As I recall? This used to be DNAP...first "pick" I ever posted, anywhere, lol. We should have tons of history, if memory serves...

O/S : State the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer's classes of common equity as of October 20, 2006, 417,003,382 shares.

Not the worst, but not very attractive either.

An open SB-2A for 260,281,228, increases the potential O/S to : 677,284,610 shares.

http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/print_filings.jsp?url=%2Fredirect.asp%3Ffilename %3D0001231742%252D06%252D000821%252Etxt%26filepath%3D%255C2006%255C11%255C15%255 C&symbol=DNAG

Throw another 4,255,299 into that O/S from an 8K :

From October 1, 2006 to October 31, 2006, the Registrant issued 4,255,299 shares of common stock in conjunction with the Investment Agreement with Dutchess, who is a sophisticated investor, and received $41,718 of cash proceeds. The Registrant believes the transaction was exempt from registration under Section 4(2) of the Securities Act of 1933 and Rule 506 promulgated thereunder. The offering was not underwritten

So, a potential 681M O/S. Getting uglier by the filing. Prior to that there were other unregistered securities issued, but probably are accounted for in the 10/20/06 O/S reported in the Form 10.

Lot of shares out there, and that open SB-2A has to be sold also. That fact alone makes it difficult for DNAG to sustain a good run. They will probably PR some fantastic news, and dilute into it aborting any decent run activity.

CHART : http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=DNAG&p=D&yr=0&mn=3&dy=0&id=p18991926462

Talk about flat. Where will bounce to from .008, .01 maybe, possible .012?

I will watch and give it serious consideration for a decent bounce when it is selling between .004 / .005, until then up down 20% either way.

I'm told its a german company that might lend a hand. Still I am no authority or have solid info on this. That's why I'm asking you all.

I am no authority either, nor do I claim to be. What I presented in my previous post was fact taken form the companies filings. This part is opinion, and one can choose to accpet or ignore it :

"That fact alone makes it difficult for DNAG to sustain a good run. They will probably PR some fantastic news, and dilute into it aborting any decent run activity." & "I will watch and give it serious consideration for a decent bounce when it is selling between .004 / .005, until then up down 20% either way."

Been holding since 04 25 05. In at .0258
then r/s 20/1 on 07 12 05. Still making
new lows. Still too much r and d and not
much rev. Could be hot one day.

I am meeting with a friend tommorow who say's he has paper work/info clarifying the the german company. 11/21/06. If there is anything to it or not I'll post it tommorow. Sorry for the slow news. I was hoping that someone else might have the same info. I don't want anyone to think I'm trying to miss lead them.
