Well the contract alone is worth $800k, so divide that by the O/S of 32 million that gives a 0.025 PPS. We closed today at 0.0075, to get to 0.025 we would increase by 333% or so. Now that is just for the government contract alone. I think 0.05 is very possible. USXP ran to 0.045 with BILLIONS of shares. EPGL on has 32 million or so. Next week should be very, very good.

Rumor on another board is the company received the contract and filed the 8K with the SEC. They also have a PR about the contract coming. Watch the volume. I would bet when you see the rise in volume, the PR will follow closely. But then again, I'm not a betting man.

News, taken from the website. don't know if this is what the PR will read:

JOHNSTOWN, PA. December 4, 2006 – EP Global Communications Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: EPGL - News) today announced it is the recipient of an $850,000 research contract for a U.S. Army Research Project entitled the “Exceptional Family Training and Transitioning Program,” focusing on education and training in the developmental and special health care needs arena. EP is expected to deliver all service under the contract in 2007, commencing January 2007. The Company will work with the U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command (USAMRMC) and Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation Command’s (Family and MWR Command) Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) program managers and families by providing a special U.S. Army section of Exceptional Parent Magazine and developing and implementing a series of online CME and CEU accredited interactive TV-quality seminars on a variety of disability specific topics. In addition, EP will be providing selections from the Exceptional Parent Bookstore, to be delivered to specified U.S. Army installations and special needs families, while at the same time continuing to extend this valuable information for public interest.

The project is in response to a growing need inside the military among the many families caring for children, young adults, adults and returning soldiers with disabilities and special health care needs. Providing this needed information to families, in partnership through EFMP managers, and health care professionals, contributes to the overall unit readiness and effectiveness. Joseph M. Valenzano Jr., the President and CEO of EP Global Communications, views this venture as “a great example of civilian and military cooperation focused on an area that helps improve the quality of life for military families and those they care for - while at the same time showcasing the dedication and commitment of the talented physicians, EFMP managers, occupational and physical therapists and nurses who devote their energies to caring for those who have sustained significant disabilities in the defense of our freedom.” It is estimated that one member of every squad in the U.S. Army is caring for a child, young adult or adult with special needs.

Upon commencement, following a needs assessment meeting with representatives of the Army Medical Command, Family and MWR Command, EFMP managers, Office of Secretary Defense (OSD) Educational Opportunities, and other interested parties, EP Global and Family and MWR Command EFMP will ask their mutually designated representatives to implement and distribute plan goals. Up to eight military installations will be identified as the target U.S. Army recipients of this information and these centers will be key sites for measuring the effectiveness of this research undertaking.

Beginning in January 2007, EP Global will deliver up to 8,000 customized copies of its flagship publication, Exceptional Parent Magazine, monthly, to the designated military installations that include the major hospitals and/or combined rehabilitation facilities.

EP Global will also work with the Family and MWR Command EFMP program managers, Army Medical Corps and professional medical societies such as the American Academy of Developmental Medicine and Dentistry (AADMD) in developing and executing up to six CME and CEU accredited online interactive TV-quality seminars to Exceptional Family Military Program (EFMP) families, Army Medical Staff and others in the area of developmental disabilities. The topics of these seminars will be selected by the special needs assessment Family and MWR Command EFMP delegates working in concert with EP Global Communications and its associated partners, the AADMD and Vemics, Inc.

The Exceptional Parent Bookstore (with library) (www.eplibrary.com) will also arrange to provide each of the designated military installations with books and materials from its diverse collection of valuable special needs publications.

In the 2006 season alone MassMutual sponsored 36 DAN events at Major and Minor League ballparks through the nation reaching thousands of people with disabilities and the organizations and professional medical societies who are involved in their care and development. In addition, MassMutual has been a champion and sponsor of the Annual Hall of Fame Baseball Game at Cooperstown each year at which the Company honors service men and women who have sustained disabilities as a result of combat operations in theatres of conflict around the world, particularly Iraq and Afghanistan.

The decision by MassMutual to work with EP and its global partner, Vemics, Inc., with the EP LiveOnLine System will enhance the ability of MassMutual to communicate more effectively in a live interactive environment with its General Agents, who are essentially located around the nation. The system will enhance the ability of MassMutual to conduct live interactive meetings among its Agencies and Corporate offices, expand communications, augment the effectiveness of presentations and enhance productivity without the need for excessive travel and its associated costs. Finally, the benefits of information and support to participants of the SpecialCare(SM) program, an exclusive program developed to provide access to specialists and financial solutions that can help improve the quality of life for people with disabilities, will be augmented. More families, physicians and executive directors of non-profit organizations and professional medical societies can be reached through the use of this system in a cost-effective manner. Vemics LiveAccess(TM) is a fully managed and hosted service that delivers next- generation video integrated with wideband audio and a full suite of web- collaboration tools in a single browser window accessible from a desktop or laptop anywhere in the world where broadband, DSL or wireless access to the internet is available. LiveAccess enables organizations to work and learn "virtually" as if everyone was in the same room and it replicates virtually anything that can be done in a live classroom setting. Vemics offers a wide array of solutions, rooted in education, that include technology, industry specific content and deep customer support. The system has been used in the financial services sector and in the medical education arena with great success over the past year.

Joe Valenzano, President and CEO of EP Global Communications Inc. feels that: "Once again MassMutual has taken a leadership role in delivering high- quality service and provided innovative, thoughtful programs and capabilities that demonstrate they are a 'company who cares.' MassMutual is one of twelve companies and organizations in the 36-year history of EP Magazine to have received the prestigious EP Symbol of Excellence Award symbolic of a company who has demonstrated leadership, innovative product development and selflessness in the delivery of much needed products and services for people with special needs and those involved in their care."

EPGL tends to go up quick. Sounds like you got a decent price. Eventually it will fly up again and you will make a profit. As far as charting this one... I just go with the low price and quick gains here.

I heard it was a tough fill for a lot of folks. I got some yesterday and a partial fill later in the day today. This one could be big soon. Not my typical play, but I like this one...

I think this will see much lower prices before it rebounds again. But, then again, who knows?
I will wait and see what happens, but, you never know down here in pennyland...

I would like to see it close under .003 and have an RSI under 35 before I will consider it again.

Great little stock to play though...
