board trading facility.
