eCarfly, Inc. Begins Preliminary Merger Negotiations with a High Yielding Corporation

DALLAS, Nov 22, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- eCarfly, Inc. (Pink Sheets: ECFL) excitingly announced today that new merger plans are underway. Merger negotiations, although still early, seem to be clearly defined and agreed upon by both companies. Attorneys for both groups will begin the Due Diligence process as early as possible working to gather all information to help in the high level negotiation process. Board members for ECFL will also be looking at a possible reverse split with numbers reaching as high as 500 to 1. Company officials for both teams have expressed their excitement for the public and look forward to sharing the new business venture with all shareholders.

I love the double news. But as you say, I got in at .0065 and out at .090 /,095 30% aint bad. Better than my average losses for the past 2 months. In fact ECFL is my very first profit EVER. I'm learning.

I like to see everybody make money. People make the mistake of staying too long with these penny/sub-penny stocks. Get in and get out. 30% one day, 18% another day, it all adds up after a while. Keep an eye on APPI. Have a feeling that its about to pop. Go to the thread on Allstocks. A few people think big news is coming soon !!

hummm very interesting post. This is a very good perspective. Not heard it this way. So if I bought CKEI this morning at .0032, do you suggest if it peaks at .0038 I should sell for a ......15% profit?
Thats too small for me. I'm hanging.
I think I'll have a rule , if the profit is not over 25% AND I don't think the stock will tank, then I'll AT LEAST hold til the next day If my profit is 25%, I can either take some or all.
I need to work up a rule book over the holidays.

Well I'm confused. I though the decision AGAINST the stock split, which would take up 100 shars and give 1 share, is NOT good news. Then why is the price as you say "and up and away she goes" Shouldn't that be bad news and drive the stock down?

take your profits in this company when you can. They may be stringing us along since they saw how well the price did during the last professed merger. Try researching the companies they say they are merging with. I did, via secretary of state corporation records. I found nothing for the last company in florida....

I have been doing the numbers on this stock. Their 52 week high is only .50 with their 3 year high up around .75-.80. Now if this merger goes through of which I wish I had a time line and they are not going to perform a R/S then where exactly does that put this stock with the board of directors confidence on this merger. It values the stock up around $2.50 for starters if all goes well. Dropped 30K today and another 20 next week. Gl to all with this one.

This might follow the path of LFZA but more than likely it will not . I've learned with these penny stocks that the faster they rise , the quicker they fall . If we don't hear anything by Tuesday , you had better be out of it just incase it tanks .

After the fallout of the last merger bail we still ran like hell on mention of POTENTIAL good news, still managed to hold relatively well almost week later. Charts show relative bottom, I think it will run again pretty hard if the news comes out good, maybe gap a little more before if no news soon, but still run.
Play and try to average down, hold on and ride it out, or bail before the ship sinks?

I'm holding it for the next run . Either the rumor is true or its not . If it is , it will run . If its not , the CEO will come up with some more b/s and it will run then . Either way it will run sooner or later .

regardless of this weeks performance PR's should be released within first or sec week of Dec. giving word on the company office move,contact info,website updates etc. and I am sure that we all will get some kind of update on merger talks.

Because I watched the L2's and I saw tons and tons of buys going thru but none of the MM's would drop off the ASK, so instead of being a bagholder, I get my crappy little profit and move on. Sometimes it comes back to haunt me (like today) other times I make the right decision because the stock just tanks (GHTI prime example)

IMHO right on, I agree there is a chance it could run, but used car company turns oil and gas shell is like throwing down a hand at a casino, you are either right or wrong, no real angle to play. I sold early today but the only loss was more profit, no capitol. There will be others, why risk the capitol on a potential set of snake eyes here? I am a walmart kind of consumer, my brand loyalty extends only to my money The time to move was right for better or worse.
