Also of note is that there was a lot of insider buying in May of this year. It appears that about $1,000,000 worth of stock at .06 was purchased by insiders...
Another thing to note is that their director stepped down on 11/13. This seemed to cause the latest decline in price. I think the market overreacted and it will correct itself very shortly.

No open SB-2's or dilutive filings. Couple of S8's in the past two years. Guess employees have to get paid too, nothing abusive or unmanagable when it comes to dilution. The deeper I look the more I am liking this one.

I really like MHTX a lot, nice clean filings and very oversold- the beginning of a short channel, perhaps, but will pop very nicely when it decides that it is time. Both the o/s and a/s are very, very managaable

You might be able to buy Monday, bilgert. Looked like they wanted to slip that Bid down a bit before EOD, but ran out of time. Monday's a different day. Don't know though, skip has been sizzling. He posted a thread on LTII the other day, and ten minutes later it was gone !

just by my analysis, if it's right cool. This has been downtrending and will most likely have short bursts up and then die off and dip lower. holdong this for more than a day even is risky. Keep in mind news can change perception in a hurry. Great pick Skip. These are great to watch for the right entry.
Just my guess
keep an eye on the CMF and the MACD check your 10 day to present charts. They have been most promising indicators to me. Looking for the squeeze on this using a 5 min 1 day avoiding a possible gap in the am a buy after the pull back should fill at .018. IMO a little gutzy but the volume is still low enough. indicators show they are just about ready to turn. We'll see. looking for the bottom. If it gets the attention it could just pop.

eod was a shake on low volume,mm's putting fear of death into investors, lol.. this reminds me of WNED, i bought into that and accum. under .014 constantly when charts were at a double bottom. with hardly any vol, took a couple weeks of me talking to myself in WNED thread, lol.. but it snapped around and went to over .02.. which was my exit point. I just started buying this. if it goes below .018 support tommorow, i'll wait and buy more. Its at a double bottom and ceo tells me updates are coming. either ceo is FOS, which I doubt, or this is undervalued.. looking at accum line, i am wondering how much lower? I am only buying..
All that said, we still might get a chance at .015 or lower tomorrow, if that is the case, I will double up. She'll bounce at some point.

PUPSE ran today on only 2.8mil. Yes, its more volume than normal but its not a substantial amount for such a low PPS. MHTX might just run tomorrow yet...I'm in at .019, if it dips lower I will grab some more..and hang on.

the low volume today was refreshing, eod shake was nothing but another entry point.. got another email from ceo today, i do not think they are going away. Like I have always said, i only buy at double bottom like this, never sell. mm's do not scare me, nor does this market.. slowly accum.

Very good examples skip. You guys are pretty good in finding these. I like the VSNI example because it is falling from the sky from way back, those that i have seen usually provide the heavy return but are also more challenging to pick the right entry. I like VCTY because it is more predictable but also usually a lighter return. Calling a 150% to 400% return light sounds funny but if you're not there the day it happens you miss out but can still get some of it the next day. These can be used as a regular flipper for the swings. I am no expert for sure. I do like the charts though.

doing a little more DD, looks like after this guy resigned he sold his shares, thats my guess why it didnt trend like it normally did in early nov, when charts were looking good for an MACD cross. and could explain the accum dropping like a rock and pps drop so quickly since then, just a guess. Recent ulru-low vol, and light selling at the bid hints selling has ended?
I've gotten a couple positive emails from ceo saying updates are coming.. we shall see.. just sharing some DD.. back to yardwork..lol

No offense cactus- but this whole MM signal business is crap. MMs do manipulate and feed off each other, but they don't need to signal each other. The whole market system is too sophisticated to require, what amounts to 'note passing'.
If you look at the technical indicators and the volume- and the lack of a dilutive history, this will run. When is another question. Some of these piggies have run the day after an oversold condition emerges- other times it takes weeks.

right42day, just stopped in.. doing the christmas vacation thing, lol.. but i looked at todays level 2 and the charts.. surrcks today was red, b/c the chart was looking great, but good chance MACD is still prime to cross for a breakout imo, maybe one last shaking, but everytime this starts to heat up, they paint the bid and then EFGI swoops in and starts whacking. That always brings out a panic seller behind. Only guess i have for the selling is this guy that resigned mid nov, he had like 3 million shares from prior form 4. Hopefully he's done soon. ceo disagrees with me that its being manipulated, lol.. hated to break it to him, but all these are manipulated, lol.. but says updates are coming.. Its a tough week for pennies imo. This is one i hopped into again, I'll roll the dice again.. but, not expecting much this week.
